Description of Work: basement perimeter water guard, power brace on one wall, carbon fiber on one wall, santi-dri, triple safe pump and sunhouse basement window enclosures. work done well except electrician used one of my circuits breaker for my basement heater. talked to him on the phone when heater didn't work and said that it was hooked up but that he would come back and see what the problem was. when he come back the heater wasn't hooked up. he had to move some of my other circuit breakers around so the wire to my heater would be long enough for the circuit breaker he installed. now some of my circuit breakers are mislabeled and I have to find out where they go to. this was easily preventable if the electrician handnt used one of my circuit breakers.
