There were several delays due to bad weather (storms and lots of rain), but the team did a great job and were very pleasant and easy to work with. They also pointed out some things I was not aware of that I'll need to take care of in the future.

Andrew Rothenberger was honest, professional and explained OBA’s encapsulation process thoroughly. He went the extra mile in letting me know that my flooding issue was sewer related and not foundation related. Thanks again Andrew!
