Installation went well. The crew was professional and got the job done quickly. The sump pump had no issues pumping the water during heavy rains.

It went well. They were quite accommodating. We needed an unusual customization. Once they discussed it with their engineers and decided that it was possible/sound, they implemented it. They installed this in Summer 2014. In Winter of 2015, the drain lid that they placed on the pipe in the back yard would freeze. They came out to fix it even though it was negative 20 degrees, A couple of other issues came up in Summer 2015. They addressed those promptly. All issues were addressed at no cost, even though those issues came up 6 months and a year later. Their employees are kind, courteous and attentive.

Although I ended up going with a local family firm with a more traditional solution and a lower cost, I do want to give a shout out to OBA for their very professional approach to bidding. I was very impressed with Travis and the very thorough manner in which he went about assessing the problem-- it was probably more thorough than even the structural engineer's. Furthermore OBA, being part of a large nationwide network, is able to provide some unique services and solutions as well as some great marketing brochures, which I found to be very impressive and educational. I appreciated their trouble and would consider them for possible future projects.

This company provided timely, excellent service at a fair price. Every representative from the inspector/estimator to installation crew were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It appears that our basement issues have been completely resolved.

Tyson, Miguel and Bobby worked efficiently the two days involved. The first day was demolition and they did a good job of clearing all debris from the site. We had a dehumidifier running and an air conditioner and Tyson recommended turning the dehumidifier off to allow more slowly drying of the concrete surface poured over the perimeter drain system. The second day of the work was also done efficiently with complete clean up and hauling of debris from the area. They even washed the basement floor (while testing the drain system and pump discharge. The crew was always courteous and professional.

It's very good I hope. I'm hoping it corrected the problem that we had. They were timely, I'm not unhappy with their work. We're built on an old apple orchard, so I'm assuming that the termites have been eating roots, some ants has been settling, plus the fact that there were like four other houses in the area that also have the same problem. I'd give them an A, because I wouldn't want to do the work, they dug a pit, this was by hand, this was not by a forklift or a piece of machinery, they got into the hole and dug it by hand. I think they were about 6 people here. Nobody wants to give hit it was a large bill, but it had to be done. We noticed one crack in the family room and then another one, then we walked the outside and there was another one, so it had to be done. They dealt with it quickly. I would recommend them.

The whole thing went very well. We're coming up on a follow up to check on installation, but everything's been great. Someone came out to look at the property, went through all the options with us, gave us some ideas, we settled on a solution there. They called back and scheduled about 2 weeks later. Showed up first thing in the morning on a Friday, started working, my wife was there, they went through the whole process with her. About 6 hours later they came upstairs and said "we're all done". She went downstairs and looked and she said it looked like it was there since day one. Sure enough, I came home that evening,it looked like it had always been there. Very nicely done, it looks very professional. We are really happy with the expense.

Well we actually had them quote some work but we didn't go through it the previous owners of our home are the ones that hired them but as far as we heard they were great but I didn't work with them directly. We ended up not going through even after we had signed a contract and they were great through that process but the reason we signed the contract at first was, we had a little bit I guess buyers and once we find it and I think it came down to some failed tactics that maybe a little bit a little pressured. Generally speaking they were very friendly there was no, they were not trying to trick us or anything like that.

It worked out well. It was what I expected. After a year, it doesn't look great. There are some issues with the grade that I am working with them on.

I would tell people to not even think twice. They are a great company. I can't find anything wrong to say. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They use a totally different technology to hold my bowing walls down, so I didn't have to put these big pillars in my basement and lose space. They have solutions.

They were excellent. I had to compare them to other companies and they were the best. I would definitely recommend them.

They’ve been good. It was good. They did everything they said they were going to do. They stabilized it all and pushed it back. There were some complications with the wall that we were able to work through that were sort of unforeseen so they were good to work through that.

They're pretty great. They were really good. They took care of our problem quickly. They were just courteous. We had a bad experience with another company and they came and fixed it all really quick. They took care of everything when we're still mad at the other company for being terrible. I would absolutely use them again.

They were absolutely wonderful. It was at my daughter's house and everything was fine. The workers were very professional.

It worked out well. I really wasn't there when they came.

It went well up to the point where they were supposed to level off the backyard after the ground settled. They came out and they put, it looked like, mulch down. So, I've got to call them back to come back and level that out, it's all big clumps of stuff instead of dirt. On doing the job I rate them an 'A', on finishing up with the yard I rate them about 'C-' The price was fair. The wall was excellent. I had to call him back three times to finish the yard up and I've got to call him again.

It went fine. They did a good job for what needed to be done. It was just the waterproofing and then I still needed more work done that I had to do with another company later. But, they did what I had asked them to do. I had to keep calling him back for some kind of white powder or whatever, but he said it was more moisture in the basement and that I should be running my humidifier more often. That was not satisfactory to me, but I just went along with it because I didn't know. For what they did, I thought it was a very good price, but I think that perhaps maybe I could have gotten a more complete and more satisfactory job done for that price with someone else. But, I needed to have the work done and I wanted it done then, so that's why I chose them. But after I have gone through other people with other problems in our area seems to be quite prevalent, I think I could have gotten a better job for the price what I paid for with someone else. They did do the job, but I would have liked it to be a bit more complete. They were quite on the job and cleaned up behind themselves. They did a good job for what they did. There was a lot of dust and they were very particular and very careful about putting up the plastic and stuff so the dust wouldn't blow all across the whole basement from the section that they were doing. They were on time and did a good job, it was in and out.

Oh they were excellent. I highly recommend them. They were on time, they were done in less time than was quoted to us and they were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves.

I chose another company although the price was comparable. Other company would move washer, dryer and rolling tool chest from subject wall and agreed to paint the wall after i beams are installed. I wanted someone to provide these services instead of hiring three different companies for moving, installing and painting. Otherwise would have hired Ohio Basement Authority.

It went fine. I was very satisfied. They cleaned up their mess, that was good.

They did an excellent job of installing the system and lowering our levels to under 1. While they were there, I had them also take out the old insulation and replace with spray foam.

It worked out very good. I would use them again.

I thought they did a great job. It looks really good. They were very good and very professional.

Just one time in my old house. It was super job, they reinforce the structure over the window.

It's great I use them all the time I'm a property manager. Their my second favorite contractor for seventeen years so.
