We have had the Ohio Basement Authority work on our basement twice installing carbon fiber strips. We have the front half done two years ago and the balance in June of this year. Both times we had Rich Tomas and his crew install them. The first time Rich and crew was assigned to us, the second time, I requested Rich and he called in us and install them. We are very precise people and wanted the installer to be extremely careful with the house. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority and in particular, Rich and crew.

Both the estimator/salesman and the workers who came out were friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion, and so far everything has held up just fine.

Very pleased with communications and results

The company was very responsive to my questions, and everyone on the site was very professional. They did what they promised, did it when they promised, and did it right. They kept the worksite cleaned up throughout the job.

The work went very well! It took them about a half a day to complete, and they were able to call me when they were near completion so that I could run home to sign off on the project/complete final payment, and I didn't have to miss a day of work. The installers confirmed that my old pipes were all torn up, and they installed new pipes (including digging under the sidewalk) from the rear corner of my house to the street. They tested the new pipes for leaks before covering them with dirt.

While we did have an initial communication issue, it was quickly and professionally resolved. We actually decided to hire them partially based on how well they responded to the problem. Not only were we impressed with them then, but the team who did the repairs was excellent. They arrived on time, were efficient and communicative, and cleaned up after themselves. The repairs look clean and solid. My husband and I are so happy we did decide to go with OBA. You should hire them too!

The crew of 3 did a great job! The foreman kept me informed about each step of the process. He made sure that I was knowledgeable about the whole system and checked to see if I was satisfied with their work. They worked quickly without slowing down until the job was done. The best part was that they cleaned up everything and still had smiles for me at the end of a long, hard day. I highly recommend them.

Everything was great. From the salesman (Stephen) thru the install (Tyson & Co.), I really have no complaints. Everyone was easy to talk to. I did not really price them out against other services, but there is no question that I feel confident in my decision. The value and quality were great. For example, Stephen mentioned they would use a Bobcat to dig out the egress window. Tyson recommended that they hand dig the egress in order to save our Japanese Maple. Although this extended the project by about a day, it was no big deal. I would highly recommended this company to folks looking for either an internal waterproofing service or an egress window.

Ohio Basement Authority sent informative brochures 1 week before the scheduled visit by the inspector Corey. He was responsive, and called me even when he knew he would arrive on time. Corey perform laser inspection to check the floor level, and test wall bowing. No significant issues discovered, but he still take time to explain the best solution to the minor issues I have. I sincerely appreciate the service and professionalism shown by Ohio Basement Authority and Corey. Would definitely look for them next time I have a bigger basement structural issue.

Joe came out and did the inspection. I could tell immediately that this was a different kind of company. Felt no pressure at all to sign that night. Called them back and set everything up. Jose and his crew came out and finished the work in two days. They cleaned up everything and left it better then when they arrived. I could not ask for a better experience.

Everyone from the receptionist to the work crew was professional, knowledgable, and extremely focused on customer satisfaction. From the outset, everyone made it clear, through their words and actions, that their primary purpose was to --- as quaint as this may sound in today's world --- serve me, the customer, by not only fixing the problem but also by treating my property and me with respect. No pressure to complete the work just very through with explanation on what to expect. work was completed as promised. Rich and crew did complete cleanup. very pleased with complete process.

Dave Wirtz came out for an inspection. He was very friendly and professional. He explained how the problem occured and what solution would work the best for me. He told me how the job would be done and explained the great warranty. He scheduled me for the following week but the office called and said there was a cancellation so I was moved to and earlier date which I greatly appreciated. Manuel, Santos and Miguel showed up on time and were more than friendly. They answered my questions and were careful to put the supporting strips in places that would not interfere with my plans to panel my basement. They were VERY conscious about cleanliness!! My basement was cleaner after they completed the job than before they arrived! No dust or parts of cinder blocks were left behind. I HIGHLY recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone who needs work done. You won't be disappointed.
