I would recommend them. They were courteous, on time and professional.

What they did was excellent and the price was excellent. They were prompt and courteous but they just didn't finish. I meant to call them and ask them why not because I had discussed with them that when she came in and bid I knew it was not enough. I told her that I don't think that's enough and I was willing to pay for the extra time but they didn't come back and they didn't call which I think is odd. It was a ceiling falling down, I could have used the help. I'm 70 and there's some things that I can't do but I'm not totally useless. There's a couple big pieces of plaster board and things like that but what they said when they left, they said that they can't do it because the ceiling fell down. They were supposed to do the carpet and they didn't charge me for the extra time so they were more than reasonable but I just thought that was weird. There must have been something wrong why they didn't come back or some kind of miscommunication because everything else they did was well done and they communicated well. It was another stupid thing that I brought them in right before Christmas, that was my stupidity. The decorations are all over and it made it more difficult. They came for additional day and they were supposed to charge me for that but they did not because they did not do the carpet in the living room. That was more than generous because I was perfectly willing to pay for the extra time.

I have used Charles Horton and his crew for years for carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home, and have always found them to be very professional and thorough. They are timely, work efficiently, and always do a good job.

They were excellent. They were very detailed oriented. They took their time, I didn't feel like they were in a rush to get out of there. I feel I got more than what I paid for.
