I had just installed laminate flooring in my living room and needed someone to install the matching base trim and crown molding. I had already stained the materials and had them ready but just needed someone to do the work. Brian gave me a more than fair estimate of the workload. At the last minute I threw in some painting and they were happy to oblige asking me what I thought a fair price would be. We negotiated a more than fair estimate for the painting. I had made a mistake on my estimate of the amount of wood trim that I needed. Brian patiently explained to me where I had gone wrong with the estimate and how to do it in the future if I had other projects. Without hesitation Brian offered to go pick up more and stain it for me. This was without an additional charge even though it added a half day to let the stain dry. He and his associate were honest,professional and friendly. They communicated very well letting me know the status of various stages of the project.

I accepted Bryon Skvor's bid to paint my house. This was a bid, not an estimate. He e-mailed me the next day saying, he changed his mind and wanted more money. Would he change his mind again, half way through the project, and still want more money before completion?
