Ben was very helpful & patient with us, as we had a lot of questions and several projects we were considering. Additionally, the price was reasonable, the carpet quality was excellent, & the installation was quick and flawless. We were very impressed from start to finish and would hire Whitmore Carpet One again in the future.

Ben was on time! Very knowledgeable & answered all of our questions! On time and prepared to work. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and how he was going to go about getting it done. He did a great job & we will definitely use Whitmore Carpet again. We have already referred this company to a friend of ours.

We just put our house on the market and needed our carpet stretched ASAP. It was our fault for procrastinating but Ernie said he could come over right away. Not only did he do a great job fixing our carpet but he gave us so much good advice for our wood floors. He spent the extra time giving us advice about products that have easily helped us not have to refinish our wood floors. We owe him!!!! Plus, I was shocked at how low the cost was to stretch the carpet based on the amount of time he spent working.

We had a personal recommendation so we went with them. We were very pleased. My overall experience was very good. They did everything in a timely manner. They came out beforehand and made exact measurements. We spent a lot of time taking out the carpets. We were going back and forth between different brands. They were very knowledgeable about how to pick things out.

Gary and his team were wonderful. Gary returned my call right away and came out the next day to measure. I've used them before (working with both Ernie and Gary) and they're both very low pressure and helpful. Gary helped me narrow down my choice of carpet and it was in the store and ready to install by the next week (I had to delay install because I was waiting for cabinets to be installed). The crew arrived a little later than I expected (but they did call to let me know) and they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They moved my furniture, removed the old carpet and padding, and replaced the furniture when they were done. Overall very happy with the experience and I'll use them again the next time I need carpeting. I have recommended them to friends and family and everyone who's used them has been pleased.

Whitmore Carpet One Floor and Home was very good. I recommend them to everybody. They do a good job and he knows what he is doing and he knows how to measure. His measuring amount in some places was less and the carpeting was wonderful. I am just pleased with him. He is fair and honest and he is really good at what he does. If there is any problem at all, he takes care of it.

They were so polite, they cleaned up and even cleaned the rug for me! I am going to hire them again, they were excellent. They were wonderful, I had no problems.

I had the entire house done. They were really good. They were very professional and came when they said they were going to come. I have not had any complaints and I am very pleased with the result.

Whitmore helped us find exactly the product we wanted and were extremely patient with us. They offered different installation packages. They eventually had to special order our product from a vendor they didn't have an existing relationship with and beat the price of a competitor. The quality of work was exceptional. They installed the floor with consideration for the grain of the wood, and aesthetics of color. They installed all new beautiful wood moulding. Two and a half years later, and we are still as pleased as the day they finished their excellent work. Whitmore was helpful and patient while selecting the product that most appealed to our taste and expectations. They were flexible in installation. The installers did precision work. We have used them again for installing carpet in our family room.

Rhonda, in the showroom, was very helpful and professional. They were late showing up to install the carpet.

We have had Whitmore expertly install an engineered floor in our kitchen, dining room, and living room. Whitmore was the choice to install carpeting in our family room. They installed carpet, floor tile in the entrance, and finished with 6 inch molding. Gorgeous job. Excellent service. I would recommend them for any flooring need.

The job was well done. I would use them again, and I would recommend them. They were professional and patient. They let me go through the process I wanted to, and they finished the project successfully.

everything went smoothly from estimate to installation. The carpet and vinyl came in the estimated delivery date and were able to install within the week.

They did a superb job and I would highly recommend them again. At every level they were very easy to deal with from the showroom guys, non-pressuring, take your time attitude with the selection, to the good experienced gentleman with the initial estimate which was $1000.00 lower and more complete than any other we had. The installers were a pleasure and very careful not to damage anything in the house( they had to move a stove which was dead set between two new granite counter tops and moved fridge and washer and dryer as well.) Jim and Tom were the best but again on every level we were very pleased. We were also so so so pleased that they completed the job on time, did a fabulous job and they did not have to come back to fix anything. We were very very leery about having our new vinyl flooring placed over the old vinyl as we had a bad experience with another company and in fact we insisted on a sub-floor. On the first day of installation, the guys brought the sub-floor but explain and promised that we really didn't need it and shouldn't waste our money with the extra fee for the sub-floor and they would redo if it wasn't good. Well they were right on this one and I thank them (plus I put it in writing Jim and Tom that you were right so have fun with this :)! ) We will need more carpet in the future and I will just directly use their company.

We found an engineered wood flooring online that we wanted from a company called BR 111. Whitmore's said they could get it for us. They gave us prices of what it would cost to buy it from them using our own installer, and another for them to install it. Ultimately, we felt better having them install it. Their installers were prompt, courteous, and professional. You would have to see for yourself the beautiful work they did.
