I would recommend the Mighty Ducts to anyone. We had some major work done on our home (basement wall replacement) and they came after the work was done. We have never had the ducts cleaned since we moved in. The team of 3 guys was professional, respectful, and very polite. Very hard working as well. We left while they were working because the process was louder then I expected and the kids were afraid of the noises. We did come back before they were finished. It took them about 2 hours from arriving to leaving. No complaints. They suggested having the ducts cleaned every 5 years unless there are a lot of allergies, pets, or renovations going on.

Excellent - we had to cancel the appointment on two occasions due to delays in home remodeling project. They were very understanding and patient. The day of the appointment they were on time, did a great job and pleasant to deal with.

Prior to our new furnace and air conditioning system being installed we knew we needed the ductwork cleaned. I don't think this had ever been done in the house we just purchased. After accepting the quote we received including a $30 discount from a coupon we received we scheduled the cleaning for the day before the furnace installation. The guys showed up on time and went right to work. They were very professional in their job and cleaned up when they were through. They answered all our questions and covered all the vents with cheesecloth to keep the vents clean until the next day install. Thanks Shaun and Troy.

I was pleased that I could do most of my discussion about the cleaning via email. This is easiest for me and the emails were friend and efficient. The two gentlemen who came to do the work were extremely polite, neat and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up the vents and even found a long lost piece of jewelry in one. I had a very positive experience with this company.

Might Ducts technicians were thorough, professional and fast. Our dryer vent was cleaned out within a half hour. Courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Didn't try to sell us additional services.

I have had Mighty Ducts clean my air ducts previously (in 2006) and they did a wonderful job, so I knew this one would be no different. I called around March 19 and was able to get the cleaning scheduled for the next week. JR, Troy and Rob were the three who worked on this job. JR , the lead technician, was very informative and answered any questions that I might have had. Troy and Rob were very personable and I really enjoyed conversing with them as they went about their jobs. It was also a pleasure to chit chat with JR after the job was completed (JR, thank you for the directions. I am looking forward to going to the Chardon Maple Sugar Festival and also taking a trip to the Amish shops in Middlefield) . I find Mighty Ducts a very professional organization consisting of very knowledgeable employees and I am always amazed at what a difference the duct cleaning makes in the air quality inside the house. You will not be disappointed in any way in the quality of workmanship supplied by Mighty Ducts, nor will you be disappointed in the difference it makes in your home.

The technicians were on time and finished in less time than the estimate.

They came in and started at one end of the complex and and worked there way to the end. Not everyone at the time had signed up but everyone that did said they were very pleased with the prompt work and the answering of question.

I've used them in a 3400 sq. ft. house and now used them in our 47 yr. old 1700 sq. ft condo. Don't plan to move again.

We called and made an appointment. We found a time that was open for both of us. Set the appointmant for 2 days after the call. They arrived on time. The cleaning process was very simple. They sent out a 2 man team with a van. They did the work from outside. The whole process was about 30 minutes.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Mighty Ducts. From the ease of scheduling an appointment to the professionalism and friendliness of its workers, the job was A+ all the way. It was the hottest day of the summer when we had our ducts cleaned, but the workers made us feel as comfortable as possible, even though they had to shut off the A/C. They explained in detail everything they would do and answered any questions we had. They went to work immediately and took their time in getting all the vents as clean as possible. They covered their shoes, made sure all the vents were covered and cleaned up anything that lay behind as they packed up. We were very pleased with the results--which were immediate. No more bad smell or allergy reaction. We will continue to use Mighty Ducts to have our ducts cleaned in the future.

The entire job went very well. This two man teem never stopped working from the minute they arrived until the job was complete. I felt I got a lot for the money and the workers weren't a bit intimidated about me watching how they did everything

We were very impressed with this service. The technicians called and asked to come half an hour EARLY! What a pleasant surprise. They explained the process every step of the way and they were very thorough and efficient. They spent the entire 2.25 hrs. working. The amount of debris collected was very impressive and they left the work areas clean & neat. This is a large, 18 year old, 5 bedroom home, so they had a lot of duct work to clean. We will most definitely use this company again for future duct cleanings.

They are extremely courteous and nice people. They did a fine job, as far as i'm concerned. They picked up after themselves and did a really nice job. They were here for almost two hours and they were very thorough. It is hard to assess something that you can't see, but as far as I can tell everything was done well and the house smells nice.

I did received a quote a few weeks prior to my calling for an appointment. I called to make an appointment early in the morning and because they had a cancellation they were able to come that very same day which worked out great. The two men arrived exactly on time. They were very professional and courteous. They told me previously that it would take about two hours and that was exactly right. They cleanned the air ducts, my dryer vent, and my furnace. They cleanned up when they were done and the my bill ended up being less than the original quote. I'm happy! Oh, and I did use the coupon I got from Angie's List. Thank you.

When the owner, Tom Mawby, was going to be a little late in arriving, he called to let me know. I really appreciated this. When they arrived, he explained each step of the job to be done. They were very professional. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to my friends and use them again.

Easy to schedule and make an appointment. They don't do Saturday's for residential jobs, which was a little difficult to schedule, because we had to take off work, but otherwise, all went well.Arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They left a few of the vents out of place, so we had to make sure everything was re-attached and in working order after they left. Otherwise, they did a great job (especially getting all of the pet hair out of the system) and provided recommendations for furnace maintenance.

I was very satisfied with what Mighty Air Ducts did. They were very professional. They were here on time, they told me what they were going to do, they actually showed me what they were going to do, and they did it. They were out in 2 and 1/2 hours.

They were absolutely great from the time they got out of their truck, until they left. It was amazing the sawdust and stuff removed from the ducts. They are very clean and thorough. Because I was on Angies list I even got the dryer duct cleaned and a $10.00 senioe citizen discount as well as my $30.00 discount for being a member. I am absolutely thrilled.
