The gentleman that came out was extremely honest and told me that they really could not do the work unless they had a furnace guy come out first. I appreciated his honesty.

This is the second time we have used this service and, again, were very pleased. They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and kept the work space clean. My husband and I are thinking of having the other air ducts in our house cleaned and will use this service if we do. Great job!!

called company. received a price quote over the phone. scheduled the appointment. i needed to change the original appointment, and they were flexible with my schedule. technicians arrived on time, cleaned up behind themselves. everything was great.

Bathroom was left with dust and dirt all over the floor. When I got home from work, I had to completely scrub down the bathroom. I was not pleased after a day of work to have to come home to clean up after them.

I was so happy with this company. They were very professional, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. They explained the process thoroughly, and showed me every step of the way what they were doing. I saw a pile of "stuff" that came out of my ducts, including a Coke can. Why did I wait so long to do this?!

Shaun and Ben arrived on time. They called be 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They walked me through their cleaning process, covered the stairs etc with their cloth. It took them almost 3 hrs to complete the work. They also replaced my furnace filter. Very sincere and honest guys. I would highly recommend Mighty Duct for any duct cleaning related work.

My dryer was no longer putting off heat. I called MD and they were able to come out the next day. They were even able to come earlier than expected. They cleared the dryer exhaust from the roof and I could feel the heat in my dryer immediately. They were here less than 15 minutes. Great job

Showed up on time. Nice and friendly. I explained we had renovations done and previous owners of the house had numerous pets. We have kids with allergies and asthma, so I wanted a very thorough cleaning. They were there for quite a few hours. Following a house fire on January 11, 2014, the insurance company sent another duct cleaning company out. They placed cameras into the ducts so we could actually see before and after. Not only were there long-dead mice, cigarette butts and other debris in the ducts, which we could clearly see, Mighty Ducts had never even removed the vent covers in most of the rooms, as they were still painted in place. I don't know what they did while they were at my house, but they sure did a lousy job cleaning the ducts!

Shawn and Brian showed up on time and were very kind to my pets.They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions.I had just purchased a house that had been vacant for two years.The amount of crud that was on every vent was disgusting.After everything was cleaned i noticed a huge difference.The next day i was able to move into my new house knowing that it was completely clean in every way.I will have this done again in a couple years.Worth every penny!

They did not need to remove any of the air vents to do the work. Air was blown through the ducts and sucked out. They arrived at 8 AM and only took a little over 2 hours. They were very professional. This is my second time using them. I would recommend them and use them again.

These guys were great! They explained everything they were going to do. They called before they came and arrived on time. The house was built in the 60s and even though the heat vents were updated the cold air returns were not. The dust was overtaking the house. It's so much better now!! After they left I remembered the dryer vent. It was marked as done on my receipt but I really didn't know for sure, until I dried a load of clothes. Usually they took over an hour and a half, now 45 minutes to an hour.

They were prompt , courteous and explained the process or answered questions with ease.

They are a very good company. I had actually recommended them to a few different people after they came in. They were on time, they were really polite and they did an awesome job. It was definitely worth finding them on Angie's List. They had really good pricing compared to any other company that I heard of. They had great quality work. They were really responsive. When I called them they got right back to me. The price they quoted me was the price they did it for so there were no surprise fees that I wasn't expecting. They also fixed my furnace while they were in cleaning the air ducts which really helped and which I wasn't expecting. It was nice.

They were excellent. They were able to give me a solid fee unlike other companies that charged a estimation fee plus service fee. Ben was excellent at examining the situation and solving the problem. They called to give me advance enough notice so I could leave work and meet them. I was lucky enough that they were able to perform same day service. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if necessary.

This two man team was punctual, professional and patient. They answered all my questions and didn't seem to mind my observing and "learning." Did a thorough job from what I can tell and were neat and respectful of our home. Easily recommend them and the company to whomever asks. We had put off doing this for far too long due to a terrible experience we had in the past with a company who did not know what they were doing. Thanks to Mighty Ducts and to Angie's list for job well done.
