Very well. Brad and Dwayne arrived on time, inspected the job, explained what they would do and set things up quickly and efficiently. They discovered that the previous owner had allowed birds to get into the clothes dryer vent duct so they cleaned that up and repaired the vent after cleaning it out. The estimate given over the phone was exactly what we had to pay. The total job took a bit over two hours, which was good because the heat had to be turned off and it was quite cold out that day. They allowed us to set up a space to stay in that retained some heat while they worked on all the vents. This house is about 2200 sq. ft. on two floors.

The technician was efficient, completing the work quickly. As promised, the technician called to establish his arrival time, and it was within the window established at the time when the appointment was made.

They were quick to schedule, on time, and priced well. They advertise how they will leave the home cleaner than they found it. This was not true. There was large amounts of dust, dirt and debris left in the basement. Our laundry room is down there and my wife had clothes hanging to dry which were covered in debris. Needed to fully sweep and mop after they left. Also, a couple of the vents/registers had visible dust build up after the finished, most notably in the bathroom.

They were just very good. They were excellent all through. I would use them again in the future.

Fantastic service call! The team arrived on-time and only took about 2 hours. The guys wore booties over their shoes, got straight to work explaining what the process was, confirmed the price and the tasks to be completed. They also pointed out some problems in my duct-work that I had not noticed and needs attention.

I was not home when they performed the service, but my husband said they got to work quickly and cleaned the duct as stated. My only issue is that their appointment time was 3:30pm and they showed up at 1:00 pm without a call to let us know they were ahead of schedule.

JR was professional, courteous and informative! He took the time to address concerns I had about old asbestos tape around the duct work. He gave me a few options on how to handle it and even recommended a local heating & cooling company for future furnace/air conditioning needs. The job was performed thoroughly and took about an hour and half. Very pleased with the work done and with the customer service. Will be recommending to friends and family!

Great! Amazing service, professional and very helpful. Answered any question I had. They may be a bit more expensive then others but you get what you pay for. Would recommend them again in a heartbeat! And if you have not had your ducts cleaned in a while you should do that. You would be amazed what is in your ducts...

It went wonderful. They were nice and efficient from the beginning. They just really liked how they handled things. I thought they went above and beyond. The technician told a family member that something was wrong with the furnace and found a technician 2 days later and he helped me as well and walked me through it all. Very nice added service.

GREAT!: Arrived on time. Walked through house. Asked intelligent questions. Explained entire cleaning process. Protected floors with tarps and "booties." Worked non-stop for more than three hours. Technicians arrived early and got right to it. They did a great job answering questions and providing high quality work. Price is a bit high but the quality is excellent.

The techs were very professional, clean & informative. I thought the price was fair & was able to get on the schedule in a week.

I called one week prior to my appointment and asked if they could give a quote over the phone. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me that the quote is based on number of rooms so I gave them the details. My house is an 1800 sqft ranch 3BR, 2BA, with dining room, living room, kitchen and 900 sqft finished basement. Separately the ducts were $380 and the dryer vent was $139. Combining Ducts and dryer vent is $380 + $50. Combining Ducts and dryer vent with Angie's List discounts was $350+Free+Tax = $375. Two technicians (Shaun / Bob) were scheduled for 2:00 PM appointment. They called and asked if they could start early 1:30 PM and I agreed. They started by walking around the system looking at the furnace and having me show them were all the supplies and returns were. They hooked up the vacuum to the supply side first creating suction on the supply side. They also drilled little holes all over the lines to get access where they insert their compressed air whip/snake. My ducts had not ever been cleaned before so these holes they drilled were all brand new. They connected the giant vacuum hose in through my humidifier's hole. While the supply side had the suction, they removed all vents upstairs and blew out with compressed air and wiped down. They then did a similar procedure on the return air side using compressed air to blow the dust/dirt into the grilles. At some point they also cleaned around the furnace including replacing my air filter (I had a spare on hand). At the end of the job he asked if my house was built in 1997 and I said "yes, how did you know?". He handed me a Pepsi can stamped 1997 and had a Sea World promotion on it for in Aurora LOL. Also, Sean pointed out to me a flaw in my air return system that was drawing in lots of air from my basement and drastically reducing my return air suction upstairs, Thank you! If you are going to have this done with Mighty Ducts or any other company please learn from my first experience. 1) Their big vacuum outside has a giant collection container. I asked if it was empty when they got here and they said no. I don't know if it is possible for them to empty it at the start of the job, but I would have loved to have seen how much junk it got from my ducts that had never been cleaned before. I imagine if they showed everybody this the reaction would probably be surprise at how much or how little dirt was collected from the system. 2) They did not clean up the sharp metal shavings that they created in my basement while drilling into my duct work. Their drill had a cup that caught most of it, but some of it got to the floor and they never swept it. I found this out by stepping on a piece, ouch. 3) When they were creating negative pressure on my supply lines I asked if I should go close all the other vents. They told me that it shouldn't be necessary because the vacuum outside was 6500 CFM. I went to the Mighty Ducts website tonight after my visit and on the website is says that the technicians use pieces of paper to isolate the suction to just the vent they are working on. My technicians did not do this so I am wondering how effective this cleaning job was...? 4) At the end, they missed capping off two of the one inch holes they drilled. I noticed about 10 minutes after they left and called them. They returned and inserted caps. In summary, pretty great experience, nice guys and were professional. I will use they again, but I think they could have improved on the clean up and checking things out before leaving.

Arrived on time, very professional technicians. Explained the whole process before beginning. The 2 techs immediately went to work covering the registers and I could hear the vacuum running. Sprayed the ducts with sanitizer and cleaned the dryer vent. They kept me informed of their progress and again were very professional. Thank u Mighty Ducts see you again in 5 years.
