I didn't realize what a mess it would leave in my basement. Problem was dust and metal shavings were throughout my basement. With 2 small children the metal shavings posed a real problem. I spent a day cleaning up 1/2 the basement. Technicians came back with magnet to clean up the metal shavings in the other half of the basement. Company sent refund of $30 to cover my time and trouble. This incident may have been one of the few times this has happened. Girl in the office who took my call was helpful.

The quote was immediate and accurate, I was able to schedule the work to fit my needs, and the professional and friendly crew arrived on time. When they learned that we have allergies, they sanitized the ducts at no charge. I had forgotten that mentioning Angie's List gave me both a discount and a free dryer vent cleaning, so that was a pleasant surprise. This was a very positive experience - I would absolutely recommend these guys again.

2 CLEANERS ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. THEIR EQUIPMENT REMAINED OUTSIDE & THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THROUGH THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE TO THE BASEMENT. THEY WERE POLITE & WENT IMMEDIATELY TO WORK. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 HOURS. I DID NOT NOTICE ANY VISIBLE DIRT AFTER THEY WERE DONE & THEY EVEN WORE SHOE COVERS. THEY GAVE ME ADVICE ABOUT MY COLD AIR RETURNS, POINTED OUT THAT THERE WERE NO HEAT VENTS IN THE KITCHEN, & TOLD ME WHAT KIND OF FURNACE FILTERS WOULD BE THE BEST TO USE. IT WAS KIND OF EXPENSIVE, BUT ONLY HAS TO BE DONE EVERY 3-5 YEARS.

I was pleased that an estimate could be provided over the phone. Mighty AirDucts provides estimates based on the number of rooms, not the number of ducts/air returns. The estimate-experience was almost effortless, which is great for someone with a busy schedule who can't always be home. At the time I made the appointment, the time between requesting an appointment and the work being performed was about 1 week. I requested the technicians phone 30 minutes before they arrived, which they did. Both technicians were extremely polite and courteous and very professional. Even though my home is a bit older and in need of some work, the technicians still wore shoe covers. I believe the work took just under 2 1/2 hours, which is what the technicians estimated it would take. I have already shared my good experience with a colleague, a friend and 2 family members and told them that if they haven't had their ducts cleaned, they should definitely consider it and call Mighty AirDucts.

Price was with coupon. They were great! No muss, no fuss, and they stuck to their quote. Two young men showed up on time and were very professional. I do notice a difference in cleaning my home that I have less dust to gather up. Great job.

They would not give me my dirt, so I went with another company.

TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME WORKED EFFICIENTLY & VERY EFFECTIVELY CLEANING DUCTS THAT PROBABLY HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED IN THIS 25 YEAR OLD HOUSE, THEY GAVE ME SEVERAL WONDERFUL SUGGESTION TO HELP KEEP DUCTS CLEAN.

These are the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with during all my years as a homeowner. They sent reminder postcards, were pleasant, friendly, on time, clean and overall a great company.

These men were great. They arrived on time, inspected the ductwork and discovered that they would not be able to do the work without creating more problems. I was impressed with thier honesty. They could have done the work and collected the money, but they chose not to.

They were on time, professional, and provided excellent service. They were extremely thorough, and didn't create any mess in the house. The end result was very good, and we could tell the ducts had been cleaned. It was very expensive, though.

Very professional. Called prior to arriving because they were done with earlier job. They were willing to come at planned time for cleaning, but completed the prior job early. They came in, inspected where all of the air ducts were and got right down to work. Heck, they even asked if it was OK to use the bathroom. Did a great job!!

THEY HONORED AN ANGIE'S LIST COUPON AND DID THE DRYER VENT FOR FREE. THEY WERE TERRIFIC, THE WORKERS THEY SENT OUT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER. WE WERE JUST VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB. THE ESTIMATE WAS OVER THE PHONE, WHICH MADE IT MORE CONVENIENT.

The men that showed up were great. Their knowledge of their job was amazing. They educated me along the way also. They were very careful not to make a mess in my home, and whatever they couldn't avoid, they cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS.
