I discovered this company on Angie's List and read through various people's reports as they were all very positive, I decided to go with them. I called their office to set up a date, etc. and had all my particulars taken down by their very efficient "booker" who also informed me as to how much it would cost. I have only good, positive things to say about this company. Two young men arrived promptly, were very courteous and very pleasant and did a very thorough and good, clean job. They worked methodically and tried to cause as least disruption as possible, the whole procedure took around 2 1/2 hours for a nearly 4,000' home. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone, their price is very reasonable too.

Good job. We were at fault because we didn't ask if they could do anything about the smell. They overall were good. We had just moved in and the ducts were really dirty.

They did an excellent job. My house is great. If I need them again, I will be calling them again! The workers are knowledgeable and I was just very pleased. I recommend them to everybody.

Overall the work although very noisy was performed very efficiently. The workmen made sure that they clean behind any mess this job had created. They explained what they were doing at each step of the process. Since we were members of the Angie s list they also cleaned the dryer vents at no additional cost. Overall we were extremely satisfied. It was money well spent.

Was great start to finish- the workers arrived at exactly 8am, wore shoe protectors, were very friendly and knowledgeable, worked for over 3 hours and showed me some of the goodies that they found in the ducts. I would definitely use this company again. Price was exactly the quote - they didn't try to upsell me on anything after they got there. They sanitized the system as well.

The phone estimate process was smooth; the reminder postcard useful, the crew showed up punctually, explained the process, carefully put on protective booties, and cleaned all the ducts quickly and thoroughly. They used multiple techniques to render the ducts and vents dust and cobweb free.

Diligent workers, removed all furniture that was in front of registers, left areas clean and repaired. Very courteous and help fuel. Considered themselves finished when customer was completely satisfied.

When I called for an estimate, I was asked several questions and provided with a verbal quote. The person I spoke with was friendly and professional. I also received follow up information and a written quote in the mail. I received two other quotes and chose this company because of their Angie's List ratings, BBB membership, and cost. It was holiday time, so I wasn't able to schedule for a few weeks, but they showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed the job in under 3 hours. They even reopened their truck after having packed up when I asked to see what they had cleaned out of my ducts (it was amazing!) and gave me an additional $5 discount when I mentioned I had found a coupon on their website ($35 total - Angie's List discount is $30). We had recently bought the house and clearly the ducts had not been cleaned recently if ever. We definitely noticed a difference.

Excellent. All I want them to do is send me a reminder in 3 years or so when I need it done again.

They arrived right on time, gave me a full estimate to review and approve before beginning the work. They were professional, polite and informative. They even seemed to like my annoying dog who kept bothering them for attention. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

One draw back is the exhaust fumes from the engine that sucked the air out of the ducts was blowing back in the house and setting off the carbon monoxide detectors. I could only use them again if it were guaranteed that the fumes would not be filling the house.

It went very well. Patrick gave a quote over the phone and scheduled the cleaning. The crew showed up on time, were careful with the house and pets, and did a nice job. They had a good system for cleaning the 90 year old vents covers without needing to remove them. It's been three days now and my tabletops are still dust free. Quite an improvement!

The ducts had never been cleaned out and the house is about 20 years old. They were very courteous and seemed to be working hard. They were due to come at noon, they showed up at 11. I was in the midst of baking. I wish they would've called to say they'd be there early. Early is better but I had not moved all of the things out of the ducts and so forth.

What a gem of a company and how hassle-free this job was for me. The quote was given over the phone and it was based on the number of rooms in the house. I set up the appointment and was told the technicians would be at my house between 8 am and 8:30 am. They arrived at 8:15 am. Patrick and Rich were very friendly, very informative, and true professionals. Patrick said the job would probably take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and explained everything that they would have to do to clean the ducts. They would work both upstairs and downstairs in the basement. They did the heat ducts first and then the cold air ducts. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. What a beautiful job!!! Patrick said my dryer vent was not that bad, but that the cold air ducts were very bad. I knew this to be a true statement since we just painted the entire house and when we took off the cold air registers, the dust that I was able to reach was disgusting!! The house is beautiful and dust free. Call Mighty Airducts.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, AND THEY DID A TREMENDOUS JOB. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THEY HAD DONE AND RECOMMENDED WHAT KIND OF FILTER I SHOULD USE. IT IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE CLEAN AIR IN MY AIR IN MY APARTMENT AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

The men who showed up to perform the work were very professional. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They advised me about some problems with the furnace in my new house (had not been serviced in a long time, heating coils were rusted, etc.) so that I could get someone out to service it. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience with this company. The team arrived as scheduled, and completed the work efficiently. When I telephoned the company for the appointment, I had also asked about another service which they do not perform (cleaning of stove vents), and the representative indicated that she would ask the team to have a recommendation for me when they came to do my job. They did have the recommendation. Great customer service.
