they called to ask if it would be alright to come early because someone had to cancel, with was great. they showed up and promply put plastic covers on their shoes. they went in to detail what they were going to do . they did a excellent job, very professional. after they finished they cleaned up everything . i can honestly say it didn't really get messy so great job

They plugged up all the holes they had to drill and I have never had any problems. They got all sorts of crud out of the ducts, so they did a great job. They didn t take all that long to do the job and they didn t treat me like a dummy either. They were punctual, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything thoroughly.

It sounded like the two technicians got lots of material out of my air/heating ducts. They spent roughly 1-1 1/2 hours cleaning/vacuuming them. Some cleaning of the air intakes to the furnace also is done although they can't actually open these up. A significant amount of dryer duct lint also ended up on the lawn which the technician blew away with his air hose. They also clean the furnace front entrance.

They were very professional and did a very good job. I had used them before and decided to go with their services again. Both times that we have used them, they did not disappoint.

The workers were prompt and in fact called to ask if they could come a little early. They were polite and explained exactly what they were going to do. The work took between 2 and 3 hours. After they left, I noticed a couple of the access holes in the ducts didn't get plugged up, but the main office put them in the mail and they arrived the next day for me to put in, though they offered to send someone out to do the plugs if I had any problem. The job didn't kick up a lot of extra dirt or dust in the house because of their system of sucking the stuff out, but I chose to clean the house after anyway.

We had high expectations based upon prior reviews; however, they met all of them! They were punctual, clean, courteous and professional.

The 2 men that performed the work (Richie and Pat G) did it in 3 hours and were very professional. They not only vacuumed the ducts out but they cleaned the vents, furnace filters and furnaces too. They left the house very clean. I would highly recommend Mighty Ducts to my friends and neighbors.

They have been so professional and found a problem with our pipes in the ceiling. They suggested adding filters.

I feel much better knowing that it's clean, also our dryer works better since they cleaned the vent. There is a special filter on our furnace and the rep gave me his honest opinion on repairing it (which I appreciated). They were punctual, friendly, professional and respectful of our house (wore paper booties on their shoes). They explained to me what they were going to do and how long it would take. These guys are top-notch and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Recently purchased a home that was 89 years old and had never had air ducts cleaned. Appt was scheduled for 8am - they arrived at 7:50am-Very Impressed. They really had their work cut out for them. I won't even mentioned how dirty the ducts were and what they found (besides lots of small game pieces). They really went out of their way to ensure that they cleaned up after themselves. When I finally turned on the heat this season...clean and breathable air came through. Great news for someone like me with extensive allergies and asthma. So glad I had this done before I used the heating system. So glad they took the extra time to ensure their work was thorough and complete on such dirty ducts and an old house. Thoroughness like this is not usually the norm anymore, but is still very much appreciated. GOOD WORK...WELL DONE!

I have used this company in the past and great results however, this time was different. They did not cover or close my air ducts - they put newspaper over them. All the dirt blew all over my furniture floors and carpet. In addition they moved furniture and did not move it back and disconnected my cable. The price was very high 500.00 for poor quality work. For that price they should have cleaned my house too.

Called for a quote and spoke to a cheerful individual over the phone. I walked him through our home and he was patient when I could not remember all of the details. (We purchased our home a week before). He quoted me the price and then gave me a discount and free dryer vent cleaning when I mentioned being an Angie's List member. The crew showed up exactly in the middle of the time window they gave. They set to work quickly and removed the debris from all of our ductwork. After that they cleaned our dryer vent and replaced the hose to the vent for free. Before leaving I mentioned that I had some other people interested in using their service so the technicians provided me with several coupons that I could give to my friends. After they cleaned I decided to inspect the ducts before painting a few rooms. When I removed the covers I could not find any dust, whatsoever. I got exactly what I asked for and I will use them again.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative, but the technicians were not. They didn't tell me how long it was going to be or what exactly they were doing. I had dust blowing from the ducts and afterwards I found that they had missed some holes they were suppose to cover up.

They were on time and very professional. They got the job done quickly. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves and they charged what they quoted.

Mighty Air Ducts is a great company. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the team was professional and thorough.

Everything went smoothly - the two men arrived on time and did what they said they would do. It took about 3 hours to clean all the ducts using a gigantic vacuum hose that they ran thru the basement window to the furnace and basement duct work. I thought that they would remove all of the vent covers in the rooms upstairs, but they didn't; instead they shot compressed air through the vents to clean out the vent areas. It remains to be seen if we will notice a difference in our air quality now that the ducts have been cleaned, but I suspect we will. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

They were extremely flexible with their timing. I needed them quickly. They came on the dot and got finished on the dot. I would use them again. They did not install all the covers back on correctly, which was my only mark. Other than that they were fabulous.

The mighty duct crew arrived on time, told me exactly what they were going to do and then did it. They completed the work in less than anticipated and were very thorough they made every concession for the comfort of my pets and myself.

I recommend them. I liked the fact that he called me when he was running a little bit late. He was very polite. They did their work and left and I appreciated that.
