I called and received an estimate during the phone call. The gentleman guaranteed the price quoted during the call. (The estimate was based on my answers to his questions.) He told me what I could expect during the cleaning and approximately how long the process would take. He then mailed me confirmation of the quote and information about the cleaning process. The man came at the time I was given and completed the job in the time frame I was given. The men were very nice and answered the qluestions I asked. The job was performed to my satisfaction. They kept my house very clean. I would use them again.

One great benefit of using Angies List is that you will not get any unpleasant surprises. This time was the same. My experience from setting up the appointment to the service performed were very pleasant. The technicians arrived home as promised, explained the process and started their work. They were very thorough, extremely polite and pleasant to work with. I was amazed to see what junk and dirt I had in the ducts. Their service was above and beyond my expectations.

The company was very professional and punctual. The lady who I scheduled the appointment with was very helpful and more than fair. Got a free dryer vent cleaning due to being an Angie's List member. Work done was very good. They didn't take vents off, but cleaned them while they were on, covered each vent up with newspaper for suction. I'm a DIY n***, so they answered any questions I had and let me see all the dust and dirt they cleaned out of the vents. Technicians were very helpful and professional. Price was about $150 cheaper than some big franchise names, even though this company was rated higher on Angie's List.

I called yesterday (03/22/11) after watching a home improvement show explaining the benefits of cleaning your ducts in your home. They explained the history of the company and told me the process of duct cleaning. She was able to quote me right over the phone. I was pleased to hear that they were able to come out the next morning at 8am. Two guys named Shaun and Ben promptly arrived at my house at 8am and began working. They involved me every step of the way, showing the massive amount of dirt and junk in the vents. They were courteous and did an excellent job!! They even fixed a few issues with my ducts that they had noticed while cleaning everything. I would use Mighty airDucts again and again. The amount of work they did was well worth the money, not to mention the clean air I will be enjoying. Thanks Again!!

The job done by them was fine. They came in and did the work that they were supposed to do. Their customer service was excellent. They were very courteous and prompt.

They were a little bit more expensive than others but they do an excellent job. I liked their reputation and quality of work.

Excellent work and customer service. I'm having a furnace installed Nov 23rd & 24th. Mighty Air Ducts was willing and able to schedule my service prior to installation to fit my availability and timing. Workmanship was excellent, efficient, and neat. Professionals were able to explain services performed.

I think it took about a month or so to get scheduled, as they are quite busy. The price was just as quoted, plus tax; this included a discount and free dryer vent cleaning with the Angie's list coupon. Shaun and Ben arrived on time, and covered their shoes before coming into the house. Even though I'd had this done previously by Mighty Ducts, it had been approx 8 yrs ago, so they explained the process again and answered my many questions. I'm a neatness fanatic, so my main concern was dust/dirt getting in my house during the process. My husband had even covered some of our furniture and rugs just in case... This proved unnecessary as they were quite careful and did not make a mess. They covered their shoes every time they came in the house and laid down coverings under the big suction hose. They also hung a heavy blanket over the door to try to keep out the cold and wind (the door needs to remain open during the whole process). We have 2 indoor cats, thus had to keep them locked up the whole time so they wouldn't slip out the door. They were considerate of this and let us know when to move the cats from the room they were in, into the first upstairs room they'd finished. Also, it was a very windy day, and I'd even noticed when Ben was outside cleaning the dryer vent, he'd picked up some items from our patio that had blown into our yard. Overall, Shaun and Ben were very pleasant, considerate, careful and professional.

Company was professional, sending me quote and info by mail. Crew arrived on the dot, worked efficiently and cleanly. Very courteous. Vents look clean.

My appointment was for the afternoon but they called in the morning and asked if they could do it earlier. I was thrilled. They arrived promptly and started working quickly. The workers were friendly and professional. The house had never had this performed before and there was a lot of debris. There was even a styrofoam cup in the ducts! I was not in the room/area when the dryer vent was cleaned. But, the clothes dry faster now. I will use them again.

I received an email from Angie's List offering a 50% discount for air duct cleaning by one of their highly rated companies. I signed up and scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, Tom called to let me know they were having problem with their compressor and they would arrive around 3:00. Tom and his assistant arrived and started to work and they took a couple of hours to complete the job. To my surprise they also cleaned the furnace and the cold air returns. They exceeded my expectations and I would defintely recommend them and I will use them again.

We did not get past the rude response from the receptionist who identified herself as an owner; consequently we did not do business with them. The problem first arose when another receptionist indicated to my husband that she would hold a date until he had an opportunity to discuss the job with me. We had not yet turned our furnace on during these cold, cold days because we wanted to have the vents cleaned following a very dusty job in the basement. When my husband called back to claim the date, Mighty Ducts had booked someone else and now we were looking at the end of October before they could come out. The owner claimed the company does not hold dates for customers. Unfortunately the company representative with whom my husband orginially spoke did not seem to be aware of that. Both the owner and his wife were very cavalier about their mistake, indicating there was nothing they could do about it. No apology was offered. Beware of a company with good Angie's list ratings. If they don't need your business, customer service apparently declines precipitously!

Everything went well. They arrived on time, cleaned each vent thoroughly, and left no mess after they completed the work.

Overall, it went very well. They called when they were on their way as promised. Two guys were here for around 3.5 hours. Our ducts had not been cleaned since the house was built fifteen years ago and on top of that, we just completed finishing our basement (drywall dust, sawdust, etc). When our HVAC company installed new ducts, they noticed there was debris in the main ducts and recommended Mighty Ducts specifically - they said "you get what you pay for" when it comes to duct cleaning. I did need to ask about the dryer vent as it was not on their work order, but as soon as I mentioned it they apologized and cleaned it. I clean the lint trap with every load, so I was surprised to see a cloud of dust coming out! I'm glad I had the Angie's List coupon which saved us $30 and had the free dryer cleaning - I don't think we would have had the vent cleaned otherwise. I was hoping that the cleaning would not only solve some dust issues, but would help with airflow to the second floor. He was very nice when I asked about that and said he had noticed I don't have enough ducts to the second floor given the room sizes. That, along with 6" ducting was probably causing a problem that would need to be solved by an HVAC company. I would definitely use them again.

They were professional, polite, and nice to deal with. I noticed a big difference in the strength of the air coming out of the vents after they left. My job cost more than you might notice elsewhere because I have 2 air conditioning units.
