Description of Work: THE COMPANY CAME TO CLEAN OUT HEATING & A/C DUCTS AND UPON INITIAL INSPECTION, IT SEEMED AS THOUGH THE WORK WAS DONE WELL. THAT NIGHT WE FOUND THAT THE UPSTAIRS DUCTS HAD SOMEONE BACKED UP AND A VERY FINE LAYER OF BLACK SOOT HAD COVERED MOST OF THE SECOND FLOOR ROOMS. WE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. IT WAS PROMPTLY RETURNED. THE OWNER ASSURED US A REFUND AND APOLOGIZED. WE RECEIVED A NICE LETTER AND A LARGE REFUND. WE THOUGHT HE (AND THE CREW) WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OUR NEIGHBORS.
