The crew arrived right on time. They were extremely efficient, protected our house through out process. Cleaned up & left how they found it plus new windows. Excellent job.

I love the patio door! The team is great, from the office staff setting up the appointment, Mike coming out to measure and help pick out the door, to the installers! The are professional, punctual and do quality work. My parents highly recommended Radiant Windows and now I will too.

I had Radiant Windows come to my house for a construction project. I needed a door between my back room and the garage. Also needed steps in the garage so that I could get a stair lift installed. I had been told by others who looked at my situation and was told that I could not put a door where I wanted it. Mike Shadoan, from Radiant Windows looked at it and said, "I can put a door in there for you!!!" The crew came out and did an excellent job of installing the door and building the steps I needed. They coordinated plans with the company that was going to install the stair lift also. Everyone was extremely professional and polite! The price was reasonable also. Mike even had the crew go and get a smiley face ball to hang from the ceiling so I would know how far to pull my vehicle in! I would highly recommend Radiant Windows.

While talking to the owner / estimator, I felt the job would be done right. When they arrived they went beyond expectations making sure the new windows & doors would not leak as the original ones did 20 years ago! Very happy.

Great company to work with. The owner (Mike) gave us a no hassle estimate, knows a ton about windows and listened to our questions patiently. Had no problems itemizing our order for white or bronze (outside) windows and had no issues giving us some time to finalize our color choice. Manufacturing took about six weeks and then the windows were installed. Crew was professional and did a great job taping and plastic tarping areas for removal of old sashes. Installation went well, crew member who caulked on the inside did a fantastic job (I hate sloppy caulk lines). Crew cleaned up everything, you couldn't tell they were here with the exception of the new windows. Crew treated my house like it was theirs and that is an important thing for my wife and I. Two screens had holes most likely from transport but they were ordered the next day and should be here soon. (I'm not having them drive out to Lakewood just for two screens, next time they are in the neighborhood......) Great experience using Radiant again next year for 7 more downstairs windows.

Excellent service, highly professional, and cleaned up after themselves-no mess. When they finished and left everything was in perfect condition, and the product is very good.

Great. Two workmen arrived on time on a very hot summer day. They were pleasant, professional, did a great job and cleaned up the area completely before they left.

We downsized to smaller house in 2005 and knew the windows would have to be replaced down the road. When the time came we did our research and decided on a locally owned business Radiant Windows. We saw the windows we decided on already installed in a relative's house and were given high ratings on the company and the windows. All our windows were replaced with quality work. The employees were very efficient, when done with the installation work they cleaned the new windows and vacuumed the areas they worked on. The outside was handled in the same manner. Love the new windows they are easy to clean, they fold in so you never have to run outside. The windows are Energy Star Qualified in Ohio and many other states. They also meet and/or exceed the National Fenestration Rating Councils window labels. Great company, excellent workers, would highly recommend them to anyone

From our first contact to our last, Radiant Windows was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark, our salesman, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and guided us towards the best options for our windows. Mike, the owner, came out to do final measurements and answered all of our questions. Our installers were professional, courteous, and on time (which is huge!). You never would have known they were there because the cleanup was fabulous as well. When our house was built 30+ years ago, the bay window was installed in a non conventional way. Instead of forcing our new windows in, the installers called the owner and a brand new set of bay windows were ordered and installed a few weeks later. I'm so happy they didn't force in the first set of bay windows and instead made sure it was done properly. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Wonderful! They helped me plan this, painted, put a floor down, doors (bifold) electric, routed the plumbing, set my stackable washer and dryer. Clean up and made sure I was satisfied. This is not the first time I have used this company and certainly not the last. Radiant Windows and Remodeling is hometown and honest.

After receiving a bid from Mike for Soft-Lite Pro series windows we were very impressed with the company and the windows. We then got an estimate from a second company for Polaris Ultraweld windows. Although the Softlite was a better window there was a $3400 price difference. We were going to go with the Polaris and contacted Mike to let him know. He offered to match the price with a Softlite Bainbridge LE triple pane window. The visible transmittance of light on the Bainbridge LE is low at 0.39 compared to Polaris with a 0.42, it almost feels tinted. I went to his showroom and he showed me the features of the Bainbridge LE and I signed on the dotted line. Several weeks later the office called to schedule the installation. The crew was 4 men the first day for 13 windows and 3 the second for the last 6. The installers were efficient, prompt, and cleaned up well after the job. My wife is thrilled with the new windows! The house is quieter and the old leaky windows are gone!. I can tell these windows are much tighter on air leakage. The exterior of the house looks like new.

Radiant Windows was very responsive from the moment I contacted them through Angie's List. The salesman, Mark, was very nice, did not rush the consultation, and even checked with the city that my door to the garage would be up to code. I chose Radiant because they were rated as well as the competition, sold the same quality of doors, however, they were the most inexpensive option of the 3 I got quotes from. I also liked the fact that the owner, Mike, stopped in for final measurements on each project they booked. Once the doors were ordered, they were able to book us fairly soon considering how busy they were. The guys showed up right on time, were courteous, and answered all the questions I had. Very pleased with Radiant from start to finish and they have a lifetime warranty on the work in case I need them again :)

After an appointment with Anderson Windows and the sticker shock that followed, we joined Angie's List (at the recommendation of website Window Dog) so that we could do better research. After two reasonable estimates we selected Radiant Windows based on the following: 1) price 2) design options with two of their manufacturers 3) owner's extensive experience. All appointments- measuring and installation were on time & were with pleasant, respectful staff. The windows also came in one week ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. We are especially pleased with the slim profile and detailing of the Sunrise windows - our living space appears so much more brighter and open with these windows. Overall, we're very pleased and are recommending them to co-workers and neighbors!

Despite the fact that we're located on the fringe of Radiant's territory (far eastern side of Cleveland), service from both Mark and Mike was excellent. Installation was professional and neat, and we're thrilled with the finished product. I guess the true litmus test will be how the windows age, but based on early returns we're extremely happy, and plan to have Radiant replace our upstairs windows down the road. As an aside, what the heck did we do before Angie's List? We never would have discovered Radiant otherwise.

Process went smoothly from start (price estimate) to finish (installation).

Mike came out and provided me with a very detailed quote to replace the windows throughout my house. He was very flexible and priced out different options so I could truly understand costs at the detailed level. He was also very responsive to additional questions I had following the quote. While I have not contracted on the windows yet, I fully expect to in the next couple of months. Thanks Mike!

There was a three man crew. They came on time, worked diligently to complete the installation of patio and entry door. They cleaned up everything. Excellent job.
