Perfect. We had used Radiant Windows LLC several years ago to replace many of the windows in our home. They did a great job then, and they did a great job this time too. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fantastic workmanship. We decided to go with the mini blinds inside of doors and windows. They look spectacular from inside and out. The owner comes out and gives the estimate, no high pressure tactics like the other very familiar advertising companies. We wanted to throw Champion representative out the front door moments after we met him, due to the extreme pressure to sign immediately. Radiant is very reliable and tended to every special request with a smile. Very personable staff from secretary to installers.

The best experience possible with a contractor. The owner of the business provides the quote. Not a hard sell, just a lot of knowledge and experience that he freely shares. He listened to what I was interested in and made the appropriate recommendation. I talked to two other companies that didn't hear me ... could only sell me their one product. Installation was terrific. Three men arrived on time and went to work immediately. They're professionals at what they do, ranging from four years experience to more than 10. These were not sub-contractors ... they work full-time for Radiant, which was important to me. Two of the windows were not manufactured correctly ... sashes weren't square with the frames ... and new ones were ordered right away (to be replaced in two weeks). The windows were installed from the inside, and I didn't know what to expect as far as clean-up. Well, there was none. They rolled out material to protect the flooring and protected everything else that they came in contact with. And, at the end, they vacumed where they worked. All of the men were friendly and courteous. The installation couldn't have gone better, and the windows - inside and out - look perfect.

Was on time, put down paper so they did not walk in and out on carpet. Cleaned up when done. They were very professional. Would recommend them to other people!

Mike Shadoan was prompt, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough in his description of various products, materials, installation methods, options, warranties, and costs. He worked with us to apply available discounts, which were offered at that time, and included a product upgrade. A professional installation was completed within three days, by 2-5 crewmembers daily, led by Jim. All work was highly organized, carefully detailed, and the work site was kept very clean, inside and out. Each day new materials were brought in and old windows were removed in their vans. We chose the Sunrise Solace replacement windows, which are remarkable in appearance and functionality. They fit perfectly within our existing interior white painted wood trim and our exterior sandstone color. Soundproofing, window operation, and efficient air conditioning are enhanced with this product and installation. We highly recommend Radiant Windows for their materials and workmanship.

Mike is easy to work with. He listens to what you want, what your concerns are and then offers his recommendation based on his experience. He helped us replace a standard size casement window with a much larger stationary window that allows us to look out over our pond and yard. It took some work but it happened and we couldn't be happier. Mike also backs up his product. When we needed a door replaced due to water damage, he came out to investigate the floor. He actually tore up the damaged wood and support while we were on vacation so the door could be installed. Every worker has been professional and respectful of our home, making sure the work area is clean when they leave. You can get windows and doors that cost less, but you can't get a product that has a lifetime warranty and more importantly, finding a business that backs their product and their work is hard to come by. We have developed a relationship with Mike and Radiant Windows and decided to use them for our kitchen remodel.

We were in need of new windows and our other family members has gotten restoration windows installed from a particular company and both were happy with the job done by that particular company. We absolutely loved their windows! After much investigating and numerous estimates, we decided on solace windows using radiant windows to install them. Our family members as well as the windows we had installed are produced by sunrise windows. From the start of Mike coming to our house to talk with us and figure out an estimate, to having them installed was about as flawless as it gets. Mike was very prompt, professional and put us at ease right away assuring us that we would be extremely happy with the windows. The installers Jim, Jim and Ryan were very prompt, professional and did a wonderful job with the installation! We could not be more pleased with our windows and our choice of having radiant windows do the job. We would absolutely recommend radiant windows to anyone looking for windows!

Radiant/sunrise windows came highly recommended. They were fairly priced and great quality. Workers were professional and courteous.

We previously had Radiant install 13 replacement windows in our very old home. The entire project was superb. Which lead to our decision to replace our front doors. MIke was helpful during ordering appointment. What he presented and price were fair and about what we expected. He also took a sample of our old trim (100 year old home) to fabricate new custom interior trim that matched to rest of our casings. The trim the installers brought matched exactly. Bob and Nate arrived on time on the date of installation. Both of them had been on the window installation crew, so we were glad to see they would do the doors for us. They proceeded to remove the old door and entire frame. The replacement pre-hung frame fit exactly with very little tweaking. We were impressed with the workmanship, professionalism and personalities of both Bob and Nate. They worked smoothly together. They were very helpful and pleasant to have in our home.

Overall experience was excellent! Excellent craftsmanship/ in addition gentleman repaired security door. All original windows were taken to attic & stacked neatly.

The sales person, owner and installers were all a pleasure to work with. The owner personally measured the windows, confirmed all colors and finishes, and helped us figure out the best solution for our home. Since we did not replace all windows, it was critical to make them look like the other windows as closely as possible. The installers were on time, very professional and friendly, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company!

So far, so good. Coming up on the first anniversary

Mike the owner came to measure my windows. After measuring he discussed the various window options and did not put any pressure on selling a certain product that day. This was the company we fully trusted, as it stood out from the other 4 companies (other window installers that we had gotten estimates from) - locally owned, owner is involved and knowledgeable, fairly priced, uses quality products, no high pressure sales/sign today. That night we decided to use Radiant Windows for the installation. The installation crew's work is flawless. They made it a point to get all the inside work done the first day and completed the outside work the next day. They swept up all the debris and we really couldn't tell they were even inside. The crew also replaced several cedar trim boards and suggested wrapping some of the cedar with aluminum to prevent future water damage. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. The exterior and interior finish work looks great. You would never know the windows/door were replaced. I have had several compliments on how great the exterior window trim looks. We have renovated almost every room in our home and this is the first project where I've not had to ask that some small part of the work be redone. I will be recommending Radiant Windows to anyone looking for new windows.
