Prior to founding Radiant Windows in 2001, my wife and I traveled around the country and different parts of the world designing windows, equipment, and factories for the window industry. We know windows. We are truly experts when it comes to helping people to make the right choices when deciding to purchase new windows and doors and all the little details that go with them and within their budget.

Description of Work: Installed 59 casement windows, tearing out & taking away all the original 1950 wooden casement windows. Repaired window areas in our attic that were in bad condition. We are so pleased with Mike and all his crew. They were courteous, respectful of our time, and our home, protecting our hardwood floors and carpet. They were very neat...cleaning up each day before leaving from the job site.

Description of Work: Radiant did an excellent job. They took care of any issues that we had immediately. Love the quality and loved the service they provided. A hard working and caring group of individuals. Thinking about getting a new backdoor and storm door. These are only the two doors that we did not have replaced. If we do this, it will be Radiant Windows that we call. We highly recommend Radiant Windows!

Description of Work: The free estimate went well and the salesman was very knowledgable about the Sunrise windows. I went with another company due to the window (Polaris) which I liked better; price was about $4000 less also.

I'm sorry to hear you decided to go with a different company. We also carry the Polaris product line for those customers who want a cheaper price. Unfortunately, the Polaris products have slightly lower energy performance and have a much thicker frame dimension, so most people are not happy with the amount of glass and viewing space lost. I wish we would have known more details of what you were willing to sacrifice and the budget amount you were shooting for. Description of Work: Made a pleasant and no-nonsense presentation, left plenty of brochures and descriptions, and was quite imressive and straightforward. We selected our windows, arrangements were made as to when they would be installed. It happened within the time-frame agreed upon. The installers were super-professional and competent. They cleaned up completely and were out of here in less than a day for a ten-window installation.
