Everything worked out as promised by Mike. The old windows were removed and hauled away. The new windows were installed in one day. The window enlargement looks great.

Extremely satisfied and plan on using Mike and his company again in the future. Great installers who were very polite and cleaned up everything.

Excellent work, clean up was great, did a great job overall.

Estimate process was painless, no pressure. Mike, the owner, was flexible, knowledgeable, honest-didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He takes great pride in his business and installation team. Selecting a company that does not use subs was important to me; Mike showed me the BWC certificate indicating his team was employees, not subs. Mike also had a wide variety of door options to choose from. Installation team was great friendly, courteous, efficient. I am extremely pleased with the interior trim and caulk work. Only problem was one pane of glass in slider window had a stress crack, discovered when the packaging/box was taken off the window. Installers wasted no time in making the phone calls to get a new window ordered. I don t think the packaging was even completely off the window before they were on the phone working towards a resolution! Great response! New window was replaced without any hassle. Radiant handled the small problem with the utmost professionalism.

Excellent customer service, great product, outstanding team of workers. I had hired another company to do my downstairs windows, and Radiant noticed that those windows had not been caulked at all on the inside, so they did that for me, as well as re-screened one and built three window sills.

The owner was really great to work with and came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. It took a bit more time then I had hoped to get the window, but once it was installed I was so pleased. The price was higher then I expected, but you do get what you pay for, and I received a wonderful quality window. I will purchase from them again in the future!

Absolutely awesome! Mike came to tell us about the product and measure windows. We were impressed with his sincerity and helpfulness. It took about 2 months for the windows to be made. A crew of three people spent the day installing the windows. They were incredibly good-natured and professional. They cleaned-up after themselves quite well. They consulted with me to make sure that I was pleased as the installation was taking place. We are quite pleased with the outcome and appreciate now being able to open our windows! We will hire them again next year when we continue to replace windows throughout the house.

Mike was a respectful salesperson. He came out to the house for the estimate and gave us some very good advice--no hard sell. On the day the work was done, a large and efficient, polite crew was brought out. We were very pleased with the windows and the care that was taken.

Mike's rating on Angie's list was a big factor in our decision to use him. He was prompt for every appointment & once he started the job, the crew often worked from 9 am-7 pm to quickly complete the project. He did his best to keep the house tidy throughout the installation process. The crew was courteous & friendly. The price, as compared to other replacement window companies (i.e. Pella, Renewal by Andersen, Andersen), was significantly less. We recommend Radiant Windows without reservation.

I found that they were timely and professional to work with. The only reason that we went with another company was because they had a lower bid, other than that we would recommend them.

This guy was wonderful. He came to the house and showed us many choices. We got 2 different windows from him. He gave a suggestion on the windows on installing an oak trim window for the kitchen and the white trim windows for the rest of the house. He replaced the sliding glass door. It looks beautiful. They took out a door and put in a window. He put up siding around the bottom. We are noticing a difference in the house; no drafts, no cool spots and the heating bill is lower. We have referred him to several of our neighbors.

We limited our search for service providers to Angie's List. Based on the reports we read and our meeting with Mike Shadoan, we decided right away we wanted Radiant to do the job. We didn't feel it was necessary for us to look any further. The team of employees (yes, employees, no subs) did an excellent job, were friendly, professional, paid close attention to detail, and were a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed doing business with Radiant and will call on them again for future replacement door and window needs.

I learned about Radiant Windows from Angie's List. (I had dealt with another window company in the past, and felt that I had overpaid and not treated well). After meeting Mike and hearing about his product, etc. I understood why he got such glowing remarks. Everything about my experience with Radiant Windows was perfect! The workmen that showed up for the job were courteous, friendly, and professional. They worked hard, kept me informed, and cleaned up everything well. They worked in very cold conditions but never once complained. Mike also managed to schedule my window installation during my vacation, which was extremely helpful. The work they performed was immaculate. Since getting my windows installed there has been a huge reduction in outdoor noise and a big improvement in energy conservation. Radiant Windows' price, product, and customer service was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you are considering getting new windows, don't pass up this company!

Mike and his team at Radiant are fantastic. They did a superb job on our house. He is one of the most honest, dedicated and responsible contractors I have ever worked with. He's a perfectionist and we were the beneficiary. The windows were installed with great attention to detail. We weren't sure what color coiling to use on our front bay window so his team hung two colors and let us choose. They did a terrific job on our mudroom which had several beams that tilted off-square. On the estimate he thought we might have to do minor repainting but he was able to do the job so that we didn't have to do any touch up work. We couldn't be happier.

Mike made sure that the door company kept to their word. He came to the house again to check that the warranty work was complete and done well by a rep from Therma-Tru door.

I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE! THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH THE BUILDING AND VERY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR THE SCHEDULE. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AND WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. I DO NOT HAVE EVEN A MINOR COMPLAINT!

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH MIKE & RADIANT WINDOWS WAS NOTHING BUT PLEASANT. MIKE'S VISIT TO OUR HOME FOR THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & INFORMATIVE. HE DID NOT GIVE US A PRESENTATION FULL OF GIMMICKS & HARD SELL TECHNIQUES THAT WE RECEIVED FROM OTHER COMPANIES. WE WOULD HAVE PROBABLY SELECTED RADIANT BASED ON OUR IMPRESSION OF THE COMPANY & THE PROFESSIONALISM OF MIKE, BUT RADIANT WAS ALSO THE LOWEST BID! THE SUNRISE WINDOWS THEY INSTALLED LOOK GREAT &, FROM THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO US, SEEM TO BE A QUALITY WINDOW. THE CREW FINISHED THE INSTALLATION AHEAD OF SCHEDULE & MIKE WAS ALWAYS PROMPT ON RETURNING PHONE CALLS. ANOTHER PLUS- GREAT CLEANUP AFTER THE JOB! WE WOULD RECOMMEND RADIANT WINDOWS TO ANYBODY.

WE WERE READY TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WHEN MIKE CAME IN TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR PRODUCT THAT HE COMPLETELY WON US OVER. HE KEPT US INFORMED THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS. THEY WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, DID GREAT WORK AND EVEN FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN THEY HAD ESTIMATED. THEY CONSULTED US ON VARIOUS DETAILS ABOUT THE WORK TO MAKE SURE WE WERE TOTALLY HAPPY. THE BAY WINDOW THEY INSTALLED IN OUR KITCHEN IS MAGNIFICENT AND MAKES THE KITCHEN LOOK TWICE ITS SIZE. HE EVEN MANAGED TO WORK SOME MAGIC WITH THE STICKY CLEVELAND HEIGHTS ARCHITECTURAL BOARD TO GET US WHAT WE WANTED. ON THE LAST DAY WE WERE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF OUR NEW LIVING ROOM PICTURE WINDOW AND MIKE PLAYED INTERIOR DESIGNER TO HELP US REARRANGE THE FURNITURE FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT. A YEAR LATER WE ARE STILL ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THE WINDOWS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. WE PLAN TO HAVE THEM REDO OUR DOORS TOO.

MIKE WAS BY FAR THE BEST IN TERMS OF QUALITY OF PRODUCT, WORK PERFORMED, COURTESY, AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT IDEAS ON HOW TO IMPROVE BATHROOM WINDOW INSTALLATION. MIKE AND HIS TEAM WERE ON TIME, CLEANED UP WHEN WORK WAS COMPLETED. EVERYTHING MIKE COMMITTED TO WAS DONE PERFECTLY AND ON TIME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HIS WORKMANSHIP AND HONESTY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN. HE AND HIS TEAM ARE TERRIFIC!

MIKE WAS TO COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A TUESDAY. HE CALLED MONDAY NIGHT TO SAY HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE IT AND DID NOT KNOW WHEN HE WOULD BE AVAILABLE. ON THE SURFACE IT'S NOT A BIG ENOUGH DEAL TO POST HERE EXCEPT HE HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE OVER THE WEEKEND HIS FATHER HAD PASSED AWAY AND THE FOLLOWING DAY HIS WIFE HAD A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR A TRIPLE BYPASS IN THREE DAYS. HE'D HAD TWO FAMILY TRAGEDIES IN TWO DAYS, YET HE TOOK THE TIME TO CALL. WHAT MADE IT STAND OUT EVEN MORE IS I HAD CONTACTED NO LESS THAN 9 CONTRACTORS, (3 FROM THIS LIST) AND OF THE 3 APPOINTMENTS I MADE, ONE MAN HAD TO CANCEL AND THE OTHER STOOD ME UP TWICE WITH NO CALL OR EXPLANATION. THE OTHER 6 NEVER EVEN RETURNED MY CALL. I AM DONE LOOKING. ALL MY DOORS, WINDOWS, AND SIDING WILL BE DONE BY MIKE. THE WAY HE HANDLED THE SITUATION SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT HIS CHARACTER, I KNOW I CAN TRUST MY HOME TO HIM. I GOT HIS PERMISSION TO INCLUDE THE PERSONAL DETAILS IN THIS POST.

MIKE SHADOAN AND HIS TEAM PRESENT A GREAT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A HOME IMPROVEMENT VENDOR SHOULD BE. I WOULD GIVE HIM A++'S IN ALL CATEGORIES IF I COULD. HE ALSO WORKED WITH US AROUND OUR PREFERRED DATE OF INSTALLATION AND WITH THE CASH PROGRAM IN CLEVELAND. VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH MIKE AND WISH HE OFFERED MORE SERVICES. THE TEAM DID A CLEAN AND PROMPT JOB, GETTING IT DONE IN 2 DAYS WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY.

GOOD WORK, THE OWNER OBVIOUSLY CARED ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES, WHICH IMPRESSED ME. COULD BE DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE ON OCCASIONS, BUT OVERALL I'M PLEASED.

THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS WONDERFUL, THE CLEAN UP LEAVES SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED. THE OWNER, MIKE IS A WONDERFUL A REPRESENTATIVE, HE REPLACED THE HANDLES ON FIVE WINDOWS AT HIS OWN COST. WHEN THERE WAS A MIX UP ON THE COLOR OF ONE OF THE DOORS THAT WE ORDERED HE REPLACED THE DOOR FOR THE CORRECT DOOR AT HIS COST. WHEN WE SET UP THE ORDER WE DID NOT REALIZE THAT THERE WAS A MIX UP AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD REPLACE IT AND HE DID. HE SAID THAT IF WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR WINDOWS THAT HE WOULD REPLACE OUR WINDOWS AND THERE WOULD ONLY BE A CHARGE OF THE DIFFERENCE IF WE WENT WITH MORE EXPENSIVE WINDOWS. WE HAD ASKED HIM ABOUT GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS FOR OUR BASEMENT, LATER WE FOUND THAT WE COULD GET A BETTER COST FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND SINCE HE SAID HE COULD NOT MATCH IT THAT WE SHOULD GO WITH THE OTHER COMPANY. WE WERE A LITTLE LEERY ABOUT USING HIM SINCE HIS SHOP IS NEAR TOLEDO, HIS RESPONSE WAS EXCELLENT HE AND HIS WORKERS TRAVELED TWO HOURS ONE WAY TO THE JOB.

MIKE IS WONDERFUL! WHEN HE CAME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND PATIENT WITH US! AS A MATTER OF FACT, WHEN WE HAD SEEN HIS WINDOWS AT A HOME SHOW WE THOUGHT THEY WERE WOOD! AND THEN WE FOUND OUT THEY WERE VINYL! WOW -- YOU CAN HARDLY TELL THE DIFFERENCE. THE TWO INSTALLERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES TOO. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
