They gave suggestion about the style of the windows and we had them put those windows in. They were very clean and proficient. The clean up after themselves over and above. The price they quoted is the price I paid.

Promptly returned phone call to schedule date for estimate. Were very professional and did not pressure sale. Very easy to work with and were very informative regarding product and installation. Complete job was done quickly and professionally. Clean up was appropriate. Would definitely hire again.

From the initial contact with Michael Shadoan at the Toledo Home Show to the completion of the windows being installed it was a pleasure to work with a company that was very professional. This included phone calls being returned promptly, thorough estimates (no hidden fees), no high pressure selling, suggestions were offered for me to consider, and when the windows were installed the installers were very respectful of my home (covering the carpets, etc.) and it was obvious that they worked well together as a team. The end result has been a pleasure to enjoy.

No pressure, very helpful letting us know what to expect and the options we had. The wood frame and detailing required looks beautiful, there are nice tight fits at both doorways now. The products they recommended seem to be high quality which is what we wanted.

This company and its personnel are wonderful! This is the second time we've used them--they did our porch windows last year. Mike, Mark, Bernice, Phil and Jim are all great people to work with.

Michael returned my initial call quickly and came out to give us an estimate. He showed up on time and gave us a detailed estimate and time frame for when work could be scheduled. From the estimate to the installation, he was both personable and professional. I was on bed rest due to pregnancy complications and he was sensitive to my physical limitations and the impending birth of the baby. He and his staff made sure to have all the work done before the baby's arrival. He and his team were courteous and competent. The work performed was flawless. When there was a mix-up on the hinges of one of the doors, Michael had the hinges replaced right away. We were beyond pleased with the work done - the entire experience working with Radiant Windows was thoroughly impressive. After the work was completed, Michael sent us a thank-you letter that also congratulated us on the birth of our baby boy - a kind and thoughtful touch.

I found a better financing deal through another company. If I need something in the future I will call them.

Radiant Windows made the window replacement process so much easier than I ever expected. Mark gave us a comprehensive overview of the windows they could offer us, answered all our questions, and put no pressure on us to make a decision immediately. Their price, warranty, and Angie's List ratings made it a fairly easy decision to go with Radiant Windows. When they came to install the windows they had an army of workers (at one point in time there must have been 10 of them) all of whom were extremely friendly and considerate. They were very efficient; some removing old windows, others installing the new ones, and others doing all the caulking and capping, finishing all this in 4 hours. Before they left they did a thorough cleaning inside and out and made sure that I did not have any questions or concerns. Overall, I am more than pleased with my new windows and am so thankful for Radiant Windows' commitment to ensure their customers are satisfied. They have a customer for life!

I had used Radiant Windows to replace all of my windows last summer. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I decided to use them again to install new doors. As expected, the workmanship was top-notch and the professionalism was impeccable. They did have a little trouble re-installing the old security door, but they didn't give up until it was perfectly installed. I love my new doors, especially the French doors which were custom-made.

Mike is always great to deal with. We had several minor issues with the replacement windows and doors he installed two years ago. He came out to fix a sticking door and recaulk areas that had decayed for no charge. He stands behind his product and is a fair, honest guy.

Removed old wooden casement windows and installed 8 new vinyl double hung e-glass windows. Installed molding around 6 new windows. Removed old picture window and installed new e-glass picture window. Removed big old dead AC unit on side and installed recessed shelving in old window opening. Remove 2 old wooding entry doors and installed 2 new doors with 2 new screen doors. All this was done in a day with excellent clean up. Mark the foreman did such a great job on the molding, I asked him to add frame molding around 3 interior doors and the new shelving that was not a part of the original contract. The wrong handle came with on of the new doors so Mark came back in a week and replaced the handle and did the extra molding at material cost. Everyone was very professional and they did a great job. Very happy with quality of the doors, windows and workmanship. Highly recommend Radiant!

I was very concerned about this project, it required making a larger opening in a tight spot. Most contractors tried to talk me into something I didn't want. Mark listened to what I asked for and took a fair amount of time measuring and considering all the challenges. Out of all the estimates I got he seamed the best qualified. I was confident he would do a great job. He came out on a Sunday.

Overall, they are great! There were some (a few) "defects" in the products manufacturing. Radiant personnel (especially the owner, Mike Shadoan), was wonderfully cooperative, even proactive in making appropriate adjustments. Professionalism & friendliness. Wish they had thought of turning over the bedroom throw rugs instead of walking on them with their work shoes, however the rugs do not appear soiled. They may have slipped off their shoes & I didn't notice. With the shape of the new windows, half of the rolling shades no longer fit, due to the window casements taking up extra space where old hardware was mounted. Turn over the household rugs, if possible and if customer forgets to do so.

PERFECT! MARK, BOBBY, KEITH AND CORY ARE FANTASTIC. THEY CLEANED UP AS THEY WENT ALONG AND AFTERWARD. I LOVE MY WINDOWS AND STORM DOOR. THE GUYS WERE GREAT WITH MY DOGS. I WANTED TO BUY THEM LUNCH BUT THEY HAD TO GET TO THEIR NEXT JOB. I WOULD LIKE TO NOMINATE THIS REPORT FOR THE PAGE OF HAPPINESS. MIKE SHADOAN AND HIS EMPLOYEES DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED.

He did a beautiful job. He ordered a thermatrue door that has glass in it. He had to custom cut it to be an exact size of my door. It opens and closes and seals air tight nicely. If I have my windows replaced in a few years I would definitely go be to this guy. It was a special door I wanted and he got exactly the right door which I couldn't get from some of the other places. This guy researched it and did a beautiful job. My neighbors compliment me on it.

They are beautiful perfectly size. They are exactly what we wanted. The doors fit perfectly. The measurements were exact. The owner came and measured everything and even made suggestions about locks to match our lighting outside. They are very painstaking in their work. They didn't rush. They noticed a small error and came back and fixed it at no extra charge. Bernice, Mark,and Jim were the workers.

The estimate was timely and the work was performed per the schedule I was given when we agreed to the contract for the work. The work was performed professionally and the end product is very good.

The entire experience was more than anyone could ask for. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and totally non-pressure. Mike, the owner, measured the windows himself to make sure that the first measurements were totally accurate. The crew (Phil, Jim, and Bernice) were both industrious and meticulous and, in my opinion, perfectionists. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and personable. In fact, Phil noticed that both my front and side doors were not latching properly, so during his break, he took the time to repair both of them. This was certainly above and beyond the call of duty. This was a three-day job, so by the end of the third day, I felt that I had actually developed a friendship with the crew. The trust factor was definitely there. I could leave the house for any period of time without a single worry. Mike stopped by on the second day to evaluate their work to make sure everything was top notch. AND the windows are absolutely wonderful!
