This is the 2nd time we have used them. They are wonderful! The 1st time one of our windows leaked after it was replaced. They came out and investigated and found out that it was actually something on the roof. Very helpful. Great price & professional.

Once installation day arrived, the crew worked efficiently and proficiently to install windows and clean up afterwords. A very cold day, but the crew worked through the cold environment. Their work was professionally done with little disruption to rest of house. Will definitely use the company again to continue to replace older windows and doors.

They were excellent, accommodating and punctual. They took precautionary measures to make sure the carpets and the staircases remained clean. The price was good and they also offered me a discount of 300 dollars because I'm an Angie's List member. They cleaned all the mess after the work was done. They did a wonderful job.

They were very patient as I decided which course to follow on these windows and I was very slow to decided! They were great.

This was the second time that we have hired Radiant Windows, and they did not disappoint. The team was very courteous and professional and respectful of our property. There were two minor problems, but Radiant Windows was eager to make things right. One problem was that the door vendor sent the wrong color for the front door. As soon as the correct door arrived, Radiant Windows replaced the incorrect one. The other problem was that the deadbolt lock on the back door was a little bit too difficult to turn. I could have fixed that one myself, but again Radiant Windows took care of it happily.

The owner himself was out to do our estimate & installation. He was the nicest, most down to earth honest guy. We need more contractors like him!! They installed our windows in November. I was worried about the house getting cold but they were so quick and efficient, it wasn't a problem. Not only are the friendly, but boy are they clean. They even ran a vacuum after they were done and cleaned the windows. I couldn't have asked for a better turn out!

Mike and his crew continue to be a pleasure to deal with. They installed new windows and exterior doors in our entire house 3 years ago. We periodically have small issues with a window or door and they are very responsive and fix the problem. These guys are great.

I had initially planned to have the door installed last year when we replaced the kitchen window during our kitchen remodel. However our budget required us to put it off. When we were ready this year, I called them back and they still had us on file and Mark came back out to re-estimate the job. He held to our estimate from last year and told us it would be a while before they could get to it but we were in no hurry since we were not planning to build the new deck until next summer anyway. I was called to set up the installation day about a week ahead and they were able to accommodate my work schedule. The guys who came to do the installation arrived on time and did a beautiful job. I was confident in their craftsmanship and not at all worried about the "big" hole they were cutting into my breakfast room wall. Although my husband was a bit worried he was impressed also. I am extremely pleased with this company and will absolutely call them again to replace the last two windows when we figure out what we are doing in that room. When I had originally planned to do this particular job, other companies told us it couldn't be done or were unwilling to do the work. Mark listened to what I wanted and explained what would have to be done to accomplish the task. He advised us well both this time and when I had my kitchen window replaced. That also required cutting a bigger hole in the wall. I am thrilled with the new beautiful view I have of my yard. It is indeed Radiant! I am most impressed with the fact that Radiant Windows doesn't just send a salesman out to estimate. Their guys estimate and also do the work. There are no surprises or hidden costs when installation happens. I was told that even the company president could come out and do the installation. They are not the cheapest but it's well worth the money knowing the job will be done right. Kudos again to Radiant Windows!!!

I thought that they had very good service and did a great job. We are very happy with it. They did great work and everything looks good and we would use them again.

Mark arrived promptly. His sales approach was straightforward and without pressure, unlike some other companies. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. The only reason why we did not go with this company was because we decided to go with a company (also on Angie s List) that does both window and siding installation. If we had gone with two separate companies, Radiant would have been our choice for windows. We would recommend Radiant Windows to others without reservation. We were extremely happy with Radiant Windows from start to finish. Mark answered all of our questions and even mailed us samples of the window color and trim we were interested in so we could see what it would look like. The installers came on time and went right to work -they had two windows out within the first hour. They took care to cover the hardwood steps and floors we have and cleaned everything up when they were done. They stayed into the early evening to compete the job in one day despite the fact that they had a 2 hour drive home. We were particularly impressed by this: while they were working, a piece of trim was put up that was slightly damaged; it was replaced a short time later with an undamaged piece. We will have a couple more windows to replace after we remodel the master bedroom, and will be happy to have Radiant Window back. Their pride in doing quality work shows in our great looking windows!

A sales rep came out right away after I called for an appointment. He was extremely professional and nice. The problem I had was with my condo association. It took them a long time to decide whether I would be allowed to replace my windows and door. When they did make their decision, it cost me $600 more for a special order. However the sales rep drove to see the person in charge and provided more information, or I might still be waiting. Once I received the approval letter, I forwarded it to Radiant with my deposit check and some questions. They didn't cash my check until all my questions had been answered. They had estimated 6 - 8 weeks for the special order, but the windows came in sooner. Once available, I was quickly able to schedule an appointment for installation.The installers were right on time and got right to work. It did take them longer than I thought it would -- 6 hours -- but they did an excellent job and cleaned everything up before they left. They also demonstrated how to clean the windows and lock/unlock the door. They left the warranty information and advised how long I needed to wait to open the windows and how long I needed to wait to clean them. Very nice and professional people!

The crew arrived on time, got right to work and finished the job within hours. They were courteous and professional. The crew leader was easy to speak with and answered all questions.

These guys are awesome!! Mike came out for the initial estimate, and he was the only company willing to guarantee his price for more than 3 days. I actually scheduled 6 months later and he still honored his price. Mark, Bob, and a helper (I can't remember his name) were prompt, polite, and did a great job both in and outside my home.

It is a contractor I would recommend highly (and will) to family and friends. The 3 workers that came out (Phil, Bertrice, and Jim) couldn't have been nicer or conscientious. The sales rep (Mark Strimpfel) was the same. Minor problem with one of the sashes was resolved immediately (called one day and he came out the next day).

When Mark came to give us the estimate, he was obviously very knowledgeable about the product and we did not have any sales pressure. He provided us with a detailed written estimate that he left with us. On the day of installation, they arrived exactly on time and finished installing all 11 windows in less than 6 hours. The crew was very professional, and we are very satisfied with both the quality of the windows and the installation. We would highly recommend Radiant Windows to anyone!

They were great, the guys who worked on the windows were really good at what they did. They came and did the work that they said they would and I don't have had any complaints about them.

There was nothing we disliked about them. They were very prompt and professional. Also they were very clean. They did a good job and we are very happy with their work. Our neighbors saw their work and they were very impressed and are planning to use them in the future.

Mark was very knowledgeable and professional during the estimate. He did not pressure us. Once the windows came in and the installation day approached, he kept in communication with us. The crew was great. They cleaned up everything and did an amazing job installing our windows, especially our large bay window. I was impressed with everything and it was worth every penny.

I would have used them for windows if I was not selling my home, but they were very knowledgeable and willing to do the work.

They really did an excellent job. From the estimate, to going before the city architecture board, to the install. The workers were pleasant to work with, professional, and did a nice job cleaning up once done each day.

I left a phone call at Radiant late one evening and they returned my phone call the next morning without delay. Mark was very flexible in terms of scheduling an appointment to fix the loose weather stripping. Mark was out to my house on time, as scheduled. Mark was pleasant and courteous. He came in and did what he needed to do no muss, no fuss. The work was covered through their warranty just as it was supposed to be. A++ on service and for holding true to their warranty-no hidden or extra charges of any type managed to sneak their way in.
