From salesman estimate to clean-up. Very professional. Quality of doors and windows--excellent. Installation crew were very polite and showed respect for us and our property.

Salesman (Mark) was very courteous. Didn't waste my time. Described and modeled windows for me. Left me with a quote for replacing eight windows on my second floor. I ended up going with Marvin.

Servicemen Mark and Phil phoned me at work when they had finished their morning job and I drove home from work to meet them. They arrived promptly and wasted no time setting up their equipment and laying down protective covering over my carpeting. Mark worked inside while Phil worked outside. I was stunned by how quickly the old windows were removed. The new windows were installed, caulked, the area cleaned up (they actually brought a vacuum), and they were ready to leave within 3 hours. I was grateful to only miss 1/2 day of work. Both men were gracious and professional.

The crew arrived right on schedule. The came in and set up protection for the floors, carpeting and furniture. They worked in a system that let you know that they knew exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it. Very professional. They finished up right on schedule. Cleaned up after themselves and when done you never knew they were here. I interviewed the top five window companies on Angies list. It was a hard choice but I'm very pleased with this company. My wife is extreamly happy with them.

Mark did a fantastic job. He came in, laid down drop clothes, worked in a calm, professional manner, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He did a super job!

Pete Johnson and his team used the best materials for the job and the workmanship of the project is excellent. In addition, all involved in the project displayed the highest degree of politeness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

They had to special make the Patio door to fit the opening. They did a great job as our neigbors also commented on how hard they worked all day. Really happy with the workmanship.

Mark Strimpfel came out and gave us a estimate. It was clear that he had actually done this type of work before so he was very knowledgeable. There was no sales pitch - just a reasonable estimate and help determining what type of windows and doors would work for us. I had one other estimate and it was outrageous. Mark was honest, meticulous, and very nice. The permit was sought and the work was done within 7 weeks of the contract, exactly as promised. Mark came and oversaw the project and also helped until he had to leave for an appointment. The work exceeded our expectations. The door is great and the windows are just what we wanted. The cleanup was tremendous. There was literally no trace of all the work that was done. During the project, there was a lot of dust and it had disappeared when the crew left. They also sealed off much of the yard during the work due to leadpaint laws. We had another company replace windows several years ago and I cannot say the same. All in all, a very impressive company that we will definitely hire again when we can afford to replace another door!

Very professional organization from start to finish. The salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable. The installation crew was excellent and you could tell they knew their job well. I would highly recommend this company. When we originally called for an estimate, the president of the company called us back right away (and it was a Sunday)! Thanks for a job well done!

All went exceptionally well. Professional receptionist when making the appointment. Estimate was written in detail. Workers arrived on time. Workers were friendly and professional. They showed me how to operate the windows and also showed me caulking done on the outside of the windows. Also explained the warranty and tax credit. We had four estimates. Radiant Windows was not the highest estimate but they we not the lowest either.

They showed up on time, and checked out the windows they were replacing. Runners and drop clothes were put down to contain any mess that could have happened. They replaced the old windows with the new ones making sure they were square, and opening and shutting correctly. They then sprayed foam around them. They put the trim on. These guys were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable in everything they did. They swept up after themselves when they were done. Everything was done in a timely manner.

They did show up 1 hour early(morning), which was ok, but did drive to my home from over 2 hours away. Performed excellent cleanup and a very personable staff. They also performed misc work the other windows that was not part of the original plan for no charge. Very nice The job on the door was difficult and was executed to perfection.

From initial meeting to finished product, Mike's team was wonderful. The installation was perfect, and the products they used were top of the line. Radiant Windows offers the best quality windows and quick/tidy/instructive installers that follow good practices. The owner was helpful and instructive.

Had windows replaced in November but waited to review company until winter was over. Windows are great. Rooms are much warmer with thermostat set lower. Estimator was head of installation crew so worked with the same person from start to finish. Not the least expensive quote we received, but not the most expensive either. After first meeting, and review on Angie?s list, we felt most comfortable dealing with Radiant ? still do. Radiant was great and did a very nice job on the installation, clean up, and hauling away of the old windows. Radiant uses new vinyl (pure white) too so no issue with recycled (bluish tint vinyl) matching the color of our house. Bluish tinted (recycled) vinyl was an issue with another company we used for replacement windows at a previous home in Cleveland.

Radiant windows - very punctual and got right to work. Completed the work on time without any problems. Very professional.

I've used them in the past. They do excellent work. I trust them enough that we left them to finish the job and had them lock up when they left. Everything went well.

Left a message for Mike, the owner. He called me back from his vacation in Florida to set up an estimate. Came over right on time and measured each window. Extremely pleasant guy. Took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. As I am on a pretty tight budget, he gave me a couple of different options and explained the pros and cons of each. After purchasing the windows, it took about 6 weeks for them to be made and delivered. Radiant called to set up a time to install. I was not here during installation, but my wife said they were very clean and efficient. The work looks great, everything appears to be installed to standard. Going from our old single pane windows to these new ones has been a breath of fresh air.

They were great. The owner came out and he was great - so was the installer. I got a double slider and there was something wrong with the slider and the owner came right out to fix it. They are easy to clean and there isn't any air going in or out unless you open the window.

The workers at Radiant Windows were fantastic. I was very pleased. They were very informative but not pushy or overbearing. They had no hidden fees and they were very honest and up front. They were very efficient and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job.

Salesman came on time and was thorough in his explanation of the product. Received a call confirming date and time of installation. Workmen arrived on time, were professional and courtious, and replaced the window in a timely manner.
