My experience with Mike Shadoan, the owner, to his entire work crew has been completely satisfying. The price was competitive. They were on time as scheduled, worked diligently & gave added attention to getting the job done correctly. Solving any problem that arose. They were polite & professional. I recommend them whole hearted.

The owner did the initial consultation. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Approximately three months later, my windows and sliding patio door were installed. Two very nice installers who arrived promptly, were friendly, did nice work and cleaned up after-wards.

Workers worked non- stop until completion.

Everything went well. The estimate was spot on they did exactly what was promised. Installers were good. Communication about when the windows actually come in could be better, but after a call to them they responded well. I would recommend.

We obtained estimates from 3 different window replacement vendors that we found on Angies List. Radiant Windows was not the lowest estimate but the representative that came out did a great job of explaining the features and benefits of their windows. We placed our order in November and the windows were installed at the end of December. The crew came on time and did a great job of preparing the house with protective covers and tarps. They worked well as a team and were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of the old windows. We have already recommended them to other friends and coworkers.

This is our 2nd experience with Radiant Windows. Their salesman as well as the installers were great. Knowledgeable and pay attention to details. They use high quality products. Will use them next time we have a need they can help us with.

The crew was right on time, and they were extremely pleasant and professional. Our windows were 35 years old and in bad shape. The new windows are absolutely beautiful. Mike came out in January to give us an estimate, as well as show us what could be done with new windows. There was no pressure, and no pushing of more expensive windows. He figured out how to save us $1000.00 on the bay window, and that helped as this was a large investment. Whenever I called the office, Lori got right back to me and was always helpful. The crew cleaned up everything, inside and out, when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone.

They showed up at 8a.m. and worked straight through to 2 p.m. The three workers worked well as a team and were very efficient. They laid down tarps to protect our brand new carpet and when the job was done they vacuumed and cleaned our house just like they found it. They were very friendly and eager to answer all our questions. I called them about 2 months after installation about a problem with the door that was installed. They came out that same day and fixed the problem very quickly. I was really impressed with the time they took to make sure the caulking and trim work looked very professional and pleasing to the eye!

Radiant was able to provide us with windows that met our specific requirements. Installation went smoothly and clean up was good too. We love our new windows! They are beautiful!

The Angie's List reviews are on target. Michael is highly professional, no-nonsense and all about the job, not the sale. We were window novices and he handled us well. My neighbor is now also getting windows from Radiant. Installation crew was excellent.

This company has the best ratings that I have ever seen on Angie's List. So I called them and got an estimate. Subsequently I checked with a neighbor who had used them. He used them in 2009 and liked them so well that he had them install windows again in 2010. Then I found out that our daughter and her husband had used Radiant and were very satisfied. So I placed the order. They came on the date and time scheduled for the installation. They used drop clothes everywhere and left the house as clean as they found it (even though it was snowing outside). All work was completed in six hours. The new windows look beautiful both inside and outside.

Phil and Jeff arrived on time, were very friendly, and informative. They finished the job early, cleaned up, and left us with a beautiful set of windows. Phil even caulked some spots on the molding to give the overall window area a fresh look.

Mike was very easy to work with. A bit easier with me as he has done work for my family before. I had seen his team's work and it was very professional. I am 100% sure for the same size windows you can find a lower price out there but you get what you pay for. I had no problem paying for quality products and top notch labor. We scheduled the work over a month in advance and they showed up early in the day to start the work. Keep in mind the outside temp was under 30 degrees. They spent time prepping the inside of my home for the foot traffic with floor protection and tarps. They did there demolition/tear out very carefully, took there time to make sure that it was right, cleaned up all their mess and treated my home as if it was their own. There was not one issue with the products they were all exactly as I ordered them. There finishing was just perfect. Matched all my existing trim and trimmed out the inside and the outside of the windows very cleanly. They were an experienced/professional crew with an apparent system for getting the job done right and never taking a break. I will definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

The workers came on time and removed old windows. Cleaned up, then installed new windows, in a very short time. They came out perfect. We are very satisfied with everything.

We were extremely pleased with Radiant. The price was competitive and the warranty is fantastic. Mark was very courteous and pleasant when providing the estimate. He answered all of our questions. He was also part of the four man crew when the windows were installed. The whole crew was friendly and hard working. They did a great job and we would use them again without hesitation. The windows look great, work great and are a huge improvement over what we had. This was exactly the type of experience we had hoped for.

The office called a week before the install date to confirm the details and tell me how to prep my home so the new windows could be put in. At 8:30 on the dot of the install date, a three-man crew arrived and immediately set to work on a cold, drizzly day. A fourth man (the same person who did the estimate for this job) came about an hour later to help. They put down mats throughout the house so they wouldn't track in any dirt or mud and were kind and friendly to my two dogs, which I appreciated. They specifically showed me how they were installing the trim and cleaned up one sill which had apparently sustained some ant damage. They worked efficiently, usually with two or three men doing the outside while the other one or two did the inside trim from window to window. They already had about half the windows done by lunchtime. I had pizza delivered for them because they were doing a nice job and they had been standing out in pretty lousy weather all morning. The men were very appreciative and kind. They were back to work within half an hour and had finished the installing by about 3:00. They went back over each window and cleaned and vacuumed the area around it, and they loaded all of my old nasty windows onto their truck to haul away. They made sure to give me all of the warranty paperwork and the forms to get the tax credit before they left around 4:00. I could not imagine a better experience. I waited as long as I did to get new windows because I was terrified of all the bad things that could happen. But this was the opposite of a nightmare. The estimator was nice, the office gave me the install date I requested, the crew was skilled and knowledgeable, and the whole process was done and over with in one day! In the six weeks or so that I've had the new windows, I've noticed my home feels cozier and less drafty, and my energy bills have gone down. I love the way my new windows look both inside and out. I've gotten many compliments from my neighbors, too. Count me as a very happy customer!!

We found them on Angie?s List. They were accommodating and the price was competitive. They did a beautiful job on installation and were neat, clean, and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The workmen were efficient and polite. The Radiant Window Company was accurate about the time and estimated price. They answered all questions by phone and in person. They said it would take 7 to 10 weeks to install the windows. They called week 7 and the work was completed week 8. We are very satisfied.
