I love my new doors and windows! Mark from Radiant was a true professional from start to finish. He was always prompt, listened to my concerns, made good suggestions and explained things clearly. I chose Radiant based on the quality of the products, the price and Mark's knowledge and professionalism. The job was done for the price quoted and in the time specified. There was an issue with one window and Mark explained the problem and the solution. I might not have noticed it if he hadn't told me about it. Everything went very smoothly. My neighbor reported that the crew cleaned up as they went along and were respectful of the job site and neighbors. The house was clean and in perfect shape when I got home. The Radiant crew did a quality job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Mark came out to give an estimate of work to be performed. He was on time for the appointment, was very low key, but informative. His prices were competitive. I liked the products he showed me. It took three days to install the door and windows. The door took most of one day alone. According to the 2 gentlemen who put in the door, doors can be more difficult than windows. The door looks great and so far, I haven't had any problems. There were 11 windows that I needed replaced;, 2 "awning" type windows, the rest, casement type windows. One of the casement type windows was in the garage, so that window did not have to open or have screens. The rest of the casement windows do open. It took two days, with 5 men working all day long to install the windows. They were here on time, took very little time for lunch and I'm unaware that they took any type of break. They cleaned up at the end of each day and removed all of the old windows and all the debris from putting in the new windows. I still have two doors that need to be replaced and I'll probably go again with Radiant Windows for those doors.

Mike came out and spent time showing me different styles of windows, explaining the differences, advantages/disadvantages and worked out estimates for each. I was very comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge and no pressure demeanor. The windows are awesome and I am happier with these than with windows I have from another major company. The installation crew was great and the office staff were always pleasant and helpful. I will be having more windows installed by them.

Mark, Mike and the team arrived on time & ready to work. The entire team was very friendly & professional. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner and trash can. I was very impressed how they cleaned up. The windows are beautiful. The cost was great. Outstanding job!! I know this rating seems too good to be true, but it is.

The crew did a great job from start to finish. Trimmed warped window sills, put new trim around inside front door, and replaced doorbell (trim and doorbell purchased by us) at no extra charge.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Mark was very straightforward and made sure everything went smoothly from estimate to installation. The crew was very efficient, friendly, and tidy. It took two days to install, and I could tell the crew went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. I was very concerned about maintaining the architectural integrity of my 1930s colonial home (e.g., cottage style windows) and debated replacing my original windows for the past three years. I finally decided to bite the bullet and update for energy efficiency. I did not want vinyl windows that looked cheap or tacky, and the Sunrise Windows are just beautiful. Honestly, the windows LOOK fantastic, just like the originals from a distance. In one room, I had vinyl installed to match the stained wood trim, and it is almost impossible to tell they are vinyl, they match so well. We have already noticed a difference in sound (much quieter indoors) and energy efficiency. I could not be happier, in fact, I have all my windows open right now and the breeze feels great! My only regret is that I did not also install a new front entry and storm door while the crew was here! Needless to say, I will be hiring Radiant Windows again in the future.

The product appears to be excellent and looks greatMike was really great from the quotation appointment to the install. The product appears to be better than the other quotes I received, especially for the price. He did an excellent job on the measurements and on matching the wood trim around the windows. They showed up when they said they would. They worked hard to schedule me and worked with my schedule since I needed them to come in the late morning/afternoon. They laid down carpet protectors. Worked quickly and efficiently. They swept the house when they were finished inside. They completed the outside nicely, replaced a rotted board and even helped me cut down a couple of out of control weeds (I am renting the home and my renters keep the grass mowed but are not so good on the weeding.) That was something they definitely didn't have to do. I appreciate their attention to detail and their work. I would recommend them.

Radiant Windows LLC, is absolutely the best company, we have ever dealt with. Mike, Lori, and the entire crew, are a well oiled machine. Our place looked wonderful when they left. We can already tell we don't have the drafts, that we had with our old windows. Outstanding !

The crew "Phil & Dan" are the best ! The crew is great to work with. The product is the best on the market. 2nd time we used them . Next year will be the 3rd.

So far, everything has been great. He answered every question I had, and there was no issue. He could not have been nicer. I put down the down payment. It is a nine-week waiting period for them to make and install the windows, so they said it would be done by the end of July. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Mike and his crew were fantastic! Everything went smoothly from the beginning estimate through job completion. He worked with us to get the job done within our time frame (even working with the unpredictable weather). The windows look great, and the entire house got a facelift. The crew was polite and courteous and very neat. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I wish I would have done this sooner, but I was dreading the process. Radiant made it so easy. My husband and I were highly recommended by a friend of a neighbor, to trust in the "work ethics", "quality", and "price" provided by Mike Shadoan of Radiant Windows. So we started working with Mike back in 2005 when we made a choice to buy windows for our home. Our first impression was obviously everlasting, since we are now what one would consider us to be: a "repeat customer". We found Mike of Radiant Windows, to be honest, and quite sincere, during his unique sales process. Mike provided a clear demonstration of how w arm air from inside your house escapes thru "the glass" of the old window. Really? Well I never knew that & Mike's entire demonstration made a lot of sense. Get the demo from Mike. Mike educated us first & foremost. We DID NOT feel as though we were given the dreaded sales pitch, and instead, we were educated! Pretty cool, huh? Who educates today during this process? We needed windows in 2005, but like you, we were not sure of whom to trust. Trust is key today, and you will not feel as though you are pitched "anything" from Radiant. Just get ready to be "very comfortable" with the entire process of remodeling your home. We are a repeat customer from 2005, and just had an awesome, beautiful patio door installed, in 2011. I could type good words all day long, and continue to express the excellent door, and window quality, but the detailed workmanship of the actual install provided by the Radiant Windows team is everlasting. I sat and wrote this in order to ?help others? with their decision process. Do yourself a huge favor with your hard earned paycheck and your time, and make sure you hire the best. I suggest the Radiant Windows team. They have a sincere way of making you feel very content during the entire process. The installers were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after they were done. We are very pleased with the product and the company.

We knew the type of work that they did at our 2nd home so we bought from them for the main home in Massillon. They showed up and went to work before I knew they were there, completing the job around 3:30 pm. Most impressed with their planning before the job and their communications during the job. The four of them, including the Big Boss, worked well together. They encountered a problem with the sliding door installation once the old French doors were removed. Found the solution and made a beautiful installation. We'll definitely use them and their products in the future if the need arises and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

The installers called when they was on their way, as requested. The installation went smoothly. Courteous and conscientious of carpet, etc.

Vendor of a new garage door recommended Radiant as an honest, reputable window dealer. Contracted with Michael for the two large windows at our second home in Marblehead. Then contracted for 9 double hung windows at our home in Massillon. Installers showed 15 minutes early in Marblehead, removed the old windows and hauled them away, installed new windows and clad the exterior wood sills. Neat installation and cleaned up both interior and exterior. The windows in Massillon due to be installed June 2nd. Expect that installation to be as clean and neat as this one. Installers were both friendly and polite. Enjoyed talking with them.
