We are so incredibly happy with our window replacement experience by Radiant Windows!! Mike and his crew is top notch and we would use their services again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone! Mike was very informative, thorough and professional at our consultation and estimate appointment. He did not try to up sell me in any way and was honest in what windows would fit my needs and budget best. It was his professionalism and attention to detail that made me select his company to work with! We had a crew of 3 men that came to replace our 4 windows. They were on time, professional, efficient and clean. They explained the process, made sure to cover any surface in our house where they would be working, and cleaned up after themselves. They were all very personable and Ryan had no problem wearing a mask, as he was the one working inside the house. Our windows look great inside and outside and none of our inside wood trim was disturbed in any way! We are ecstatic to have windows that no longer leak and could instantly tell how much outside noise was blocked as well with the new windows! I love the ease of the tilt in feature to clean them and overall could not not be happier with out experience!!

What a great experience we had with the entire company start to finish. Beginning with the office staff who were so warm and friendly as we began our process of choosing replacements for windows and patio doors, to Mike who came to our home to take measurements and offered recommendations I felt were based on honesty and not as an attempt to sell higher priced products, to the installation crew who did an outstanding job with the removal of all the windows and doors and the install of all the new ones. I was so impressed with the respect this company had for my century home with the clean up and the amount of detail into the finishing. The windows and doors have far exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with the replacement sliding glass doors that Radiant installed in my three seasons room. Not only do they greatly enhance the beauty of the room, but they also make it so much easier to cool the room (and hopefully to heat the room this winter). Prior to getting these new windows and doors, I rarely could have the door between the room and the rest of the condo open because it was just too difficult to heat and cool the room. I have not shut the door once since the windows were installed despite temperatures into the high 90's. I feel as though a new room was added to my condo! Great product, well installed and insulated. Thanks to all of the very professional folks at Radiant and the installers who worked on the 2 hottest days of the summer.

The whole project was very seamless, from design, quote, actual installation, and follow-up. The door system recommended was far superior to those received from other potential sources, and the actual door quality excellent. Our project required significant customization due to condo association rules, which Radiant accomplished very well. The actual installation went extremely well. The installation crew was very conscientious and meticulous. Great attention to detail, and always went the extra mile when old construction problems were discovered. The clean-up after the project was completed was amazing. Very successful project, and I would heartily recommend Radiant and its entire organization to anyone needing door or window replacement or installation.

We called & met with Mike of Radiant Windows. After lots of shopping & researching, we selected Sunrise windows as our replacements & Radiant Windows as the installers. Mike was the only company we talked to that didn’t have an issue with our wired security system & the small contacts that needed to be screwed onto the window edge. Three trucks & 6 guys showed up on install day. Drop clothes were placed through out the house. We absolutely, cannot believe the care that was taken to NOT trample the flowers & shrubs ! A large bay window & the rest double hungs, were replaced & look great ! Most work was finished the first day with the bay window roof finished on the second day. Everything looks great with many many thanks to Radiant Windows & to Mike & all his guys !

After researching window installers, we decided to use Mike to replace 25 single pane casement windows. We’ve had our windows since September and they performed great over this cold winter and they look great. Energy costs were lower this winter and can’t wait to see how they perform in the summer. Mike and his installers were professional and friendly, and the installers kept everything clean. The windows were all installed in one day. I would use Mike again, he knows windows.

We hired radiant windows to replace our aging windows in our sun room, and replace the damaged walls surrounding them because the windows had been leaking. Mike came out and listened to our ideas and was able to make this project come together. From start to finished, they were very professional and easy to work with. We are very happy with our new sun room.

The entire experience, from initial sales appointment to installation, was handled with the utmost professionialism and care. Mr. Shadoan met with us twice to go over measurements and options and was very open to our changes and questions. We learned a lot about the product as well as the Installation process during these meetings. Setting the installation appointment with the office staff was very easy. The installation was completed by a very professional team. We were not present for the entire day but upon arrival at home the only difference was the beautiful windows installed. They cleaned up all evidence of their work and everything was the same as we left it. We are very grateful for the quality, professional and personal work that Radiant Windows provided to our family. They came to my home and measured and worked with me to find the right door and trim color. They told me when the door would arrive and installed the door in the agreed upon time frame. After the door was installed, they called to make sure I was satisfied.

Had 5 large windows replaced. Have used this company before ( have had 13 windows replaced previously ) and wanted to use their services again.They are pleasant, professional and timely. Installed the windows in freezing weather without hearing a complaint. Cleaned up after. These are vinyl windows but you cannot tell by looking. They look like wood. The trim has a beautiful wood grain look that looks very natural. Will use them again for more windows in the future.

they were very professional. did an excellent installation job. cleaned up the area after they were finished and even vacuumed the carpet with their own vacuum. the new window is much warmer than the Anderson window because of the additional insulation they installed and it is a better quality window. i would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The installers were prompt and took steps to cover the flooring near the work areas. They completed by early afternoon and cleaned up the work areas. The windows look great! My only disappointment was they weren't very careful outside and trampled flowers that were beginning to come up.

After much research and reading reviews I knew I wanted to get Sunrise vinyl windows for our whole house window replacements. I already had one estimate when I decided to get on Angie’s List. I wanted someone very knowledgeable about windows, a more local company with good reviews. Radiant Windows met those qualifications and more. I liked that they were awarded the Super Service award every year since 2003 and that the owner had previously designed windows and manufacturing equipment for the window industry. I called Radiant Windows and the owner came to our home the next day. He was punctual, professional, very informative and knowledgeable. No high pressure. He brought windows with him for us to see, measured all our windows and gave us his price on the spot. His bid was the lowest and that was even with upgrades on the windows. We decided to go with Radiant Windows and were not disappointed. The windows came in about 6 weeks after ordering them. The office personnel was friendly, responsive to calls and e-mails and kept me informed with updates. The window installers were on time, polite, friendly, detail oriented and did an excellent job installing the windows. They were careful to protect our floors and window trim and cleaned up well after finishing each window inside and out. The windows were installed in two days just as they had told us. We also had a new window added and they did a great job installing it. I would highly recommend Radiant Windows and would hire them again.

The Radiant Windows team was very professional during each aspect of our service. Mike suggested a different window than i originally had in mind and I am so glad he did! Excellent!! Can not say enough about Michael and his crew. They showed up on time, very clean and completed the installation of 12 windows/ 6 openings without any interruptions. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was exactly what I would want to expect out of a company. Product is very high end and looks great installed. I plan on having them install the rest of my windows at a later date. I have referred Radiant Windows to others.
