A crew of 6 did amazing work, replaced 6 large old nonfluctuating windows in a very short time. Results exceeded all my expectations.

It has been ten months since we purchased Sunrise windows from Radiant Windows. Our house was noticeably cooler and more comfortable this summer when we had the air conditioning running. These windows are such great quality that when super storm Sandy blew through our area we were snug and warm inside and did not even hear the wind raging outside. As winter closes in on us I am very happy with the performance of these replacement windows. There are no air gaps or leaks; there is no condensation.. Cleaning these windows is easy and fast. It is wonderful to just have two surfaces to clean; inside and outside, no more removing the inner panes of glass to clean between them. They are sealed forever. Also, I love the way these windows look from the outside of our home and from the inside, too. We did not need to replace our existing woodwork because these replacement windows matched quite closely to the original stain color. The hardware on these windows is great quality and looks nice. Most of all, the windows open and close smoothly. We spent a lot of money on these windows and we feel that we got a top quality window that will perform well for many years. We liked working with Mike Shadoan for several reasons, but the most important one is that he was involved in our purchase from beginning to end. He stopped by the house to see the finished work several days after the crew was done installing the windows. He is definitely not just a salesman. Other quotes we received from competing companies were even higher and we knew we would be handed off to another person for installation and another person for resolving any problems along the way, etc. With Radiant Windows you deal with a small group of people from beginning to end; they have integrity and a great work ethic.

After reviewing several companies on Angie's List, we decided to first contact Radiant Windows based on the high quality of their reviews. After meeting with Rick and receiving an estimate, we could see that we were dealing with a top-quality company and our search was over. We signed a contract on the spot. The work was done in 2 days (as promised) by Mike and his 3-man crew. The windows looked great both inside and out, and the house was spotless after they were finished. We could not have been more satisfied with the quality of the work, and the professionalism and expertise of the Radiant Windows organization.

They showed up as scheduled. A rainy day but still completed the job in one day what they thought would maybe take longer. Very impressed with the quality and would highly recommend them. Notice a major difference already in the house.

The job went very smooth from begining to end since all their personel were highly skilled professionals down to interior finish carpenter and and exterior trim detail person. As you can emagin a bay window is no small undertaking and they engineered the process very well. Although their address shows as Sandusky, they maintain a local presence. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mike, the owner is a great guy to deal with as well as his sales person Rick who guided me through the type of windows available and the differences. All windows met the current EPA/Energy star ratings.

I spoke with Radiant the salesman came to the home with no pressure concerning my husband being present. We went over what they offered and I told him I may need him to come back. I spoke with my husband and the salesman came out again to confirm some information. We signed on the spot. The owner, Mike, came out and measured all the windows, he told me that it would probably be late October when they would be ready for installation. They were right on the money. Radiant booked 2 days for installation but on the first day they showed up with a crew of around 8. They started at 8:30 in the morning and were wrapped up, cleaned up and out of here around 3:30. Wonderful crew, great job. Would and have recommended them to anyone who even mentions windows.

Impressive job! We were given Radiant Windows as a reference for several other projects we were looking into around our home. When we started to look for window options we looked on Angie's List and once again saw Radiant Windows. The reviews were outstanding. We called. Mike got back to us right away. He came to the house, gave us great information and options (both for now and the future). He was extremely knowledgeable and flexible. The crew showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up and left us with beautiful basement windows that fit the look of our old house. They exceeded my expectations (which is not easy). They did a excellent job and we will not hesitate to use them again!

Wether you purchase their product or not, this company is first class and a pleasure to deal with. We used Radiant Windows to install windows and a patio door three years ago in our previous house and knew going in we would use them for the older ranch home that my wife and I purchased this past June. From initial contact with their office, in-home consultation with their sales rep, Rick Scacchi, hands-on involvement by company owner and president, Mike Shadoan, I would recommend this company be contacted for any window or door replacement a homeowner may be contemplating. The crew was great (Phil, Dan, Bob and other craftsmen and craftswomen) and the first day of work was attended to by a crew of nine, including Mike Shadoan. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and the price we paid for the product and services we received from Radiant Windows.

We had 2 contractors interviewed, checked all with Angie’s List, arrowed down to select Radiant Windows. They were professional, honest, not pushy, evaluated our needs, they were amazed that despite the challenge to remove all old doors, windows, the project was completed in less than 10 hours with a crew of 8. The result is wonderful and we wish we could have done this before. We already recommended Radiant to three other people.

I called Radiant Windows and spoke directly to Mr. Shadoan (Mike), who is the owner/president of the company. We set up a date/time for him to come and give a quote. He drove 1 1/2 hrs to get to my home and he was right on schedule. Mike was very knowledgeable about Sunrise windows. He was very polite and answered all questions we had. He gave suggestions too. We had received quotes from 2 other people (Anderson and Polaris) besides Mike. I had extensively researched all these brands and Mike came in with the MOST KNOWLEDGE, BEST PRICE, AND BEST WARRANTY! When the guys came to install the windows they did a fantastic job - laid down mats/drop clothes, installed the windows, cleaned up after themselves - even ran their own vacuum cleaner. This was the best experience of having someone come into my home and perform an installation. The results of all their hard work is that I was totally amazed how awesome my windows looked. The Brazalian pecan interior closely matched my woodwork trim and the white exterior was so elegant. I was truly astounded at how well put together these windows were. I am a nit-picker and tried to find fault in something but I must say these windows exceeded my expectations! The guys that installed the windows were friendly and answered any questions that I had. As a matter of fact, there were 3 guys installing the windows and Mr. Mike showed up several hours into the installation and began installing the hopper windows in the basement - please keep in mind it took them each 1 1/2 hours to get to my house. I was so pleased with the windows that I asked Mr. Mike to measure my other 4 windows that I hadn't replaced and to get a quote on them as well - they really don't need replaced just yet, but eventually I would like them to match the others that were just installed. I know I will have Radiant Windows, LLC perform the installation for my other windows.

French door on slides. rick from radiant windows came in ad when over both kinds. 2 chose the slides. The owner came in and measured then the crew brought in to install. About 4 hauls to instal. They are excellent and with this heat outside I am not feeling it inside.

This contractor was recommended by a friend who had worked for a garage door company, and had come to know the work done by Radiant Windows when he worked at some of the same homes they worked at. We first contracted for only the windows. The estimate was very reasonable, and we dealt with the owner of the company. He was very impressive with his knowledge and dedication to quality. One major concern I had with a window job was, our wood trim on the inside of our old windows was in poor condition. Radiant Windows was able to address this problem extremely well...they had a person who, for a very reasonable extra charge, refinished the wood trim inside to make it look better than I ever thought it could look! Since the window job was less expensive than we expected, we signed a second contract to replace our rear entry door, storm door, and doorbell. In the near future, we plan to use Radiant Windows to replace our front door and front storm door, as well as two windows and a side door on our garage. All of the people we came into contact with from Radiant Windows behaved in a very professional way. They all did an outstanding job, and paid close attention to minimizing disruption in our home and carefully cleaning up after their work. I don't think we could have found a better window and door contractor anywhere! And, I have learned they also do other types of remodeling work as well, and I plan to use them in the future for any remodeling needs I may have.

Mark, the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and low key. He listened well and offered a compelling solution for us.

Mike ordered the windows and his crew showed up to install them. The crew was meticulous in their work and very courteous and careful not to create other issues. They laid down drop cloths next to the windows, placed runners on the carpet to create a walk way that keeps the floors clean. The widows were good quality energy efficient windows that slid right in looking great. Well everything was going good, until they realized that the windows had wood grain grids instead of white grids that were originally ordered. Let me tell you the wood grain looked great, really making the windows pop, since the trim was oak and the house has a lot of oak woodwork. This wouldn?t have been an issue if the windows above them didn?t have white grids in them. Mike was out of town with his family, on vacation, and he still took time to I talk with me about the issue. Once he returned he came out to look at the issue and to discuss a solution. Now let me say this is where I thought I am going to have widows that don?t match or I?m going to pay out the wallet to replace windows I can?t afford to replace. Mike lived up to his reputation and agreed to replace the remainder of the windows at no cost to us. Mike came back and started to replace the reminder of the windows. The windows were half circle and quarter circle windows. Before Mike ordered them he took meticulous measurement?s, made notes, even drawing the widow grid design so they would match up perfectly with the bottom window grids. They had no issues replacing the half circle windows; they fit just like a glove. The quarter circle windows fit like a glove as well, like OJ Simpson?s glove at his murder trial. The issue wasn?t that Mike didn?t measured right, rather his measurements were exact but the original widows weren?t a perfect quarter circle. Once again Mike took the high road that a true business professional would do. He immediately called the window manufacturer and reordered the windows to match the existing opening. Now as our luck would have it the old window broke when they removed it and had to close up the opening with a piece of OSB. The other part of this issue is we are scheduled to have a family get together a week later. Once again Mike stepped up to the plate and said that if the manufacturer can make the window in time, he said he would drive to Michigan, pick up the window and install it by next Friday. I have no doubts that Mike will deliver if he can. Mike has time and time again gone out of his way to make sure that we are 100% satisfied with what he was hired to do. One thing is for sure, WE HAVE NO REGRETS in choosing Radiant Windows. I have wondered multiple times what would another company do? Mike could have many times shrugged his shoulders, walked away and said sorry about your luck, but he didn?t. Mike has paid forward, as they say, many times over. True to the reputation that has held true, for Mike and the company, he went to Michigan, picked up the windows and is finishing up the installation today. Just in time for our house warming party on Sunday. Thanks Mike!!!!!! Let me say that if anyone wants needs windows and wants a first class job where a man's word is as good as what he sells, don't hesitate to call Radiant Windows. I can assure you that they are the cream of the crop and you get MORE than what you pay for.

The workers arrived early, worked efficiently and were finished in a timely manner. All debris was cleaned up when they left. We did not check other prices, quality was important.

They came and did excellent work. They kept busy all the time. They answered questions that we asked. They cleaned everything up when they got done. They explained everything about all the papers that they gave us. Very polite. I would recommend them to anyone. We are very satisfied!!

We requested an estimate from Radiant Windows for window replacement in our entire house. Mike came all the way from Toledo to visit with us. We liked Mike very much, he was friendly and informative. His windows however were on the higher end of our estimates. We wanted to do a few more things with the windows but couldn't do so with the pricing. We would recommend Mike and Radiant Windows to others if price is not holding you back.

The 2 man crew arrived as scheduled with the new replacement window. They immediately spread a covering over the floors to protect them and proceeded to remove and replace the window. there arrived and completed the job within an hour. The men were experienced and pleasant. I highly recommend Radiant Windows to anyone requiring window replacements.
