This is a fantastic company from the salesman, owner, and office ladies, to the master installers. Mark, the salesman, showed me the two window brands that Mike, the company owner, uses for replacement jobs. He thought that the existing oak trim could still be used. Mike, the company owner, came and did all the final measurements. I picked Soft-Lite windows and new pre-framed oak trim. I decided on new trim after seeing how good the frames looked. The windows are great and the frames, which one of the installers made, are fantastic. The installation crew of master carpenters were amazing. Complete window replacement is a messy and dirty job. Tarps, runners, vacuuming, sweeping, total removal of all the old windows and mess, and we were left with beautiful new windows. There may be better replacement windows than Soft-Lite, but there is no better installation crew than Radiant's master carpenters. Now I want a new front door from Radiant! I highly recommend this company.

I hired Radiant Windows at my last home and liked both their product and workmanship so much that I hired them again at my current home. This time I interviewed six companies prior to purchase and still chose Radiant Windows. Friends had told me horror stories of the mess that replacing their windows with other companies created. Not so with Radiant Windows. The installers were most pleasant, polite, and professional, and they cleaned up completely both inside and out. All that was left for for me was to adjust the pleats on my drapes and enjoy my new windows. Radiant Windows gives a lifetime guarantee, but if I move again and need windows, this is the company I'll call again.

Mike met with us to discuss options and take measurements. He responded in a timely manner with a quotation and scheduled the installation within an acceptable lead-time. His installation team arrived on time, put down drop cloths to protect the carpeting and went to work removing the old windows. They worked efficiently,completed a neat and attractive installation, cleaned up and hauled away the old windows and debris. They took time to demonstrate operation and review the conditions of the manufactures warrantee with me. I was very satisfied with the results. I have used Radiant Windows several times over the past ten years and will use them again for a larger project we have planned latter this year.

From the sales persons, the installers even up to the owner, we very recipients of the utmost courtesy, solicitude and professional behavior. We could not have asked for better treatment.

Radiant Windows sent a crew of 5 installers to my house. They worked very well together and completed the job professionally and efficiently. They completed the work in less time than they estimated. It looks fantastic!

The business owner arrived on time for an estimate. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful with window selections and color choices. He explained the pricing based on window, style, and colors. I also learned the history of his business. The estimate provided was slightly less than I'd earmarked. Because of all of the above and prior Angie's list reviews, I did not pursue another estimate and signed the contract.. I was told to expect a call early to mid-May. I wasnot disappointed. At least 5 men showed up for installation and the job was completed that day (a surprise). Cleanup was excellent. The windows are absolutely beautiful. I have stained wood frames and noone would know I have replacement windows. I'd recommend Radiant Windows to anyone. Radiant is doing remodeling also. I plan on having my kitchen remodeled at some point. I will call Radiant first. There is only one problem. The sliding screen is not flush with the bottom framing, which allows insects and tree debris in. I haven't called about this yet and I am certain that when I do the response will be prompt and appropriate. I will report on it. Within days of submitting my review the company called me and scheduled an appointment for Mike to come out. He fixed the problem entirely to my satisfaction. Again he was very professional and personable.

Installation took most of the day, but that was ok. It took a lot De-construction, re- construction was done well. Professional, courteous staff. Wish i could have gotten away with spending less but as they say, "you got what you pay for."

Guys were polite, professional and quick. They did a nice job. I would definitely use this company again.

We interviewed three window companies. The sales rep from Radiant was the most experienced and knowledgeable. He steered us away from some overly-engineered options we were considering and we wound up with the most practical and view-maximizing option. He stressed that Radiant had its own crews and they were top-paid and had the most experience, skill, and eagerness to please of any we could find. We appreciated that the owner came out to do the measurement the same day (per our request). He was great to work with too. The crew arrived on schedule and finished the job in 1/2 day. They were very courteous and put down tarps and cleaned up 100%. The resulting windows are beautiful.

The sales technician, Mark was very professional. He knew his product and presented it well. Since this was my first estimate, I did not make a commitment. I did like this company and would consider them in the future if I need to replace any other windows.

Radiant windows always exceeds our expectations; this is the fourth time we have used them to install custom windows at our home. We have been very pleased with the quality of their work and products.

Review of Radiant Window work done 03/05/14 I had contracted Radiant Windows last year to install a new window in the living room, 3 replacement windows in the kitchen, and French doors on the sun room. At the time we decided to postpone replacement of the remaining windows in the house. They did such a good job the first time I opted to use them again for the rest of the windows. I called and made an appointment with Mike to replace the remaining 11 windows in the house. At the appointed time Mike, the owner, came out and made measurements for the windows. Mike is a pleasant person who is highly experienced and skilled. He showed up at the appointment time and made the measurements and we discussed the details of the installation and what to expect for the installations. We decided to replace the 2 side-by-side double-hung windows in the living room with a bow window. The windows were ordered. When the windows came in, Lori called to make an appointment for the installation. I was informed that the installation would probably take a day. On the agreed day, 5 workers arrived - Dan, Jim, Jim, Phil, and Chris. They quickly accessed the situation, put down floor protection and went to work. The workers were all pleasant, highly experienced, and highly skilled. I have had a number of projects done on several other houses (I even installed windows in one house myself) and I was impressed with the good quality of their work. The finish work was flawless. The inside caulking beads were perfect - they weren't even visible! I can't find any part of the installation that I was not pleased with! Clean-up was through. They installed all the windows in 1 day, including the bow window. Dan did a great job of hand-crafting a small roof over the bay window. It looks great! I attached a picture. I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors and they lived up to the description Mike gave. I don't have any complaints. My wife really loves the tilt-in feature of the windows that allow her to clean the double-hung windows. I was thoroughly satisfied with the process from the estimate to the installation and I would use Radiant windows again, and I would highly recommend them.

Windows really proved themselves during the 2013-2014 winter. No cold air or drafts even in very high winds and subzero temperatures. The only way you could tell the wind was blowing was to look outside to see the blowing snow. The windows are also easy to clean from the inside. Installation was quick and painless with excellent workmanship inside and out. We had looked at at least four other window brands and installers before selecting Radiant. They replaced all of our windows and installed two new entrance doors. Windows make a big difference in the summer with keeping the house cooler. I highly recommend Radiant Windows.

The crew, consisting of 4, arrived 15 minutes early. They were all very polite and answered any and all questions. They laid down drop cloths around all the work areas and areas leading through the home where they walked. They did beautiful work on both the inside and outside of the house. The most important thing about replacement windows is the installation and Radiant does a masterful job! The finish work inside is unbelievable! They use a state-of-the-art foam insulation around the windows that seals the windows from drafts. They cleaned up the areas and even vacuumed the inside of the windows and work area. Very professional and hard working crew! My wife and I have been extremely happy with the windows and with Radiant and the job that they do.

The installs went great. They arrived on-time. Very quick and efficient, about an hour per window in our case. They laid down floor covers from the door, up the stairs and in the rooms, they cleaned up after themselves (they even did one final walk through after we were all squared away on payment, etc...). They also let me know that the wood around all the windows were in good shape, no water or insect damage. The windows themselves are great quality, can tell they are solidly built. No more plastic over my windows in the winter!

This was the second project Radiant did for us. We were pleased with the results. The windows and door look great. Crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up very well.

Mike Shadoan of Radiant Windows did a great job. He was able to bring in an 8 man crew and replaced 21 windows and 2 doors in one day. Clean up was good, but we had to do vacuuming and they had to come out the next day to pick up debris - but a lot of that was due to doing it in 1 day and ending in the dark.

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The finishing word- quarter round on interior and sill on exterior was excellent.

Our first meeting with the owner, Mike, took place about 2 & 1/2 months before we had our windows installed. We were informed from the beginning that the installation would probably take place toward the end of November and we were fine with that. Mike was extremely informative, not at all pushy and even took a short walk with us in our neighborhood so that we could compare various styles and colors on other brick homes. He also worked in making sure we were able to keep our marble window sills as they were replacing original windows in a 60 year old home. Due to the cold weather, we had 6 workers at our home with the goal of getting the windows in before Thanksgiving. They started on a Monday, worked Tuesday and allowed for Wednesday if needed so that the windows would be in before the holiday. It ended up taking them only 2 days. Dan was in charge as Mike was out of town and he kept us informed about the project the entire time. He was wonderful to work with, as was the whole group. They were prompt, polite and worked very hard in very cold weather. They also did a great clean up, including vacuuming. I highly recommend them.

Radiant Remodeling has helpful staff - from the owner who measured our windows - to the installers who came on a cold & windy day. They were polite and efficient.
