The whole experience from sales to installation was professional and easy. I am impressed with the entire process. The only drawback was the length of time it took to get the windows (10 weeks). But this was clearly stated from the beginning.

Several years ago I had windows replace on half of my house. It did not go well and they ended up having to re-do the entire job. So I was leery about hiring another window replacement company. On the initial appointment the owner came on time and did a quick assessment and price quote. I was impressed with his knowledge of windows so I placed the order. He told me it would be 10 weeks to installation and exactly 10 weeks later they called to set up an installation date. When the installers came they were friendly, professional and very neat and clean. The work was completed in one day. I was impressed with every aspect of working with Radiant Windows and would highly recommend them to others.

Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were excellent. I've used them before and have always trusted them. In fact I let them have full access to the house while I went to work; everything was exactly how I had left it. Great company and very responsive.

They were slightly late but called ahead to warn us. Dan looked over the project and described what they would do. He praised our prep work then started the installation. In a little over 2 hours they had the windows in place and took another 2 hours to finish the job, mostly on the outside. They were polite and professional and cleaned up very well.

We needed two sliding glass patio doors replaced on the back wall of our home. One of three panels and the other of two. It took about 10 weeks to from order date to installation, which was longer than I had hoped. However, once the installation was scheduled, the crew was on time, friendly and professional and cleaned up after the installation quite well. They had the entire job done within four hours! When cleaning them later that week, I noticed a couple of small dirt inclusions between the panes and a slight scratch on the surface of one panel. I called Radiant Windows and they quickly agreed to replace that panel at no charge. That installation again went well. We've had no problems since with the doors, which look beautiful, function well and we particularly enjoy looking through clear glass!! We would certainly call Radiant Windows again for any window replacement needs we may have in the future.

Everything went very well from start to finish. Our salesman Mark worked with us to select the most appropriate window that would help with noise reduction (we live on a busy street). No pressure sales tactics and was receptive to our ideas and questions. Measurements and other specs were carefully done by the owner Mike. It took some time for our custom windows to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Installation work was first rate with lots of attention to detail, insulating and framing. A year later, we still love our new windows: our house is so much more quiet and we can enjoy the view of our yard. We will call Radiant again when we are ready to replace more of our windows.

Radiant Windows was referred to us by one of our neighbors. We contacted three vendors and we chose Radiant as they were the most helpful in solving the challenge with one of our windows. The other two vendors were just pushing their standard windows rather than offering solutions. Everyone from Radiant were very prompt and responsive to our requests. The actual work went smoothly and they cleaned up after the installation. We will definitely refer them to our neighbors as well as using them in the future to replace our old windows.

We have used this company twice now & appreciate their high quality. At the initial visit, the estimator gave us information re: styles to best match our old house. It took a bit of time for the owner to come & measure a 2nd time for ordering. I think he was out of town & we weren't in any hurry. They understood we wanted to keep the wood frames & trim. When they came, they were neat & cleaned up after themselves. We found a few shards of glass later but it's probably impossible to get every single one.

Mike Shadoan is a terrific owner. He has a great installation crew, quality windows and competitive pricing. The windows look and operate great.

Nuke came out immediately and gave measurements and estimate. Cost of door on higher end but research showed it was worth it. Nice 10 year guarantee. Windows plus installation on highed end as well-but quality is very evident immediately. It took 2-3 weeks longer to finally get an install date and I had to call to check

Mike Shadoan (Owner) and his crew did an excellent job. Mike initially said removal of old windows and installation of the new ones would take about three days, but they did it in one! They repaired damaged window sills and painted the old black portions white to match the new white windows. Mike did an excellent job explaining options in our initial meeting, and was on hand through almost all the installation process. A few slight problems came up at the very end (I asked that shutters on my kitchen be re-installed b/c they had to be taken down b/c the windows are wider), and Mike resolved these to my satisfaction. The clean-up they performed was also excellent. Radiant was the only company I contacted because they were number one rated on Angie's List, so I'm not certain about rating the price. But I'm very happy with the new windows and the service I received!

I first used Radiant Windows, LLC in 2012 to put in three windows in a small room I had in the back of my home. I liked the windows so much I had them come back in 2013 to replace 6 windows in my living room. From the start Mike and his employees were great. In 2012 I was not able to be at home, but they came in and replaced the windows in the back room and cleanup so well, that the only reason I knew they were there was the new windows. In 2013 I had someone at the home with them because I did not want my cat to get out a wind and the front windows are low to the porch. The guys that came out were very professional they swept up and picked up after themselves . Even when they removed one window and a nest of yellow jackets were disturbed and went after them, they just grabbed the insect spray and then kept on working. I absolutely love the look and feel of these windows. I had windows replaced in the bedrooms in 2000 and felt that they were cheap from the day they went in. The Radiant Windows are solid, they not only look great but they have reduced the amount of noise from street traffic immensely. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to have them back again to replace the last 5 windows in my home which include the bedroom windows I had done in 2000.

I have used Radiant windows twice before to replace all the windows in the house. They do excellent work and I was very pleased with the work they did. I had no complaints.
