When Mike entered my home to do measuring & estimating the first thing he did was remove his shoes. We then talked as he walked around measuring. After college he spent a number of years in the window manufacturing industry then struck out on his own to create Radiant Window. He's immediate family is involved in the business. His extended family are his employees which he is, and rightfully so, very proud of. He has a great team that is professional, courteous & thoughtful. There level of competence is superlative! The attention to detail is exemplary. Should you need a window or door company Radiant Window should be number one on your list!

It went very well. They gave us good advice on the windows to get, and installed all the windows in a timely way. They were a pleasure to deal with leading up to the installation.

Put runners on carpet from front door to work area and used vacuum cleaner for final clean up. Professional, friendly, and dedicated to do the best installation possible. I definitely would use this contractor again.

Dan and his helper showed up on time and did the job efficiently and well. The window is perfect and is just what we wanted.

Everything was fabulous! The new windows look great, operate smoothly, and were beautifully installed. The crew worked quickly and quietly and cleaned everything up with no signs that they had even been there. We have used Radiant for new windows on several other properties that we own, and they always do a terrific job with very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!

We priced three different companies to replace our original 1953 windows. Radiant's price came in the middle of the three. We weren't comfortable with the company that gave us the cheapest price as we were concerned about quality of the installation and the product. We had none of those concerns with Radiant Windows in Oak Harbor so we hired them. They provided all the paperwork showing detailed costs and spent a lot of time with us to help us decide what we wanted to order. They even provided a drawing of the big picture window so we could envision what it would look like. Radiant scheduled the work in advance and showed up on time on the scheduled day. The were professional, clean, and did an excellent job installing our windows and our door. They were the first to point out that there was a defect in one of the windows and will replace it no charge. Paid 1/2 up front and the balance on installation. All around an excellent company with integrity and pride on doing a good job. So happy we didn't go with the cheapest company. We love these windows!! What a difference they make in the look of our 1953 ranch home and they are so easy to operate! Can't wait to see how much difference they make this winter in keeping our home comfortable.

Radiant Windows did an excellent job in installing 3 egress windows into block foundation basement. Mike Shadoan took great care in prepping and planning for the installation. On the day of the installation all happened as scheduled without any issues. the concrete block wall was prepped and saw cut. Pressure treated framing was installed. Windows were then set, sealed, and finished. Mike and Dan completed all work with a high degree of quality. They left the job site neat and clean. These guys are great!

The Radiant Window crew was on time and ready to go. Very professional and impressive hard working crew. they did quality work and I was very impressed!

The company was always punctual. The work was flawless. They took away old windows, cleaned up and swept and vacuumed work area. Prop clothes and runners were laid down where they walked.

It went very well. The salesman, Mark answered all of our questions and came out several times to help us make a decision. We never felt pressured by him. Mike, the owner, came out himself to take all the measurements. The installers were professional and courteous. They came on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. The windows look great.

E-mail received few days prior to arrival with expectations listed. They were on time, consistently polite, professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Left place like it was when they got there.

2 men arrived on time. Very neat and professional. Cleaned up trash and vacuumed floors when done. Efficient.

We have done significant business with Radiant over the last couple years and have been overjoyed with the quality of material and workmanship. This job was no different. It couldn't have gone any better. High quality material combined with expert workmanship makes for a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend them for whatever you need done.

All the guys were great. Worked hard, loved my coffee. Clean up was awesome. They laid down tarps and runners and then vacuumed and they were careful of my cats. No one escaped!

This is the second time I have used Radiant Windows. The first was for all new windows and this time for doors and locksets. The front door is oak stained with side light panels. The door and panels have beautiful oval glass inserts. It included new lock set and door bell button. The garage/entry door with window was installed with a programmable electronic door set that I provided but they installed. The three workers were fantastic. Two of the installers I knew from the window installation. As I said of my new windows(which have made a big difference in my utility bills), I'm sure I could find more expensive and even better doors than our two new ones. But, I don't think I could find a better installation crew! This company is a pleasure to deal with from the owner and office ladies, to the installers. My wife and I are 100% satisfied and I would use them again. I highly recommend this company!

Overall, excellent from start to finish. Had all of the windows replaced in my house. Initially did just the front bay windows and was very pleased with the work, so had them return and finish the job. Very, very happy!

From the initial contact and presentation by the owner, Mike, until the job was complete, we were completely satisfied and could not be more pleased with the results. The pricing was comparable, about in the middle of the 4 estimates we had. What sold us was Mike's professionalism. His explanation of the product, the crews, the work to be done and the pricing was detailed and accurate. Mike encouraged all our questions. Initial scheduling was defined clearly. At our request, some scheduling changes had to be made, but Radiants' scheduler adjusted immediately. Once the schedule was finalized it was met completely. The crew always showed up on time and ready to work, with all their tools and equipment. There were no delays. The crew was neat in their dress and habits, always courteous. They went about their work without any untoward interruption to our day. They were conscientious about noise and debris. When to job was complete, they made sure they cleaned up completely. If it wasn't for the wonderful windows we now have as evidence, we wouldn't even know the had been here. We couldn't be happier with the job Radiant did from start to finish and are VERY pleased to give them he highest marks in all phases. Thank you Radiant!!

The windows and date of installation was about 8 weeks out, which we were ok with. Mike and staff communicated that to us from the beginning. Lori, from the office, called and emailed our scheduling of installation for April 13, 2015. We are all about communication and she did a wonderful job at that. She called both days of the installation to make sure everything was going well. The crew arrived as scheduled and they all introduced themselves. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Very professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. We had an issue with the siding/casing pulling away from a group of the old windows. They repaired that for us as well and it looks great. We did our homework and had several estimates for windows. We are very pleased with the work and how the windows look. We would recommend Radiant Windows to anyone that ask us for our opinion and experience!

They replaced 21 windows in one day. They were so careful not to make a mess I did not even have to clean when they were finished. They explained how they operate and how to care for them and how to register the warranty.

We have been at our home for 17+ years and have had many projects done around the house. These guys were the most courteous, prompt, professional people I have ever delt with on any project. There work is top notch. Their attension to detail is amazing. Down to the caulking. I have never seen a more perfect bead of caulk laid down anywhere! The products they use are very high quality. We could not have been any happier. We weren't getting anywhere with any other window company and there sleezie sales tactics. So, I found Radiant on Angies and Mike (the owner) came out and created the perfect bay window for us that no one else could/would do. And the door looks great too! We will use them again when we need a window or door. Thanks Mike!

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish! The workers were timely, professional, and tidy. They owner was readily available to answer questions and shared his personal knowledge and expertise. I love our new windows and doors, and would refer them to anyone!

Outstanding service! Workers were very professional and they knew what they were doing. They were right on time and I am going to have them again to do some more. I would definitely recommend them. The window was of high quality and the trim work that they did was nice and neat. The owner of the company was outstanding. He came by and visited and he is an engineer and designs the windows by himself. He was very good.

I had contracted Radiant Windows for work 3 times before. They replaced all the windows of the house, installed an additional window, installed a French door leading to the sun room, and covered all the wood trim of the house. At that time we decided to postpone replacement of the remaining sliding glass door which opens to the sun deck from the living room. Dealing with them has always been a pleasant experience and they have always done the best quality work so I opted to use them again to replace the sliding glass sun deck door with a French door and install a pet door. I called and made an appointment with Mike to replace the sliding door to the deck with a French door. At the appointed time Mike, the owner, came out and made measurements for the door. Mike is a pleasant person who is highly experienced and skilled. He showed up at the appointment time and made the measurements and we discussed the details of the installation and what to expect for the installations. We decided to replace the sliding door in the living room with a French door. On the agreed day, 2 workers arrived - Dan and Ron. They quickly accessed the situation, put down floor protection and went to work. Dan and Ron were pleasant, highly experienced, and highly skilled. I have had a number of projects done on several other houses and I was impressed with the good quality of their work. The finish work was flawless. The inside caulking beads were perfect - they weren't even visible! I can't find any part of the installation that I was not pleased with! Clean-up was through. They installed the door in 1 day. I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the doors and it lived up to the description Mike gave. I don't have any complaints. I was thoroughly satisfied with the process from the estimate to the installation and I would use Radiant windows again, and I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, everybody introduced themselves, were very friendly and professional. The work was quick, efficient and they cleaned up after the work was complete. Craftsmanship and finished work was excellent. Could not ask for nicer and talented guys. Awesome!
