Total Services, based by Lake Erie and founded in 2003, offers customized cleaning services for your home, office, condo, apartment, vacation rentals and summer homes in Ottawa, Sandusky and Erie counties in Northern Ohio. Our goal and mission is to serve the Lord and provide dependable, quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial customers. Each home or office we clean is treated like our own. IHS has been cleaning our condo for some time now, and I will continue to use them in the future. Very timely and professional. Good quality work, and a value. Always willing to make accommodations for schedule changes on our part. My highest recommendation is that we are still using them to this day.

IHS has been cleaning our Lakehouse rental for about 5 years and we have been pleased with their services.
Description of Work: IHS cleans our four bedroom Lakehouse rental unit between guests. They have about a four hour turn around time to change the linens and put out fresh towels. They take the soiled items and launder them and bring them back the following week. IHS e-mails us when they complete the cleaning and report on the condition of our home so that we can return the security deposit to our guest. They can do everything from inside cleaning to light maintenance outside. We live several hours from out rental property and IHS has been willing to assist if we had any concerns at the house prior to a renter coming in. They have been very responsive whenever we call with a question or needing a service.
