The work was great.

I originally hired the low bidder, but let go after it was apparent that he was not a skilled craftsman, did not prep surfaces and tried to just paint over areas needing repair. Premier Painting's bid was right in the middle of the pack, but I was impressed with the Owners professionalism in the bidding process and reviews on Angie's List, so I hired him to complete the work and was not disappointed. They arrived promptly and laid down clean tarps from the entry to the work area. They did not miss any defects needing repair, in fact they used a high intensity light to help locate all detects. Repairs were made to match the original texture, including the ceiling that has a type of texture that I can't remember the name of. They prepped all surfaces by sanding. I found the crew to be trustworthy and left them alone with the house for 3-days since they were doing the living areas. They cleaned up all areas satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the result and will hire again.

This was the first time that we had ever hired anyone to do painting in our house. My husband usually does it himself and is a perfectionist....so I was a little nervous. I need not have been. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. They were prompt, they were careful, and quick. Mike also had to repair a large part of drywall damaged by yellow jackets (and even removed the nest). The damage was not discovered until he started preparing the area to paint. We are very pleased with the end result, and with the speed and efficiency with which they completed the work and the clean up. I would highly recommend them.

The project went very well. It took three days from start to finish.

Mike was very pleasant during the entire process (estimate completion of job). He stayed in contact with us to ensure a date to fit our schedule and was even able to start the job sooner than expected. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate hiring Mike and his crew again. We worked with Mike under a different employer and was happy to find him again. He and his crew are very professional.

Mike returned my call quickly and arrived right on time to give an estimate. Mike and his employees showed up on time and worked all day until the job was done. They protected my floors and other rooms from paint and dust, and didn't get any paint where it didn't belong. I'm very satisfied with the work.

Arrived on time, did an excellent job. Were very neat, finished in a timely matter, and cleaned up behind themselves. I plan on using them again and recommending them to others looking for a painter.

Mike was very professional and easy to work with. He gave me a quote the same day he saw the proposed work and was able to do the work in a reasonable time frame. He and his crew were also willing to share how-to information. I was very happy with the results and have already recommended him to several friends.

Couldn't have been better. Quality of work was outstanding. Work crew, Chris & Brian, on time, polite, personable, professional. Cleaned up everything at end of 1st day & at end of job. Price very fair. Work looks great. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience w/ Premier Painting of Mentor & would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (We're going to hire them again to do exterior painting.)

They did a fantastic job. He had 2 helpers and all 3 of the workers were very professional, they took pride in their work and didn't rush the job. Did extremely good work and I would hire them again. I couldn't be any happier with them.

Mike was able to squeeze us into an already tight schedule. His crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves and performed the job very much to our liking. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The owner, Michael Ferry, was a true professional. He honored all commitments and was on time each day. He and his team were careful in managing the work to minimize the inconvenience to our household. Based upon friends' recommendations, we trusted them with access to our house and our trust was not misplaced. We are also extremely pleased with the quality of Premier Painting's work and would recommend them to anyone. We do plan on having Michael come back to do some exterior painting work as well.
