Called on a Friday morning and they were out by Noon the same day. Service tech was knowledgeable and explained service to be done in detail. By the next day, buzzing sound in the walls was gone and have not heard any since. Have been using Patton Pest control for several years and have been very happy with their services.

Very well. We’ve been using Patton Pest Control for 13 years. Quarterly service, & annual Carpenter bee spray. I like that not only are they professional, but friendly. I trust them to the point of telling them how to enter if I’m not home. They wear shoe covers, & leave a detailed list of what they did. Appts are easy to make. Services can be customized.

They did a great job and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: They came out in the summer to spray my wood deck and overhangs for wasps. They have come out 4 times last year. They also came inside the house and sprayed my basement for bugs.

We have had an annual contract for maybe 20 years and have always been happy. This morning, in the snow, wind, and cold, Aaron came out for the quarterly maintenance, ahead of the scheduled time. He was professional and efficient while dealing with the elements, and explained what he had done before he left. We had not met him before and found him to be a very nice young man (all of Patton's employees that have serviced our home have been the same). We had renewed our contract last month for 2017 and hope to have Patton for years to come.

They come out every 3 months. They will also come out anytime we have a problem. They come out at the appointed time. We've had their service for 10 years and they never miss showing up at the time they say they will.

The Technician team was very knowledgeable, professional and happy to kind of educate about these things. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They came and inspected the entire interior and exterior. They sprayed inside and outside and when they were outside identified various places where rodents could potentially be entering the house and then pointing all those out and then in inside they also investigated signs of rodents and put a bait and trap.

They provided a good service. We had few insect problems. We have been using them for 10 years. It's pretty good record not to have complaints after 10 years. The price is high.

Everything went well. When we called to set up an appointment they were able to get us an appointment within a few days. The provider showed up on time and was very helpful in explaining the process, everything they could do for us, and answered my many questions very thoroughly. He gave me a lot of tips, and was able to do implement a plan for controlling the mice that want to get in our house. We signed up for their quarterly service program which seems like a great deal considering anytime we see/need them to come out they will and it is covered in between our quarterly visits.
Description of Work: Patton Pest Control came out to help us with a mouse problem (or to prevent it from becoming a problem!). We just moved into the house not long ago and they were the ones that serviced this house before we moved in.

We used Patton Pest Control twice this summer in two separate locations. When I first called I wanted to get prices for the service and the mature sounding lady gave me a price that I thought was a bit high so I called a couple of more places. I found out that what she had quoted me was really a pretty good price compared to other companies. So I called back and got someone else and the price that person gave me was closer to the prices I was getting from other companies. I complained and asked for the woman I had first talked to and she did honor the original quote which I appreciated. The first time we needed service was at our home and we had two very obvious nests on ground level (between the cinder block and house frame) that needed treatment. I had asked to be called on my cell phone before they arrived so I could meet with them and they called our house phone instead. I work five minutes from home and wanted to meet them to be sure they got the correct locations. The first time around they totally missed one of the nests and sprayed what they thought was the second nest. We called back and they did come again and got the second nest and we did not have any problems after that. But again they did not call the correct number that was on the paperwork and so I was not able to meet with them. But the spraying did take care of the nests and we have not had any more problems. The second time we needed help was at a location of our son's outdoor wedding. We called on Monday and they sprayed on Tuesday and the 140 people were safe from the very active yellow jacket nest the following Saturday. Again we were pleased with their prompt attention and the price was reasonable considering the peace of mind that our wedding guest would not be stung on such a special day.

I completely understand your frustrations with not receiving a phone call on the correct number especially since it was in the notes on the service ticket to call that number. I honestly do not have any explanation except that the technician was not paying attention. I will speak with that technician and make sure he knows to read the service ticket notes in more detail so this will not happen again. I also apologize with the confusion about the pricing. We have price sheets that the customer service representatives are supposed to use and I am not sure how you received different quotes since they all have the same paper. I thank you for your business and for calling us back to treat a nest for the wedding. All treatments we do have a coverage so that if we do not take care of the nest at the first treatment we will come back out and retreat that nest. Some nests are more difficult to treat and may take two or more treatments than other nests depending on where the stinging insects are flying into the wall and where the nest is actually located. Keep in mind that we offer a stinging insect treatment where we come out in the spring and treat the exterior of the home with a material under high pressure. We will treat all the eaves, over hangs, around windows, doors and light fixtures, the base and anywhere else where stinging insects may nest. The treatment is covered until the first frost so if you see any activity on the areas treated after the treatment we will come out to retreat those areas free of charge. I apologize for yout frustrations with our company. I wish we would have known that you wanted to speak to us before we went out to complete the treatment. You have had this treatment since 2008 with the exception of not having it in 2010. We have always called a day or two before we come out and if we get ahold of you we let you know when we are coming out and if you are not home we leave a message on your answering machine. We had called on May 15 to let you know that we would be out the next day to complete the exterior stinging insect treatment. After the treatment was completed you called back in and were upset that we did not notify you, so we set up another time to come out and retreat the house. We had to wait a certain amount of time so one of the CSR's told you we would be out on June 5 to retreat your home and we would be out in the morning. Then I called the night before to remind you that we would be out in the morning to retreat the home. I am not sure what else we could have done to inform you except for the first time making sure that we contacted you instead of leaving you a message. We had left messages in the past and it was not a problem so we did not think it would be a problem again this year. I do apologize for the miscommunication. As for the faulty equipment... I took the technicians to the side and the person they called while they were on your property in order to get the proper story on what happened. All parties said that they called the service manager to ask how to turn down the pressure on the machine since it seemed like someone had turned it up. So he told them how to lower it. We have the technicians go through a check list for both their truck and the power spray machine every day before they leave the office in order to eliminate the chance of either having problems. Since they are machines they do occassionally break down, but in this instance it was only lowering the pressure. It is exteremly important that we do not run the machine at a too high pressure for too long or it may break down. We like to run the machines between 100-150 psi and no higher. I see that you called to have us come out to your house on August 8, 2013 to retreat for carpenter bees so I hope we were able to offer a better service at that time. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you . I truely apologize that you did not have a good experiece with our company this year. Thanks, Molly C. P. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had in regards to general upkeep to keep any future pests at bay. He was very complete in his inspection, he even located water damage that our home inspector did not pick up on. After further investigation we ended up not buying the home due to the about of damage that was caused to the house. If it was not for him finding the damage we could have made a bad decision. I have been using them for a while. They are reliable and thorough. If you have any problems they will come back out with no problems. We have been using them since 1995 or 1996. Their service is very good. I think their price is reasonable. They go around the house, yard, picnic table and the shed. They got on line so it is easy to communicate with them. We schedule the work on line now. They are very professional. They are uniformed technicians and have technical equipment.

They are very thorough and seem to know what they do very well. They are always on time, courteous, and very respectful of my home. I have pets and they are very respectful of those.

I found them to be more than adequate for quite a long time. There was a dispute about billing for work that was not actually done.

They were a good company to work with. They were very timely and explained things well. The service was very effective. I had ground hogs under my porch and called Patton Pest Control to remove them. They do not provide animal removal but they did make a great recommendation. I have used their recommendation twice now.

They did a great job. We had ants in several places in our home. The woman who came was very friendly and thorough, and considerate of our pets and our home. She sprayed the inside and outside of our home and even though the work was covered by a warranty, the one-time application took care of the problem.

I wanted to let you know that we have a program that is a little more cost effective. Its about $440 per year (we break the payments into four quarterly payments) and it covers ants, stinging insects, mice, spiders, centipedes, millipedes and more (it does not cover bed bugs, termites, powder post beetles and wildlife trapping). We come out on a quarterly basis and treat/inspect the home and if you have a problem in between services we come out free of charge to take care of the problem. It's a little more cost effective if you have more than just the ant problem! We really appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future! Thank you!

Description of Work: All of a sudden we had fleas in several areas of the house. I had tried some other methods before I went to exterminator and I had questions about the safety and efficacy. I received a courteous and pretty complete explanation of the process and the chemicals being used. They checked out well with the info I had obtained from the internet. The woman came out and she walked thru the house, told me in detail what to do and when. They have a 90 day guarantee and will re-treat for no extra charge during that period. I think they have all been eliminated. They sprayed an insecticide to kill those that were alive, mixed with a insect growth regulator to break the life cycle of the fleas. You have to follow up with vacuuming regularly as that stimulates the eggs remaining to hatch and the fleas die.
