They had a truck and I think that was convenient. It was fine.

When I submitted the request for an estimate on bringing in additional dirt to grade my backyard, adding two window wells, seeding, and fixing the irrigation; I did not here from him for while. Then one day he knocked on my door, and I told him to meet me in the backyard so that he could give me an estimate. He indicated to me that the guy who cut down and grinded the stumps did not do a great job, and that he should have gone wider when he was grinding. He also indicated that he really does not repair irrigation systems. He also indicated that he was going to need to do some clean up of the backyard. I was ok with all of that. Mark emailed my an estimate, and I thought that things were progressing. I told him that I would contact the guy who cut down the trees to come back and make some correction. The tree guy told me to have Mark never called him and he would meet him at the house any time to do what ever else he wanted him to do. Mark had also recommended Advance Irrigation System to fix my system. I made several attempt to contact this irrigation system, and each time I mentioned that they had been recommended by Mark. This company has never recommended to any of my attempts to make contact with them. They did not respond to the review I submitted about them, and I thought that was odd. After, I did not hear from mark for awhile; I emailed him to ask if he had contacted the tree guy. He responded by saying and quot;No, but he willand quot;. Once again I did not him from Mark or the tree guy; so I called the tree buy who we have hired my times of the years. He said that he had never heard from the guy. Once again I thought that something is not right here. Therefore, I contacted him again. He then sent me an email saying that he was not going to be able to do the work. He could be telling my the truth, I don’t think that he is. I was more disappointed than anything. It is late in the season, and I am probably going to have a difficult time finding someone else.

I don’t have to wait on them to cut the grass. They are very professional. They do an excellent job! Our yard looks great; they cleaned it up so well. I call and they call back, the job they do meets my satisfaction. I will continue to use them in the future.
