Everything has been excellent.

Knight Landscaping They cut and trim the grass, trim the bushes. Washed my deck about a month ago. Cleaned the gutters a couple months ago. This will be the second year we have used them. They show up when they say they are going to be here. They are reasonable.

Crew of two showed up on time and performed hedge trimming work as agreed. I asked if they would trim the Wisteria and they agreed. Both tasks were executed quickly and professionally resulting in an excellent outcome.

We liked them a lot and we started using them. They were very responsive when they were a couple of confusions and they called us back when we called them. We really liked them. They were not that expensive. They charged us about $20 to cut the grass.

Knight Landscaping is a very professional company. They were hard workers and were always on time. They are very good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone.

David was very pleasant,and did a beautiful job. He has lots of attention to detail. He did a very neat job, and cleaned up perfectly.

They were really easy to work with. The carpet is good quality at a reasonable price. When we have a problem they come right out and fix it.

I found his name on the List and left my name and phone number and he came out to view the property and then came back again to meet me and walk around the property with me. He was very conscientious and responsible and easy to work with.

Knight Home Services did an "okay" job - they did the minimal work possible, and (after providing us a quote for a spring clean-up of the yard), argued that a pile of sticks and leaves in the back was not part of the quote...after we made it clear that it was. Also, after telling us that mowing the law was part of the spring-clean-up...they did not cut the lawn, claiming it was too much trouble for them to bring over a lawn mower(?!). They did an okay job edging out the flower beds, but the weeds in the beds were barely pulled, and no weed killer was sprayed - so we expect to have the weeds back in a few days! Above all, we had issues scheduling the job - partly because of weather, but also because Dave seemed to forget when he told us he would show-up. For the tiny job this was, there was way too much hassle with this contractor. We simply wanted the job done right, done quickly and without issue. We overpaid for the service we got.

The worker does very good work However, most of the time he does not bring supplies to do the work. Will use tools from my garage, etc. Also, when coming to clean my car, expected me to have all the cleaning solutions (Windex, Blue Coral, Resolve, towels.) Never had car cleaners since I took my car out to be cleaned. He had to leave to purchase the supplies, which should have been with him, and not assume I had all supplies. Although I have received good service in the past I feel that I cannot trust him anymore.

$17.50/hr. He comes once or twice a week at 9:00 am. He's dependable and reliable. He prefers house painting.
