Initial consultation went very well. He kept his appointment time. The tree was cut down as promised, and the rest of the work was never done.

I never received a return call regarding a small bit of UNFINISHED work for this job. Ironically, during his visit to quote the job, this contractor specifically mentioned the work that wasn't finished. The unfinished work consisted of cutting away small roots that had grown over larger roots at the base of the tree (this causes the larger roots to have difficulty getting water and nutrients).

They came and within two hours they were done. The five men worked constantly. They did a real nice job. I was very pleased. They were reasonably priced.

I was pleased that it wasn't necessary to remove my Honey locust tree as the other contractor advised. The tree has come back fine. The only problem was aphid infestation that was only temporary. I called them for a second opinion on a tree that another company said was dead. This company said no and they were right. Do a better job of returning your voice messages.

Estimate was done promptly and work very shortly thereafter. During the estimate, Mike spent a lot of time providing advice on shrubs and trees, which was very helpful. All work was done as requested. Clean up was fantastic- hardly a wood shaving was left behind. Mike also removed some old shrub debris on the property. Mike is a perfectionist and really knows his trees. He loves hand pruning work and does a great job. I will use him for all my shrub and tree service.

They were very good. He was very polite and understanding.

I have 2 daughters and they did both of their yards. He is an arborist and saves trees as much as possible.

The company did respond to my inquiry for an estimate (which was $150). I called them 3 times over a 3-week period requesting that they perform the work, but I NEVER heard back from them. Needless to say, I'm VERY disappointed with their lack of professionalism & service. It's quite unbelievable as they were not the least expensive of the estimates I got for the work, but I appreciated a somewhat quick response for the estimate.

The company gave me an estimate that I agreed to & then never delivered the service after several attempts to contact. I ended up wasting about 1 month trying to get my trees removed & trimmed.

CREW OF 4 MEN SPENT WHOLE DAY WORKING AND DID PROFESSIONALLY UP OF MY YARD TO IMPROVE APPEARANCE. REMOVED LIMBS THAT WERE OVER HANGING AND MIGHT PROVE DANGEROUS IF THEY FELL. OWNER IS A COLLEGE GRADUATE IN HORTICULTURE SO HE COULD GIVE GOOD ADVISE ON WHAT TO PLANT.

Excellent. Was prompt, performed work as promised, and cleaned up afterward.

HE TOLD ME HE WOULD MAKE UP AN ESTIMATE & SEND IT TO ME, AFTER VISITING MY HOME. I CAME HOME ONE DAY & SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY WAS LEAVING, BUT I DIDN'T SEE THAT THEY DID ANYTHING. I RECEIVED A BILL FROM THEM, & I CALLED & SAID I HAD NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THEIR ESTIMATE, SO I DIDN'T AGREE TO ANY WORK. I CALLED THEM & LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING WHAT WAS GOING ON, BUT I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.

I WAS VERY PLEASED, THEY ARE PROMPT, FAST, EFFICIENT, ON TIME, AND THEY CUT AND GROUND UP EVERYTHING AND MADE IT CLEAN.

MICHAEL WAS VERY PROMPT IN PROVIDING IN RESPONDING TO MY REQUEST AND SET UP A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT TO PROVIDE THE ESTIMATE. I HAVE NOT DECIDED WHICH COMPANY I WILL HIRE. RIGHT NOW AFTER READING SOME OF THE OTHER REPORTS REGARDING THIS COMPANY, I AM SOMEWHAT RELUNCTANT TO HIRE INSPEYERED.

WE CALLED THIS COMPANY BASED ON THEIR ANGIE'S LIST RATING. THEY PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, AND TOLD US THEY WOULD BE OUT WITHIN A FEW WEEKS TO DO THE WORK. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE RESPONSIVE WITH AN ESTIMATE, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK AS PROMISED.

MIKE IS GREAT. HE AND HIS CREW REMOVED LARGE SHRUBS AND 3 TREES, PRUNED LARGE OAKS AND MAPLES. HE ALSO REMOVED SOME SMALLER TREES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. EVERYTHING WAS LEFT AS CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE THEY CAME.

MIKE CAME OUT AND LOOKED OVER OUR TREES AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS EXPLANATIONS AND APPROACH AND SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. MIKE AND HIS CREW WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER AND DID AN AMAZING JOB. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF OUR YARD, PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION TO NOT JUST DROPPING BRANCHES ALL OVER OUR GARDENS. THEY WORKED VERY HARD, WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR TREES AND YARDS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE AND HIS CREW TO ANYONE!

THIS PROVIDER ARRANGED TO VISIT MY HOME TO PROVIDE A QUOTE ON TREE SERVICE. HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY DETAILED IN HIS INSPECTION OF MY PROPERTY AND PROVIDED VERY VALUABLE ADVICE. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND EXHIBITED A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF HORTICULTURE. I WOULD LIKE TO USE THE SERVICE, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A WRITTEN QUOTE FOR THE WORK DISCUSSED, WHICH WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING. I DID RECEIVE A VERBAL QUOTE OF ABOUT $1,000. GIVEN THE TIME SPENT REVIEWING MY PROPERTY, I WILL PROBABLY GIVE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER ONE MORE CHANCE.

KEPT DATE OF SERVICE. CALLED PRIOR TO SET UP DATE. CORDIAL, COMPETENT. VERY CLEAN AND THOROUGH. VERY COMPETITIVE.

MR SPEYER SCHEDULED MY SERVICE FASTER THAN ANY OF THE OTHER ESTIMATES AND RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER COMPARED TO THE OTHER 3 ESTIMATES. HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND COMPARABLE TO ONE OTHER ESTIMATE. ONE ESTIMATE WAS DOUBLE AND ONE ESTIMATE NEVER RESPONDED.

MIKE'S PRICE WAS THE MIDDLE OF THE THREE QUOTES THAT I HAD. HE USED A BUCKET TRUCK AND TWO GUYS. THEY ALMOST FINISHED EVERYTHING THE FIRST DAY. THEY CAME BACK A WEEK LATER TO FINISH CUTTING THE FIREWOOD. THEN THEY DID JOBS FOR A COUPLE NEIGHBORS. MIKE RETURNED MY CALLS AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME WITH LITTLE DIFFICULTY. HIS CREW CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THEY DID FORGET TO CUT UP SOME FIREWOOD BUT IT WAS BEHIND A WOOD PILE SO THEY MAY NOT HAVE SEEN IT WHEN THEY CAME BACK. HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR BEING AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER.

I HAVE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRICE, AND HOW IT WAS DETERMINED. HE HAS FAILED TO RETURN CALLS OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS. VERY FRUSTRATING.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED TO REQUEST A QUOTE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL. THIS IS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING GIVEN THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED IN A RECENT EDITION OF ANGIE'S LIST MAGAZINE SUGGESTING THAT IT IS INTERESTED IN TAKING ON NEW WORK.
