2 workers were here on time, finished on schedule and were very professional and thorough. They were neat as well. My wife and I did find some spots that needed some touch up. I notified Dan and within 2 days, they were over to take care of it. In fact, they decided to do another complete coat on the hallway so it would look better, which it definitely does. Very pleased.

He did a good job. His work was okay but it could have been done differently I believe, see it's hard to explain it was a ceiling light were the drywall had became soft for some reason, but where there was no reason for it, normally I would have cut that section out and replace the the entire section but he patched it instead but he did a good job, you can't notice anything was done, but he did a cheaper way.

I found small dots of paint on the carpeting. Paint (I'm assuming the ceiling paint) was spilled on my fairly new sheet, had been attempted to be removed, and then covered up with the blanket. Paint did not come off after washing. On top of that, I was charged an additional $45.00 which should have been used to buy a new sheet set. I was more upset that I wasn't told about the spill.

They came out when I called them, set up an appointment and did the job correctly. They had to run a line and hook up 220. It was a fairly complicated call and they did it well. They were good, not exceptional and they did the job right.

Mr. DeLauro arrived on time and completed work exceeding my expectations.

Dan was great. He and a helper arrived on time and not only did the work, but problem-solved some issues. They left everything cleaner than when they started!

Delauro Remodeling & Repair did a great job! They were able to complete all my jobs on my to do list. They fixed cracks in the walls, doors that were not shutting properly or would not shut at all, caulking, installing a couple new light fixtures, bathroom fan replacement, fixed bathroom faucets and replaced shower fixtures. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had plumbing, electrical and carpentry work done on my bathroom by Delauro Remolding. Although the ending cost was more than I initially intended to spend, I was very satisfied with my ending results. I now have a beautifully finished updated bathroom. Mr Delauro and his team were very professional about the work but also very friendly. I would definitely use them again for future projects as well as recommend them to others.

It was great. In fact they are back today doing a different thing. They ended up working for almost a full week because I kind of added on and more money was needed. The quality of the work was excellent. I bought another coupon and they are here.

The work was 90% completed. Dan seem to be very knowledgeable. He was very punctual, but his helper was late arriving on the first day. The wires were installed for 2 new outlets, however the receptacles and cover plates were not installed. As a result, the job was left incomplete.

very good. Although some problem happened during adjustment of door replacement, a senior member of the company gave a hand. I ended up nice.

I purchased a Big Deal for 8 hours of handyman work. DeLauro called immediately and set up a time for the repairs that was convenient to us both. DeLauro called again to check if the scheduled time was still OK. Two men arrived on time, and worked steadily without even a break for 4 hours. The repairs were completed satisfactorily although some unexpected problems were discovered. DeLauro and his assistant were courteous, friendly, professional, and did everything well.

Two workers worked three days and performed all services totaling 40 hours. Very responsive, professional, willing to perform additional tasks as needed.

Excellent communication and scheduling. Timely, clean and professional. He and his assistant were very courteous. Even installed a window A/C for me at the last minute. I will be sure to use him in the future too!

After purchasing my package he called on the 3rd day. After describing my needed work, he promised to call back to confirm the date to come take a look and give an estimate. That tentative date came and went without a single word from Dan. I then left 2 messages with my phone number for a return call, again nothing!!! After I contact Donna Cook-Smith of Angie's list, I received a call from Dan. He came to my home on 5/23/2016 and again promised to give me an estimate of services. Until this day I have not heard from Dan. I have never received such poor communication from a company who should be professional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I strongly suggest he be removed from your company list!! If this type of person/company is allowed to conduct business this way, then why should I pay a membership fee for people who should be screened to avoid the hassle of wasting time. My home is up for sale, so I needed these services right away but valuable time has been wasted. I will be reconsidering the membership going forward if this person remaining on your list! If he is going to be allowed to pick and choose who he services when there's a package deal purchased, then members beware it can happen to you!

I had Dan come over and provide and estimate for a remodeling job. He was professional and responded in a timely manner. The job was more complex than I initially thought so I was unable to afford to complete it at this time. I did think the estimate he provided was fair given the unknown nature of the structure behind the walls. Based on my interaction with him, I would consider hiring him for future projects.

We expected only part of the project to be done due to the scope and detail needed. Much to our happy surprise, EVERYTHING was done, price was very fair and it looks GREAT. You will be very grateful you called on them. Thanks. They were asked to install one new door in an old jam, move that old door to another shorter jam and install trim. If they had any extra time, Mr. DeLauro was asked to patch really damaged drywall over new trim. We were told that the project will likely go over to potentially a whole day, so we agreed to the extra cost. What we didn't realize was he was talking about the WHOLE project, we thought just the doors and frames. Imagine our surprise and satisfaction when we came home to everything being done at less than the estimation of cost and time!

Dan and Danny were great! I purchased the $199 Handyman for a Day deal because we had a list of things that needed done that kept piling up. Dan worked around my schedule and arrived on time. He was able to offer creative solutions to things I wanted done (ex. installing the outside light fixtures) and worked efficiently to get through my to-do list. Very professional and great to work with! I would highly recommend him to anyone for handyman work and we may use his contracting services in the future when we embark on our future projects!

Purchased a Deal for 199 Handyman for a Day. Dan contacted us immediately to schedule, but informed us that the work we wanted done (installing some interior trim, caulking, etc.) was not included in this deal, citing it would require skilled labor and power tools. There was no mention of any exclusions in the Deal offer, so this was surprising. We opted to not continue with this. However, we were satisfied with Delauro's responsiveness and candor, so will consider his company in the future.
