He came in, looked around and sent the bid. There wasn't anything wrong with what he did but we just chose a different company. He was a little higher on price but that necessarily wasn't the deciding thing. We had such extensive things to do that we didn't think he wanted to do everything that we thought should be done. We wanted things outside of the normal stuff done and he didn't do those things.

It went fine.

They are on Angie’s List. It was a 3 to 4 day job. I spent about $1300 for their service. I really liked the quality of their work. Everything was done very professionally and the work was of high quality. Their prices were right in line with everyone else. They adjusted their schedule to help me. I can’t point my finger on a single thing and I don't think I would.

Boulder was very professional and responsive. The finished project was beautiful and met our expectations. They were right in line with their original quote as well as the time frame. A little more expensive than another but well worth the money for the finished product. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them for General Contractor needs.

They were timely. He came up with an innovative solution to my problem. I would use them in the future.

The crew completed this work in two days, hand digging the nine holes for the piers, driving the steel into place, and then returning the soil to a rough grade around the foundation. Dave and his crew were friendly, efficient, effective, courteous, and competent. I had complete trust in them, and I'm pleased with their work. I plan to use this company again for interior repair work in the near future and would highly reocmmend them.

Boulder construction did a great job on these projects. Dave was quick to work with any concerns we had. The price was more than the estimate, but that was simply because the porch steps needed a lot more work than we initially thought. Everyone we dealt with at Boulder was a pleasure to work with and the job was completely quickly and looks great.

In the end, I learned so much that I was able to perform the work on my own and he was fine with that. I have other work in the future and he will be at the top of my list for consideration.

Nice first impression, Dave seemed responsible and reliable. But when he was supposed to come back out with his concrete person to give me a firm quote for the work he proposed he just didn't show. Have since called him to find out what happened and five days later still haven't received a return call.

I didn?t end up using them although I thought they would be a good company for it. We didn?t end up doing the same project that I was receiving a quote for. The fellow was very helpful, professional, and responsive. I would have used him if I had kept the job the same.

Boulder did a terrific job. The construction crew had to demolish the old stoop in order to begin the work. They also examined our outside stairwell for which we originally had planned to build a hatch. However, based on unforeseen problems with a retaining wall, we decided, upon Boulder's recommendation, to seal off the door,which saved a lot of money and also likely will result in better waterproofing for our home. From there, Boulder built the deck efficiently. We had some problems with railings; but Dave D. came out himself to secure them properly. The process took a little more than two weeks, as promised. We definitely would do business with them again.

This was a major project! Dave Dammenburg and crew were thorough and dependable. I was kept informed at every step and stage of the work, knowing what to expect and what were my options. Crew always clean up site after day's work. Courteous, intelligent workers.

Professional from start to finish. Professional design and drawings, quick approval of permits and a terrific looking, sturdy porch that will last and last. Excellent choice of materials by contractor, guys who worked on the project were terrific and it was done before I knew it. It cost what they said it would cost. Neighbors are still talking about how impressive it is. Will have this company do major remodeling work again.
