+ -1 moreThe company was able to work me in the next day after I called. The workers were punctual, courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to be charged only their minimum for a service call.
Description of Work: Installed igniter on gas hot water heater. I had the part myself, which the water heater company had sent me under warranty.

Description of Work: This company may or may not provide professional services. However, I never got to find out because Bauer's office hours and phone system were so outdated and antiquated that I could never get in touch with anyone at the company. After a while, I just gave up.
