Description of Work: Called Mr. Averaz for estimate, that took about 8 days. Did not get his estimate for 2 weeks after and his price was much to high. I feel he was unprofessional with his response and he did not return our calls. He also gave estimate for wrong pavers. We will not use him in future. Sincerely, Baillies

+ 0 moreMr. Alvarez is a very hard worker and does excellent work. He came out and discussed what we wanted and returned a few days later with a drawn up design including a list of suggested plants, flowers and trees. He does all of the work himself and by hand, so you don't have to be concerned with equipment destroying what lawn/landscaping you may already have. His rates are excellent and more than fair! I have had him come back twice since his initial job completion to do additions to my landscape design.
Description of Work: Landscape design, building of beds, planting, installation of stone work patio and building of fire pit.
