We worked with David on the design of our deck. He had great ideas and provided helpful 3D drawings of the project. The crew that worked on the deck was extremely professional and quick. We had one customer service issue (our fault really) but they completely resolved it. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

They really provide an exceptional product. However, they were not very good at limiting damage to my lawn for this project. They did attempt to make repairs when finished. However, I would hire them again.

From the time Michael came out, to the completion of the project, working with Woodland Deck was a pleasure. They set up an immediate appointment after I called them. Other companies either didn't call back, or when I could get ahold of them, they set appointments up that were as much as 6 weeks out. Michael was wonderful to work with. He made professional suggestions, but was never pushy and opinionated. He never tried to upsell us. He also was in constant communication during the duration of the project, making sure there were no issues and that we were satisfied. The team was very prompt. They were at the project by 8am and worked straight through until 4pm. Other than a lunch break they were always at the job. Woodland Deck is a large enough company that once they started our job, they worked until it was completely finished. Even though Woodland is very busy, our job and work team was not shared with other customers. They never left a mess in our yard. Every evening it looked like they hadn't even been present. The quality and attention to detail was phenomenal, with the finished above & under deck looking gorgeous. Regarding the rain system, Woodland was very smart: They waited for numerous rains before they finally put the ceiling in. That way they could adjust any areas that needed additional rainproofing attention. 9 months and many rains later, we have no water leaking through the under deck area. Overall, our satisfaction with Woodland Deck Company and our completed project is A++++!.

Mike was great to work with, through an agonizing health department permit as well. The crew were very professional, completing on time and great clean up. They even helped saved a few of our clemetis. The quality is definitely better than any other deck we've seen. Many of our friends and others have asked who did the work. Even the guys who delivered the materials said Woodland Deck was the best. We hope it holds up to our expectations!

After looking for a contractor we decided Woodland Deck was the way to go. Steve Stelkic who ownes and operates the company worked with us on design, he was patiant and not pushy and made us feel comfortable .His crew that came out was fabulous. Any question's we had were answered and all work done was of high quality. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and even offered suggestion's on different things they could do to make it look better. We felt very comfortable with them. They were very polite and conscientious about every thing they did. They showed up every day with a full crew and the deck was completed in five days.Everything was cleaned up and the deck was washed on the finishing day.I can't say enough about how nice eveything went with Woodland Deck Company.

The guys are very professional, and very detailed in their work. You can tell they care about doing a good job, not just rushing through it and going on to the next job.

He did a great job. They were pretty quick, they did it in a day and a half. They did a good job. Two years after, everything is still solid.

We looked at three different companies to build a deck for us. While Woodland was the most expensive, we were impressed by the materials that they said they would use and the construction processes. After some issues with zoning, they were very quick to respond with getting the deck built. The crew that did the construction were very courteous and professional. They were very neat and thourough in their daily duties. Their workmanship was excellent and they went above and beyond with the overall project. We are very happy with our experience and would be proud to recomend Woodland.

They job was done timely, professionally, and with care. I was extremely pleased with the results. One of the beams was warped. Steve came out and had it replaced immediatley. Can't say enough good things about Steve, his crew, theirs work ethic and qualtiy of work. He returned all my calls and communicated with me in person and on the phone. Very important to me for a business to do that. I have and will continue to recommend he and his company.

We like everything about them. I was impressed with the company. We traveled 50 miles to see a deck that he built and talk to his customer which we liked. They were hard workers that had a good work ethic. They were prompt everyday at 7:15 AM and work 8-10 hours some days. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. The quality of work is impressive. The owner was in constant communication and he would stop by to make sure everything was okay. They were considerate and had great communication about what was being done.

Contacted 5 contractors for a deck project both via e-mail and voice message and this is one of the contractors that did not return my phone call. Of the 5 from Angie's List 3 returned my calls, 2 made it to my house to look and 1 provided a formal quote. Woodland was not one of the contractors who responded.

They're very professional, they come when they say they're going to come, and they came over twice after we told them to fix the problem. Their work and effort is of a very high quality.

Steve did a tremendous job. He took the first available sunny day and built our deck in two days. He attached it to the foundation in a way that very few other companies promised to. He waterproofed the stilts for a long quality job. He took pride in his work and we were very impressed. He built a quality deck and cleaned up after his job. We absolutely love our deck. The only problem we have now, is the mold spots that are appearing on our deck, however we believe this is a Trex issue and not a Woodland issue.
