Perfect Power Wash

came on time did a good job, it had been raining so they even came back the following week to fix some streaks.

The outcome of the cleaning was above what i expected. It was a very noticable difference before and after. The technician was very helpful and even informed us of a bees nest thst was in our soffit.

They beat my expectations and the guy who was there was very professional and polite.

They did a great job! When I pulled in at first glance I was literally shocked at how beautiful it looked. I noticed one spot that got missed however after taking a detailed look around. I called them and they came out later the same day to fix it!

It started with the appointment itself. I contacted one of their employees who was doing my neighbors house. They had their boss call me the next day to setup an appointment. On the day of the appointment they gave me a call prior to coming (it was within 15 to 30 minutes of the appointment time). They were in the process of training a new guy Joey -- I talked with both guys for a while prior to starting and they were very professional and explained the process to me in detail. When they were finished they let me know and asked me to inspect it. Upon my inspection everything looked OUTSTANDING!!! Very nice job and I appreciate the professionalism and maturity of their workers.

Perfect Power Wash did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone. Since our house is white it gets dirty quickly so we plan to continue using perfect power wash to get our house looking amazing every time. They were kind, on time, efficient, and did an outstanding job.

The service was great! My concrete has never looked better! I'm pretty sure it had never been cleaned before and I was amazed at the results. Our neighbors even commented on how it looks! The roof was treated to remove the black streaks. I wasn't there when the service was done, but the streaks were gone when I got home. We couldn't be happier and will have them back in the spring to get the house washed.

Excellent. They showed up when promised. answered all of my questions. Made sure they did not accidentally power spray anything other than the sidewalk and driveway (door sills, plants, etc.).

The 2 man crew arrived on time and was very courteous. They explained how they would proceed and made sure that our foundation plantings would not be harmed. I was impressed with how well the job turned out. The gutters are white and we're badly stained. They looked like new when they finished. Very well done ! We have signed up for a yearly cleaning. Good company. NOT some dude with an old pickup and a power washer.

Perfect Power Wash was very professional and courteous. Called the day before to confirm and was at my home at the exact time stated. When finished , cleaned up and stated that if I had any questions don't hesitate to contact them. I was very pleased and satisfied with the company and the person that came to my home. I would have them come out to my home again with no hesitation. It was a pleasure doing business with such professional and courteous people.

I called two different times, two different numbers.. and talked to a women each time and left her my information, two phone numbers and an e-mail address. Both told me someone would contact me shortly and no one ever did. I waited two weeks the first call and then decided to call a different number and the same thing happened, no contact from Perfect Power Wash! well over a month now and no one has ever called.. Thought it was a good company since family has used them before but this has changed things for us all. Would not recommend this company. I can't say anything about any service they would perform but it all starts with that call back and thats the most important start to any service... Very dissapointed

The initial service in the fall of 2015 was fine--they explained options, came, they washed, they sealed. We choose just to protect the wood not stain it--we thought from moisture and UV damage. Or that's what we asked for and what the sale rep said their product would do. Water began beading up nicely. Things looked great. They had suggested that the sealing would last three years and that we might want it washed annually and gave us a coupon. Cool. In the late spring of 2016 white spots began appearing on the deck. I hosed. When I called in August of 2016 to ask about the white spots and what could have gone wrong, I was asked to email a picture to a customer service email address. No one called back. When I called back a month later, the customer service person called me back the next day telling me that my deck was damaged from UV rays, that no product lasts more than a year, the product they installed does not protect from UV rays and I needed to have it washed and treated--including stained if I wanted it protected from UV rays. There was no apology for misleading us about what their product could do, no explanation of how the sun has managed to damage our deck in neat liquid-like circles, no offer to help make the damage better, only an aggressive sales pitch to buy more services and products.

Well overall. The house looks a lot better. My issues were that communication was not what I had hoped. They did call me the day before as s reminder and were clear that I didn't need to be there for the work to be completed. Still, I wanted to be there. Unfortunately, they didn't get to me until late in the afternoon, so I sat around all day. In their defense , they also say that they can't specify a time beyond the day of the service. I just wish that I could have had some idea of when they might arrive, say, within a two hour window. The other issue was the sign on my tree lawn. They never asked. The work was satisfactory; it's a 40 year old house.

At first I couldn't imagine paying to have someone power wash my house, but after doing one side myself last year, I decided to try it. I was extremely surprised at how much better they did then I could and after looking around the price was extremely competitive and very much worth it. The Perfect Power Wash representative (Ryan) explained everything before he started and then reviewed everything with me afterwards and was very professional and knowledgeable. My only regret is not calling them sooner and letting them do the entire house. I would highly recommend them and especially Ryan - it was a great experience and the siding looks great.

BEWARE!!!! We have security cameras under the eves and by the time that they left there was standing water in 5 of the cameras. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until the next day. As well, the entire back of our home, where I showed the technician that he needed to concentrate, is still very dirty and still has cobwebs and algae. They say that all of this would be removed with their service. On top of a lousy pressure washing job, PPW has blamed the manufacturer of the cameras and the installer for defective cameras and defective installation. I have pressure washed the home without the same thing happening so it's neither. We have had to replace all 5 cameras and are out of pocket almost $1500 with the cameras and labor to fix them. They have been unwilling to take any responsibility for the damage that occurred while they were here. Their resolution was to not charge us for the service but we are still out of pocket almost $1000. They also offered to have their guy come back and redo the back of the house. No thank you. I won't have this company, who will dodge any responsibility of wrong doing, on my property ever again.

Did very well and a great reasonable price.

All went well. It was expensive due to the size of our driveway but we believe it has protected our concrete driveway well over the past two winters.

I saw this company power washing a driveway up the street from where I live. So I pulled in and asked the two young men if they would power wash my deck and they said they would and gave me a business card. On November 2, 2015, I called the company and spoke to sales rep. Spencer Krause. He was so very nice, helpful, friendly and professional. He took my information and in no time I had an appointment for the next day. I was so happy because my husband has been asking me for the past 2 years to find someone to clean the deck. On November 3, 2015, Kyle Bricker came to my house to do the work. He was just as nice, friendly, helpful and professional as Spencer was. I called Kyle several times with questions, and every time he would answer my questions so patiently. He is a wonderful young man, his parents should be very proud of him. He explained what he was going to do, then he went to work on that dirty deck. Kyle did an excellent job power washing our deck. It looks almost brand new! I really appreciate both of these young men. Overall my experience with this company was excellent and it is all because of Kyle and Spencer. I will be using this company again for my future needs around my home. Also, if family and friends need your services, I will certainly give them your companies number to call. Thanks again. Maybe a little on the high side for price, but they did do a really good job

They did a very good job and I am completely satisfied with the work. would I use them again? Without a doubt I would call them first. I have used this service for the last five years or more since the driveway was first put in. I tried to do this job myself, however the Power Wash experts do a much better job then this old man.

Very prompt and thorough work. No mess, careful with flowers and grass. Great work. Two soaking/washings followed by a sealant. The concrete hasn't looked this good since we bought the house 10 years ago. looks like new.

Very good. Would use them again.

Ehhh, just not happy. In the initial calls, I made clear that my deck was stained within a year and that I just wanted the dirt taken off, and to make sure the pressure wasn't high enough to remove any stain. The gentlemen told me no problem. After the job was done my deck looked like a tye dye shirt. Stain was removed everywhere and both my wife and I were very unhappy. The cost to restain my deck was going to be 1200 and PerfectPowerWash met me halfway and refunded me 600.00. Clearly a lack of communication here, and they did whatever they could to get the job sold. I requested to speak with the owner and never got a call from him. I would not use this company again and I am sure there are better ones out there that will be more upfront in the sales process.

I wish I could remember the name of the person that did the work he was very helpful and did a quality job.I believe it was Keith F. He arrived early and had all necessary equipment and knowledge needed to do the job in a professional and timely manner. I have my own equipment and have done the power washing myself for several years but just did not have the time this year. Now I'm kicking myself its so affordable!!!! I'll never power wash again!!!!!
