Perfect Power Wash

They did such a nice job, I asked to do the sidewalk by the tree lawn. Everything looks like newly poured concrete!! Highly recommended!!

Did not have work done. Received an estimate from another company that was more than $100.00 less that same day. Called PPW to cancel appointment that was approximately 2 weeks away. They had needed credit card to "hold" scheduled date, but had assured me on the phone, and in their contract that I could cancel. PPW then wanted to improve on their original price to get me as a client. I said I just wanted to cancel. I did not want to go back and forth getting a "better" price. Had a challenging time with the representative from PPW getting the cancellation and confirmation number of the cancellation. Will think hard before calling them again.

The company was responsive to my initial call, delivered what they promised, and followed up afterwards. With the exception of their price that I thought may have been a bit high, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

They came when scheduled and completed work without any problems. I was a bit surprised that the equipment that they used did not look the same as what is featured in their advertisements.

Matt from PPW showed up early and got right to work. My wife & I left for roughly 2 hours. When we pulled up to the house, Matt was just leaving. I have been power washing my home for the past 20 years, but it has never been as clean as today. All mold and mildew was gone from the second floor, and even the roof of my front porch was completely clean. I had asked that they be careful not to change the aim of my second story flood flights, and Matt said he would not. I am completely satisfied. I only regret that I've wasted so much time trying to do the power washing myself over the past 20 years. I noticed one reviewer wasn't pleased that their windows weren't clean after the procedure. I just took Windex outdoor window cleaner and sprayed off all first and second floor windows with that attached to my garden hose. No big deal. I will use PPW again.

Two people came out to complete the service. It probably took about 2 hours. It was overall good. I have no complaints. I had no problems.

It went real well, they did a very nice job. I thought it was worth the expense. My house kind of looks like it was freshly painted.

Job went well but mold started growing back within a couple of months making wonder if having it done was worth while considering the higher than average cost.

What was done looked good but the furnature I had moved off the patio and deck were loaded with dirt from the spray and my windows were a mess from the house spray. When I do this again I'll try a different company.

The quality of work is outstanding. TI tried using my home power washer and the fungus returns in a month. They do the work, and I am good for two to three years.

While I did not get up to the second floor to check if the dirt was removed,neither did the man that did the work. I don`t think that a person on the ground can do a good job with an extended boom spray. And they did this 2 or 3 years ago.

I've used them 4-5 times before. They've presser washed my house several times; this was the first for the driveway but I was very happy with the work. They worked fast and the sealant dried quickly, I was able to park after a day.

The services were provided as promised.

One person came out and was on site for about 5 hours. We were very happy with the results of the concrete cleaning and I would hire them again for that aspect of the work. However, I am a bit uneasy with the sealing process. It rained during the cleaning and all of the surfaces were still wet and in some areas water was puddled in low spots when the sealer was applied. I recalled that the salesman said they would call to schedule the work when they saw a rain-free day coming up which tells me that they wanted the surfaces to be dry for the work to be done. I questioned the young man about this and he said there should be no problem with the sealer treating the concrete even with some standing water. Since I know of no way to judge this going forward, I must take his assurance on faith and I am very uneasy not knowing that the areas are truly and evenly sealed. Thus my overall grade for the cleaning is "A" and for the sealing it is a "B"

We were satisfied with the job they did.

It turned our very well. It was a senior discount on the price. I was very pleased with the results. They came when they said they would come. They did the job, finished and left.

They just do power washing for us, my house and my daughter's house down the road. Everything was perfect as in their name.

As far as I know, it was okay. It was affordable. They do good work. The workers were fine.

Perfect Power Wash was very professional and responsive, both before, during, and after the service was done. I think their price was slightly higher than some other options, but based on the manner in which they handle their customers, I believe it's worth it.

I have had the washed every year. I was very pleased with their work. They came when they were suppose to come. It always looks so nice when they're finished. I had another company, and I liked them too, but I think I like Perfect Power Wash a little bit better. We don't do much relating, they come and do their thing and their finished. And that's just fine with me. The only issue that I had, their power wash is pretty powerful. My screens get a little big funny, they get a little bigger holes in them. But it's no big deal. I don't have many screens, just a few.
