Perfect Power Wash

House, roof, deck all look beautiful. The concrete looks great but that was really expensive part of this job. I was remiss in asking for an itemized listing of the cost and the salesman did not offer an itemized list. So I would use them again for everything except the concrete washing as it was overpriced for the service provided.

It went well. The house looks great. We plan on having them back to do the roof.

I hired company to pressure wash my house. Afterwards, it actually looked worse. They came out again and explained that the results are what often happens when you power wash a house with older aluminum siding. However, they did not tell me about this PRIOR to the power washing, which I feel they should have informed me it might not turn out that great. There were drip marks under windows with shutters and areas where there was an overhang still looked dirty. The guy who came back the second time made it look marginally better. Again, I think it should have been explained to me prior to the washing, that it might not look that great.

After get estimates from the three A rated companies on Angie's List, my condo owners and I decided to go with Perfect Power Wash. Each company looked at our building (a 2 story, 3 condo building) on Zillow and after some bargaining, all 3 companies came within a $25 range. So we chose Pristine. A power washing, including sidewalks, was set up for May 17. A young man arrived about 5:30 p.m. and was obviously dismayed at the size of the building. He called back to his office and after speaking with a boss, he was told this building should have been estimated as a commercial building rather than a residential one because of the square footage. I was told that a Commercial estimator would be in contact with me with a new estimate. After several days passed with no contact from Pristine, I found another company, GRPM Solutions, that took care of the job for a much lower price and did excellent work.

The men who came to my house were courteous and did a wonderful job. They explained beforehand what they were going to do and answered my questions. When they were finished they walked around the house with me to see if I had any questions or complaints...which I didn’t. I had a coupon out of an ad but they applied a coupon which was worth more that the company was currently honoring,

The house and steps were very dirty and they look very clean now. The outside gutter scrub improved their appearance. The technician did not clean the gutters because he said he was not allowed to get on the roof. There were several areas where we have bushes next to the house that he was not comfortable doing on a ladder. When scheduling they required a credit card. They called me about my satisfaction with job before they charged credit card.

I called this company for a quote for driveway power wash and seal. They raved about their specialized cleaner used to flush dirt and clean out the concrete pores and their premium Siloxane sealer (which contains 8-9% more product than competitors). They also claimed to give a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and that although they are not the cheapest, they have 18 years in this business. I told them my driveway was about 2-2 1/2 years old. We booked the appointment 2 days out. I had to call that day to find out when they would arrive. I left the house due to an appointment. I received a call at 1:33 p.m. from Daren stating he was on his way to my house. I then received a voice mail message at 2:15 p.m. stating that they work was done, the driveway was sealed and that I could drive on it after 20 minutes. I was absolutely shocked that my 1400 sq ft driveway and walkway could be washed and sealed in 20-25 minutes. Even Superman could not move that fast. I called the company to question whether or not the driveway was actually cleaned because the same tire marks and very minor stains still existed. They assured me that it was and in fact the tech said it was already really clean. I did not learn until they arrived that they had to do a "soft wash" because the driveway was under 3 years old. We never had this conversation when I booked the appointment. They really could not explain how a "soft wash" is done. It must be magic to wash 1400 sq feet then seal an entire driveway in this very short period of time. I also complained about the price as I was paying for a power wash. They advised there was no price difference. I expressed my displeasure. Today I received another follow-up call asking about my satisfaction. I again complained and they argued their case. Bottom line...they got me. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Their prices are astronomical for 20 minutes ($650). I feel completely ripped off. Not only did I pay for all of their high cost advertising and their endless mailers, they then put a sign in my front yard after the service advertising their company without asking my permission. It was like public humiliation. BE AWARE...they record all customer phone calls so make sure you are aware. They did not disclose this until I complained and then they stated they would "check the tapes". Never did hear back about the lack of conversation regarding a "soft wash" vs. a "power wash". Call a concrete person who will do this service or use a local company. I subsequently learned that the cost for a soft wash for "new concrete" from another company was $409. The other company charges less for new concrete because there is obviously less work involved. The best defense is an honest review. I am not 100% satisfied which was supposedly guaranteed.

I contacted them and needed the job done fast. I was not disappointed. They scheduled the job to be done quickly and were here when they said they would be. They were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. They finished the job sooner than I expected they would. Overall, a great experience. I am happy with the results and will use them again.

I was extremely impressed by every aspect of the service provided by this company. Their customers are clearly important to them. Logan called before coming and arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, and extremely hard working. The weather was very warm and humid, yet he worked to deliver a beautifully clean house. I will definitely employ this company again. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Not well. We asked them to power wash our roof to remove debris (oak fuzz and maple helicopters) and algae/moss. They came on time but did not wash off the debris before washing off the roof with a chemical that was supposed to get rid of the algae. The algae may be gone or decreased but all the debris is still on the roof and is now stuck to the roof, so not even a strong wind would take it off. We called several times and they said if they treat for the algae they cannot power wash the roof. This was not communicated to us at the beginning. If they had just blown or washed off the debris before the chemicals were put on it would not be so bad. Also the chemicals spotted our windows and siding and killed some of our plants. Now we have to hire someone else to clean off the debris on the roof. The cost was outrageous for what they did and they will not come out and fix the problem. To say they are a Roof Power Washing company is questionable.

Very professional company. Excellent service on the telephone. Darren came out and did the work. He worked for 2-1/2 hours and didn't take a break. Spoke with me before he washed the deck and after. Darren was very professional. My deck looks brand new and it's about 20 years old. I would have this company come out again.

They showed up on time, explained everything to my wife and finished the job in a timely matter

Brandon and Logan showed up promptly and I reviewed the project scope with them. They immediately got to work and completed entire project with more than satisfactory results. I asked when I called if the roof cleaning process was environmentally safe and I was assured that it was. When I returned home after the cleaning, the entire property reeked of chlorine bleach and all my beautiful plants and flowers were wilted and discolored. When I called to complain, they were very responsive and sent someone out to assess the damage. I was assured in writing that if the landscape does not fully recover in the spring, it will be replaced. (Was end of October, too late in the year to replant anything.) In the meantime, it looked awful until the recent snowfall camouflaged it. Had I known that their "environmentally friendly" soft wash process used chlorine bleach, I never would have hired them. This should have been disclosed up front. As of mid December, the algae that turned white after the treatment, still has not "gently released" and fallen off yet. The washing and sealing of the pavers was fine.

They did a great job like usual. They were very thorough, friendly and they billed me instead of charging right on the spot which I liked.

I was very impressed with the results. The concrete looks like the day it was poured other than a few rust spots from a long gone vehicle. Amazingly, the crew did all this in about 2 hours. I consider the sealant the most important part of the work and I expect it will hold up through the winters. Great job, PPW.
