Description of Work: Power wash driveway and roof. Roof work was fine. Driveway not so much. Pressure used to clean the driveway was so high that the top "skim coat" layer of the concrete was removed so drive is now more porous. I spent an additional $500 to redo the sealing of the drive because what Perfect Power Wash did was spotty and very thin. When I questioned the sealing my concerns were ignored.

Description of Work: PPW sent two men to power wash the house. They were very thorough and did a good job. My only complaint is that while the house was clean, the windows needed to be washed afterward as the cleaner used left streaks on foyer window.

Description of Work: The only positive action taken was removing the algae from the roof, the rest is not necessary and I would only use this service again for the roof. However, they won't do just the roof, this is where they make the money.
