They exceeded my expectations. The roof had algae growth and now it is completely gone, it's gorgeous. They said it would take about three hours and it did. They were here first thing in the morning and gone by noon. I pointed out a few areas I thought they could go over again and they did with no argument at all. I was very very pleased.

The pressure washing was fine. Didn't really see any difference with the gutter brightening. The decks were a disaster. The stain was supposed to be semi-transparent but was applied as a solid (even their own tech told me he applied it as a solid). After the initial application, I called to complain. They told me they would make it right. When they came back, the techs told me they were there to apply another coat of stain. I called the manager and he basically said there wasn't anything they could do about it (it was already a solid). There were several missed spots on the initial application as well as stain on my concrete, gas grill, and vinyl siding. The tech cleaned up as best he could but it all didn't come off. The manager was quite argumentative on the phone.

I have used Perfect Power Wash in the past on my home and I decided to use them again on my rental property. I had them complete a house wash and a roof treatment. Again they came through with flying colors. They were very quick to schedule my work to be done, they came out the very next day! I highly recommend this group to do work on your home.

The roof came out beautiful..No streaks at all...The Decks both were clean and bright... We had a complaint about the pwer wash and the gutters....The owner Mike was very helpful and quickly made an adjustment in our billing... I would use them again...

I called the company and asked to get an estimate and they said they would be out within a few days to do this which they did . T hey left me a folder stating the different prices of the areas of concrete that I can have cleaned and sealed . I waited to call them because I was not sure if I wanted to do the driveway now or wait till spring. A representative( I believe it was the same person who gave the estimate) called me about a week later and asked me if I would get the work done. I told him I would probably wait and do it later and asked him if I could get a discount because I was on Angies List and saw there was a 5 percent discount. He stated that the best he could do for me is to take $50 of the cost of my driveway.(original estimate was $485). I agreed to get the work done and they told me when they would come out and clean my driveway. They showed up on that day and did a good job of cleaning my driveway. Then they told me they would come out again to seal my driveway. It rained the next few days and they came out on the first sunny day. One person showed up and began to spray a very thin layer of sealant on my driveway. It was just enough to wet my driveway and it took about 10 minutes to do. Then he stated he would like the full payment after he finished. I looked at the invoice and it was the original price of $485 plus tax. I told him about my phone call and I would like to call the representative back to get the price adjusted. He said the company wants him to collect the payment when he is done and changed the price to $460(including tax). I paid him and he marked paid in full on the bill. About a week later I received another bill stat I owe another $36 dollars to the company. I just received the bill and have not contacted them yet. Overall they showed up when they said they would and cleaned the driveway well. I thought they went cheap on the amount of sealant applied and they do not honor their discounts.

It went very well. The PPW team gave me an estimate the day after I called them. I was able to get them to my house within 5 days of accepting their estimate. The work was all completed on time. They left me an invoice and my questions were all answered before I was required to pay.

I have mixed results from this company. The powerwashing of the siding was decent, the roof treatment was ok too I guess. The sides of the gutters looked good however the underside of them wasn't as well done. The sealing of the driveway is actually my biggest complaint. The driveway was power washed a few days before it was sealed and some powerful storms below debris on the driveway. The individual sealing the driveway did not make an effort to remove the debris (leaves, etc) before sealing. A professional company would have taken a leafblower (and 5 minutes of time) and cleared any debris before spraying a siloxane sealant to ensure an even coating/absorbtion of the concrete. For the price I paid, I expected better.

They got there in the morning fairly early, and I had the day off. They took their time and did my house right, I was watching them most of the time. mainly because I never seen anyone do anything like this before. Its amazing what this company does. I'm glad that I got in touch with them because I had no idea how much work it actually was until I saw it being done. Very impressive. Very Professional. Great company.

They showed up when they said they would, and then they were quick and efficient. The did a great job. I plan on using them in the future for sure.

Over the Winter I had some issues with ice dams, A friend of mine referred Perfect Power Wash, after they had an issue the previous year with ice dams caving in part of their roof. I had no idea how much of a problem that the ice on my roof could actually cause, and I know it was a lot of money for them to actually get the damage fixed so I wanted to get mine taken care of before anything like that happened to my house. The guys from Perfect Power Wash came out and did a fantastic job, the price was fair, and in the end I feel that I probably saved money by using them. Once spring rolled around I decided to give Perfect Power Wash another call to come out and clean up what winter had done. They did a fantastic Job, I don't know how they got my gutters so new looking. I thought I was going to have to paint them, but they were able to get them almost like new again. My siding looks great, and they did this roof cleaning thing that made my roof look brand new. I feel like I have a new house. I plan on using these guys again in the fall to clean my driveway and get it sealed up for the winter. I went on the website, and know what they did to my house I know that my driveway is going to look fantastic too when they finish it. These guys were very professional I had no idea how complicated the process of cleaning my house and roof could be, I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself with the crummy pressure washer that I got a few years ago. From now on I know I'll leave it to the professionals at Perfect Power Wash.

FANTASTIC They got there early they were doing a number of things for me this spring because I called them to come do some spring cleaning for me after they came out this winter to handle my ice build up problems. But it's like watching firemen or something they are so professional with what they do. They get to my house unload their stuff, and go to work. My house looked like new, my gutters looked like new, and my roof looks like it did when I had it replaced. If you're a home owner you need to know this company because there is no better way to take care of your home.

From the beginning to the end these guys were easy to work with, and I felt like they actually cared about what they were doing. You don't get service like this these days. It reminded me of the way America used to be when companies actually cared. I'll be recommending these guys to all my friends.

After checking several Angies List companies for roof ice/snow removal we chose Perfect Power Wash. Their rate of $145 per man - per hour seemed in line with other companies I thought their method of using hot water / steam appeared to be a good approach. They set up and completed the job in approximately two hours. The ice bridge was removed to my satisfaction The ice that was removed was left on our deck rather than tossing it out on the lawn. My advice to other potential customers is to be sure and get a " TOTAL COST ESTIMATE" along with any details such as how the removed ice will be delt with.

The work is ongoing. They are taking some corrective measures on the deck. There was a situation that occurred with our patio that I can?t entirely blame on them. It was due to a little miscommunication. They promptly and courteously responded to our concern. We are not done with the work yet, but so far I have no complaints. I am not saying anything negative at this point. They are doing what a company should do, and not all companies do that.

The salesman said I didn't have to pay if we were not satisfied. Questioned why they wanted their money right away since the roof was not dry yet and didn't know if the process worked properly. After the roof areas dried, I could see remnants of the algae streaks especially on the back of the barn roof (north side). The owner of the company, Mike, said they would come out when we had the house washed to redo the areas in question. That didn't happen until late September and the worker, Nick, claims he did not see any streaking remaining on the back of the house. The job on the redwood siding prep for restain went horrible and I dismissed the worker. Nick did not even look at the back of the barn which is noticeably still streaked when it is cloudy vs. sunny. I had another roof cleaning company come out which said from the description of the work that proper equipment and technique was not used resulting in a poor job. I had paid with a credit card and am filing a dispute because of poor workmanship and would like a partial refund since the results were poor.

I have an older home build in 1940, with older alum. siding. The salesperson, Aaron, pitched a great sell on the service. To their credit, they were very responsive in terms of calling me back quickly, and setting up an estimate appointment that was good for my schedule. When the actual worker came out the following week and completed the service, he was very nice and was right on time, but unfortunately, I was surprised by the lack of results. Dirt, grim, streaks, and dead vines remained all over the house when I had been told that would all be completely washed away. The worker himself mentioned that he hates it when the boss sends him to houses such as mine because he never has any good results to show to the homeowner when he is done. I was upset about the bill that was sent in the mail (around $350.00) and refused to pay since there were virtually no positive results of using their company. I spoke to the owner, and to his credit, he has not bothered me about the bill since we spoke on the phone. That I appreciate. Perhaps they do a good job with vinyl, but my experience with alum. siding was not a good one. I would not use them again. I felt deceived with the estimate vs. the quality of the actual final product.

Everything went excellent. Even in setting up the appointment, they were prompt. They were flexible with working with our schedules. They showed up on time, they were highly professional and did a wonderful job. They house looks sparkling new.

They showed up right on time they washed our house and cleaned our windows when they were finished they walked us around and showed us the work they did and answered all my questions. We then discussed my deck I decided to have them do that to. They prepped my deck the same day. They came back 2 days later and stained my deck they even took the furniture off the deck for me. The deck and house looks great.

The power wash was done by 1 guy and he arrived on time and wasted no time. He moved the furniture around as he washed. The second time, 2 guys came and they removed the furniture from the deck. Since I was having the siding replaced, I told them not to worry about over-spray on the siding. However, I had to remove paint that got onto my front door and screen. Also there were 2 small areas that were missed that I will paint when I do the garage trim. They failed to remove some protective wrap they put on 2 of my gutters. My furniture has not been put back on the deck as indicated in their ad. But that would be a problem anyway as the paint is still "tacky" some 2 weeks after the painting occurred. (I have been told by other painters that is due to using the wrong paint for the surface. I don't know.)
