Perfect Power Wash

They were able to give me an immediate quote over the phone based on the square footage of my house. They completed the work within 10 days. The house looked great afterward. I have white vinyl siding and one side had a lot of mildew. Now it all looks bright and white. Very courteous and prompt.

Provided quote upon request for service. Arrived at the time he said he would be here. Did a great job, the house, roof and shutters look great. Very happy.

Service was prompt and professional; workers were courteous and efficient. The price seemed excessive, but appears to be the going rate for this service. Providers are few and the job has risks.

It turned out pretty good. We had to have them come back out. The guy didn't wash down the house well enough or something. We had some painting that needed to be redone. Some of the paint was bleached. They took care of it. They were efficient and responded to the problem in a prompt manner. I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future.

Saw an article about Perfect Power Wash in "Mimi Vanderhaven" news. Checked references on Angie's List and BBB. Of the three contact # given, the 330-697-0134 was the quicker to respond. Rich, the technician, phoned me when on his way (as promised), informed me of details of procedure. He was very professional, personable and efficient; finishing the whole job in an hour. He power washed and sealed the driveway, two service walks and front steps. The only down-side was that after drying there were more noticeable poc marks in the drive, probably from the power wash loosening stones which had been worn by snowplower. I don't attribute that to poor service. However, I was not aware that such thing might occur! Overall rating of B is due to slow response to initial calls. For some reason, the person on the 330# responded immediately (and there's no B+ rating available!)

First round went poor but they made it right

Excellent, professional service. Arrived as scheduled. Worked hard and got job down on-time. Friendly technicians. They knew the right amount of water pressure to apply to rid the house of dirt and greenish vegetative growth, without ruining the siding. House exterior looks almost like new again! Was not inexpensive, but often you get what you pay for. We wanted quality -- and we got it!

They were prompt, professional, quick and very organized. I have some very steep roofs and they handled them well. The roof was cleaned and looked brand new(13 year old roof). It still looks great 31/2 months later.

The driveway was pressure washed (no scrubbing) in about 20 minutes. I was watching as he finished and said he would now apply the sealer. He flipped some switch on the hose and said the sealer was being applied. He did this with the same hose and amount of pressure as the cleaning process. I thought it was crazy that the sealer application looked just like he was washing the driveway again. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Two days later, while washing the car on the driveway, we noticed absolutely no beading from the water. I went to Lowes and picked up the same chemical they used on the driveway (which is the cheapest product available), and after I applied it myself, there was indeed some beading. When I called to complain, I got the runaround and was told that beading on the driveway indicated too much product was applied, despite mixing it according to the directions on the bottle. It was after I called back again, Mike came out to inspect the work done himself. He applied more sealer to the driveway himself and told me there would be no charge. I got a bill anyway. The sealer lasted less than a year and was a total waste of money. I just got a quote from Crystal Kleen, which is over $200 less than what I paid PPW a year ago. They said it will take several hours to brush wash the driveway, and they will seal it the next day after it dries. My neighbor just used them and their driveway looks amazing. In addition, I'm having them clean our paver patio, front walk, and apply fresh asphalt to the apron at the bottom of the drive. The entire bill will be just a little over the PPW bill, about $725.00.

Perfect Power Wash did a great job getting the outside of our home clean. Our home had not been cleaned since it was built in 2004. Perfect Power took great care with our landscaping and they were very prompt in scheduling the appointment. I would highly recommend and would use them in the future.

They did the best job I have had in years. They were quick, efficient and very professional. They also referred me to a company that did the deck staining. They too, were awesome! So glad I found them!

My only complaint was the timing. They informed us they would be here by early afternoon, which to my standard means somewhere prior to 2:00PM. They did not show up until approximately 5:00PM. However, I am glad we didn't cancel the job, because they did a fantastic job. We will use them again in the future, but we will plan accordingly for the timing.

I scheduled the appointment, they came on the assigned day. I gave them my credit card info at the time of scheduling the appointment. When I arrived home, I found mud like debris from the gutters on the siding of the house, at various locations, and quite a pile of debris on the deck. I called within 2 or 3 days to voice my concern about "Perfect Power Wash" and the mess that was left @ my home. I had to leave a message, and never did receive a response. Also, on the same day of the scheduled project, my credit card that I used for payment was compromised, resulting in the cancellation of that card. I do not want to cast dispersions, but my instinct tells me there is a connection between my credit card info and the fraudulent use of that card # in several locations in Georgia. I wanted to let the owner know, in the event this was a trend, but, again no return phone call.

I booked clean and clear to power wash the house, for $100, did a great job.

They were fairly quick. The sidewalks and driveway looked really spectacular when they were finished. The house looked good. They were very flexable with reschedualing as well since we had lots of rain around the fist appointment time.

The 2010 job was rather extensive. Anthony came out and gave us an estimate. It wasn't the lowest, nor was it the highest. We liked their responsiveness with the estimate. We were impressed by the professional approach Anthony took with his explanations of the chemicals to be used, and how they would do the job. They did the job for the estimated cost, and they did it in the estimated time-a day and a half. This job resulted in our repeat business the next year. The 2012 job was simpler. We did not get any other estimates. During our initial phone conversation, we gave them the dimensions of the areas to be washed, and we were given an estimate based on the square footage involved. When the job was finished, the foreman presented us with the invoice. It was for $620. We explained the estimate we had received was for $595. He immediately adjusted the invoice to the quote price, no problem.

Four days after the driveway was powerwashed I noticed large spots appearing on the driveway. On August 29 I called Perfect Power Wash and explained what I was seeing and they said I would have to speak to Rick. Since Rick was not in I left a message on his phone. Rick never called back. 4 days later I called again and left a message with the answering machine. My call was not returned. A week later I called again and was put into someone's voicemail, I thought Rick's. I have never had my calls returned. On this basis, since the company does not wish to discuss my complaints. I cannot give them a good recommendation.

They were prompt with everything. I did have an issue, but they resolved it immediately. They made everything right in the end!

I watched the guys at work, and being a curious type asked about their equipment and procedures. They were very freindly and forthcoming with the information. They were very thorough and made sure that every square inch of the driveway was covered. I couldn't believe my eyes the next day, after it dried. We had our "new" driveway back. It looked a good as the day it was poured. A few days later, a friend stopped by to visit. After she left, we discovered some spots on the driveway. I figured they would be there until the next time we had the drive cleaned. But, to my surprise, they disappeared after the next rainfall. The sealer applied by Perfect Power Wash really did the job. Thank you Gentlemen. You have my gratitude for a job well done. See you again in a couple of years.

The job was done well and as per advertisment.

They did an excellent job. They brought their water with them as my well was having issues and that is why I went with them because the have their own water source. The fact that they brought water especially for people that are unwell and with the draught situation and that was the benefit. The two young men that were here did a very good job. They explained things, went around and pointed out stuff before they started and when we were finished they went around and cleared things out. I was really happy with their process. The only thing that cut them down was the cost but again that was because they had to bring the water so they did give me a deal. They had a cancellation and they didn’t charge me for the transportation of the water and worked with me which was good.

It was a rainy, wet snowy day and I was concerned that the work would not achieve the best results due to the weather. But the service tech called "the boss" and was told it would be fine to go ahead. The deck looked much better than before they did the power wash. Some mildew stains remain, but overall it looks much better.

I think they came over in very good time. I would use them again if I needed to.

They did a wonderful job. They came when they said they would and the pricing was good. There was a part on the roof I had a question about, so they came back out and explained everything to me. They redid the area I had a question about even though they didn’t need to.
