Perfect Power Wash

Very pleased. From start to finish they were very professional. Even sent a thank you / follow up with some family coupons for referrals. The concrete they washed had likely never been maintained ( circa 1989) and was in need after a few very wet seasons. The concrete looked 10x better - nearly new. Very professional and I feel like we got what we paid for. I would recommend this company to all.

We bought a new house that was a fixer upper on a really nice street. The house has some beautiful oak trees around it. The roof had a lot of streaks on it . The back patio had some black stuff on the concrete. They showed up professionally cleaned the driveway, power washed the house and put treatment on the roof. The roof now looks brand new! The house looks amazing and the driveway and back patio look great. I am so happy I left their sign up in the front yard. I laughed because I saw a few of my neighbors had perfect power was trucks in their driveways the next week. I had a great experience and will use them again.

Arrive on time, went right to work. We asked a number of questions which he answered for us. Hopefully it will last at least 3 or more years. We wanted this especially for our garage floor because we noticed the during the winter the snow melts and sits under my car. Since the garage and driveway is fairly new we wanted to protect it from the salt our car tires pick up during the winter season. So we'll find out this coming winter whether this works or not. Have to say my driveway and walkways look great now.

It was ok. They didn't apply much sealer on the driveway. Scheduling was alright.

They did a good job, except for the fact that they can’t get rid of a stain left by the leaves that fall on the driveway. They were good at keeping their word in getting out here, but I was a little disappointed in the results.

So far the driveway looks good, except for where the garbage can sometimes leaks and stains. When there were some spots where I didn’t think he did a good enough job, he came back out to clean again.

The house looks brand new. It is so clean we keep getting comments from our neighbors asking us what company we used. The person cleaning the house was very careful to get all the dirt and grit. This is the second year my neighbor and I had Perfect Power Wash clean and seal our shared front courtyard and sidewalk; my back patio, and my neighbor's back brick wall. We are return customers because Perfect Power Wash provides friendly, thoughtful, detailed and perfect care and service, beginning with the first phone call to set up an appointment, and obtain prices, thru the final moments of the job. The people on the phones provide quick quotes, and thoughtful answers to questions. As requested, they called to notify me of the time of their expected arrival. The young man arrived on time; explained what he would be doing, and moved a few heavier items from the courtyard that I was unable to move. He was friendly, thoughtful, and when the job was complete, our concrete and brick were beautifully brighter and clean. Sitting outside on the front courtyard, or back patio is now a delight , and I feel healthier, because the mold is gone. Thanks, Perfect Power Wash, for a job well done.

They were prompt. They got here when they said. They completed the job in a few hours. I had some stains on the back shaded side of my house that they were able to remove. After they finished, my house was ready to paint.

The worker arrived on time and power washed our roof, including putting a chemical on the back part of the roof where we had moss growing due to it's an area that is usually damp and doesn't get very much sun. The chemical did a nice job of killing the growth over the next couple of weeks and thus far it hasn't returned. Very pleased with the outcome of the service.

Tech did the initial clean. After I inspected , had to have him re-clean areas. For the money just expected a lot more. Honestly believe I could have gotten this level of clean at a much cheaper price.

It went well. The 2 company workers were concerned for my full garden of flowers and worked hard to constantly wash them down preventing damage from the chemicals. The roofs looked better immediately and are now free of lichen and unsightly black markings. Good job done.

The technician show up promptly as promised, but that was the end of kept promises. The gutters were not any cleaner than when he started and the house had spots where further attention was obviously needed. When we complained that the job was substandard, the supervisor was rude and demeaning. After the owner was contacted, he explained that we paid for his service, not the expected result of a clean house with cleaned gutters and downspouts. We had to have a legal demand letter sent to get a response from the owner who reluctantly agreed to refund the cost of the gutter cleaning along with a $50 "inconvenience" fee. All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience, since we now have to find and pay for another gutter service and redo the exterminator application and window cleaning afterwards.

the first tie they came out it was raining so the roof was streaky I called them and told them that they roof was not clean and they came back and did the job again the second time it was good.

From the initial phone call providing an estimate to the day of the actual cleaning, everything was handled very professionally. It was drizzling the day they came out and we were not sure how it would work, but it turned out great. Looks like a new roof! The two young men who did the cleaning were efficient, polite and thorough.

They were on time, friendly and did a great job. They removed dirt and mold form concrete and applied a sealer after cleaning.
