Perfect Power Wash

When he was washing the driveway he was all over the place; instead of washing from the garage down and around the corner. He ended up missing parts when putting down the sealant as well. The crevices ended up being loaded with all the dirt from when they power washed. When I called on Tuesday, the customer service rep said they have the best power equipment in the world; yet she said their machinery could only do so much. I was able to take my finger and pull the dirt myself. She also said not everything could be done perfectly. I requested someone come out and re-inspect the work. The customer rep said she would pass my message along. I have yet to receive a phone call.

I felt the ad was misleading. When I when I spoke with Gary over the phone, I was given a quote for $498. This estimate was for a cleaning process that involved a chemical, however this was never mentioned in the ad. I also felt that Gary's demeanor was not professional.

I have a brick home and was looking for PPW to wash the exterior as best as possible. I was advised they would power wash the brick and scrub the trim. PPW was quick to reply to my inquiry and arrived on time. I was home at the time of the service and observed the service take approximately 45 minutes to be completed. The brick part of the home was washed well.

It went great; our roof was so black with black streaks from a big pine tree right next to the house. Evidently the algae from the tree have been falling onto the roof and we thought we?d never see the roof gray again. The guy was very helpful, very courteous; after he?d finished, he realized he?d missed a couple of spots in the back of our roof (where no one sees) and he went right back up and cleaned it again. He was just great. The guy who did our roof was from East Lake?though the office is in Norton they take care of our area out here, too. I would strongly recommend them to anybody.

Paid perfect power wash $2,800.00 on 12/17/2014 to clean and seal our large driveway. Since there was no visible evidence of the sealer upon completion, we had no choice but to trust Perfect Power Wash that their product would work as advertised. On April 9, 2015 I called to address some pitting problems about half way down the driveway. I spoke with the owner (on the phone) and he did not take accountability for the failure of his product. He only offered to send a truck out to wash and reseal the small area (about 6 squares) for $275.00. I felt this price was extremely steep, considering it was their product that failed. I used no salt or any other chemicals on the driveway over the winter. I do not believe I have defective concrete as suggested by perfect power wash's owner. Disappointed to say the least. Not what I expected when I hired them last fall. Will be looking for someone else to seal the driveway next time.

They did the job; I don't know if it's good or bad. It still looks the same when they were done.

We've used them almost every year for something here for the last 4-5 years. They were a good firm. They're did good quality job. With my experience they can do a better job than you can do for yourself and they have good results than the others. I had others in the past and this is far by superior. They have their own proprietary solution that they used to wash your house.

Their advertising was not really true. They showed pictures of before and after. The after looked like a new drive. The results of our drive was not good. In fact, it was not as good as it looked before. I complained and went back and forth with the company, and when I threatened to expose to the company where I saw the ad, he decided not to charge me. I questioned their price and they told me they have top equipment and workers. I am not sure what the cost was, but much higher than others that I had gotten.

I thought that the person was okay but when he came and did the job, it was not that great. When he gave the quote over the phone, he had said they would do multiple wash and so many layers of steam and all that stuff. I went in and had my lunch when he came, and he was done when I came out. It was so fast that I didn’t think it was $400 worth of work. They were very expensive. A lot of people had used them and so I went ahead with them even though it was a little bit more.

When contacted for an estimate, I asked the contractor whether or not the sealant that it used would dull the finish of my stamped concrete patio and walkway. I was told that it would not. It did and discolored the concrete. During sealing the garage floor, the technician added sealant into puddles of water on the garage floor, He did not wait for them to dry or even tried to sweep the water into the drain. In addition the driveway was left with dark lines vertical lines where the buffer was pushed up and down the driveway,

They had done the roof of a neighbor’s home so I got to see how they worked. It turned out pretty well. Scheduling the service was pretty easy. Everyone was professional. The technician who did the driveway explained that the snow would take the stains out, which was correct.

It went fine. It was beautiful. They responded promptly, it was done in a reasonable amount of time, and done with no problems.

It went very well. Scheduling was very easy. They sent two technicians and it took them around two hours to complete. They were very polite and did a good job. It looked brand new.

They said they’d be here around 1:00 pm, but they didn’t come until 3:00 pm. They did it quickly so that they’d be done by dark. It didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped. I have impressed concrete and there were splotches everywhere and the stains weren’t removed. It seems like they didn’t use as strong of a stream as most power washers use or they may have had a problem with the imprinted concrete.

They did the job, but there were some things that were left on the roof. We assumed that they would be cleaning sticks and debris from the roof. I spoke with the owner and he told us that they don't go on the roof. I let them know that I was here during the service and someone was up on the roof. We would not use them again.

They did a really good job. The technician explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions in a pleasant manner. It took him around an hour to do the job. He applied the washing detergent, let it sit, and then power sprayed. He even did a second application on some areas. He also removed mold and then applied the sealant. He was in and out without rushing and the patio looks beautiful.

They were nice people and did a very good job, but they are overpriced. It took them half of a day to do the job. They attached the hose to my home and used my water to do the cleaning. They also filled up their tank with my water before they left. They have satellite, so they are able to come straight to your house, measure the driveway, and then they come in about a week. My driveway was very clean when they were done.

It was average. I thought that my driveway would look better. There were still oil stains and rust stains after they were done. The house is fairly new and I complained to the company and they took off a third of the charge. They were professional and it was easy for me to get them to come out.

They did their job, cleaned up as they went, and didn't leave any debris behind. They sent two technicians and it took them around three hours. I told them what I wanted done, they listened to what I wanted, and did what I asked. Their quote was high. I found a cheaper quote from another company, and they matched that price. The only thing that they didn't tell me is that the product that they used on the driveway stains it. Any time it rains or the driveway is wet, there are big blotches on the driveway. It would behoove them to warn their customers in advance that this will happen. I wrote the check out and gave it to the technician. I saw him put it into an envelope and into the truck. However, the next day, I received an email with an invoice. I had to contact them and tell them that I sent a check, along with the amount and the check number. The person on the phone asked me to describe who came to my home. They told me that he had forgotten to turn in the check. I told them to send me a receipt once they got everything straightened out, but I still haven?t received my receipt. I would not use them again.

It was satisfactory. The crew was professional and were on time. I've used them before and had no problems using them again.

They did a good job. The salespeople were pushy, but not obnoxious. It was easy to schedule service- they actually phoned me a few times until they set up the appointment. They are pleasant, punctual, do what they promise, and they cover everything. I wish they did garage floors, and I wish they would provide in depth about the value of what they do.

They were very professional, did a fabulou job s, and we haven't needed it again. It was easy to schedule service and they got right back to us, and honored the quoted price. They still send us emails with coupons.

They did an excellent job. I’ve used them around 3-4 times. They do a great job; they’re on time, and call to let you know when they’re going to be there. One year the patio was stained so badly with leaf and debris but it looked brand new when they were done. They’re a good company

PPW came to our house as scheduled, power washed the drive and used a machine to scrub the drive. Looked amazing and when drive was clean applied a sealant. Problem was it rained after they applied the sealant and rained all day and night. Called PPW, they said no problem, sent out another crew on 10/30/2014 and cleaned and resealed the drive. Very pleased!

The quality and professionalism were excellent...better than most. Only complaint is the high cost. My driveway and sidewalk are relativiely small, so from the contractor's standpoint, this was not a labor intensive job. The crew of 2 was at my home no more than 35 minutes...so a cost of $410 is excessive. My husband and I were involved in repair services for 20 years so I understand how costs are determined from a business standpoint. Sorry, I just can't justify their cost...doesn't involve "high" skill labor and materials used wouldn't have been that costly. To me, a more appropriate cost would have been about $125-$150 less.
