Description of Work: Removed an ice dam that was causing water to backup under my shingles and down through my ceiling. Service was prompt and professional; workers were courteous and efficient. The price seemed excessive, but appears to be the going rate for this service. Providers are few and the job has risks.

The young man who did the job was very friendly and polite and told me exactly what he would be doing. We had a few concerns a couple weeks later and spoke to the owner-he answered all our questions:) No problems.....price was great-we had driveway power washed and sealed.

Description of Work: Perfect Power Wash is an amazing company, offering excellent service from the moment they say "Hello" until they knock on the door to say good-bye, and discuss the job they have completed. This company is based on excellent performance of skills, blended with friendly, honest communication. The young men worked hard, and efficiently, power-washing my neighbor's and my combined front patio and walkway, as well as my back patio, and 5 foot brick wall. They also sealed all surfaces. Prior to the power washing our patios were black with mold and dirt, as was my brick wall. Now, the concrete sparkles and is light and bright; and my red brick wall looksvibrant and freshly new once again. My neighbor and I are delighted with Pefect Power Wash Company. Their price is right; service is friendly, honest and helpful. Their assessment of property to be cleaned was done via satellite, saving time, (mine, and theirs), allowing them to quickly provide complete pricing of the job on initial telephone contact. On site, they moved the heavy objects off our patios without being asked; with no damage to anything -- all nearby flowers and plants remained intact and healthy after the job. Description of Work: WE CONTACTED JIM AND TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE DONE TO OUR DECK. HE CAME OUT (ALTHOUGH WE WERE NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME) AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. I HAD A FEW QUESTIONS AND CALLED HIM AT LEAST TWICE AND HE RETURNED EACH CALL AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS PATIENTLY. WHEN I GAVE HIM THE GO AHEAD, HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE A FEW DAYS UNTIL HE COULD COMPLETE THE POWER WASHING. I HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN AND TO MY DELIGHT, WHEN WE GOT HOME THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. HE NEVER EVEN ASKED ME FOR A DEPOSIT! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD USE HIM AND REFER HIM AGAIN THANKS JIM, FOR A JOB WELL DONE HELEN

Description of Work: This company representative was very prompt and seemed knowledgeable about cleaning algae off roofs. However, on Angie's list this company has 2 F ratings. We had another company perform the work.

Description of Work: We own a property in Bath Twp. which has on it 2 historic, two-story frame houses which needed painting. We needed to powerwash them before painting, but the problem was that we have just a single (also quite old) well on the property and it was a very dry late in the summer. We had had the experience years ago of accidentally draining the well when the painters powerwashed before painting, so the painters suggested that we get someone who could truck the water in for us. We hired Perfect Power Wash and they trucked in about 4 truck loads of water to do the job, without involving our well. They were very professional. I think we talked to Mike...can't find the card now. I had his cell number and he got back to me everytime I had a question and the work was done as promised, on time and it kept the project on schedule. It all went very smoothly. I'm sure that this is more than most people pay for power washing, but we were very thankful to find someone who could bring the water with them! It was also for 2 large houses which were heavily shaded. While I didn't get up on the ladder and inspect, the painters were satisfied and so was I. I would hire them again.
