Invest Wise Home Inspection, LLC

The inspection seemed to go well until a month or so living on the property. Our basement flooded, and now we are having electrical issues. All of which was supposed to be inspected before we moved in. We informed of items that needed addressed but not the major stuff like break boxes, and to get out pipes checked for roots. A more detailed inspection would have saved us hundreds of dollars. We even asked if there was anything else we would inspect and we were told that he covered everything, apparently not.

Larry was referred to us from another highly rated Angie's List home inspection provider, who was out of our service area. We were a little nervous to hire someone not yet on the site, but we couldn't be happier with the service we received! He was such a pleasure to work with, from our first contact through his follow-up after the inspection. Scheduling was very easy and our appointment was much sooner than anticipated. He even went out of his way to set-up the radon testing equipment early so that we could have our results earlier. Everyone who is involved in our home-buying process has complimented his professionalism and inspection report as exemplary. Larry arrived early on the day of the inspection and had already completed the majority of exterior work by the time we arrived. He educated us about each system and item he attended to and encouraged our questions as he worked.
